Can we change the default setting of the "Attach Report" toggle for sending emails in service orders?

Is it possible to change the default setting of the “Attach Report” toggle to OFF for sending an email from the Service Order module?

You can change the default value from Miscellaneous I, toggle the “Always Send Attached Report flag.
