Hi All,

Is there a way to center align the logo in IFS Cloud?

Before the 24R2 update, the customer logo was displayed in the center. However, after the update, it has shifted to the left. We would like to adjust the alignment and center the logo in the application again.

Could you please advise on how this can be achieved?

  1. Before upgrade to 24R2

  1. After upgrade

@Wyomi Ranasinghe  Can you please check this one?

Prio to 24R2 the logo was center aligned on the bar. This was due to the face that we could not replace a customer’s logo that could be of any size in the same place as the IFS logo. The center of the top bar was the best place. In this layout, when the application was rendered on different screens and with different panels open the logo did not always appear centered.

With 24R2 we have followed the general web pattern an moved the IFS logo to the left. This also includes a customization of the logo being replaced in the same location. We have also followed the standard web pattern of navigating to the Home page upon clicking on the logo.

Could you explain the business requirement for not following the standard web pattern?

Hi all

I had the same question. Thanks for the explanation.

@Wyomi Ranasinghe:

The technical documentation should ideally be updated simultaneously with the 24R2 release to reflect the new changes. Since the appearance has fundamentally changed and the previous explanations no longer match the current state, a revision is necessary.

Is there already a planned timeline for updating the tech. documentation?

Thanks in advance and br

Hi all,

We've just updated our internal environment from 23R2 to 25R1 and have noticed the logo is now left-aligned.

@Wyomi Ranasinghe, could you please provide the link to the web pattern standards you are referring to?

From a customer perspective, it might be beneficial to introduce a property for logo alignment, giving users the flexibility to choose what best fits their specific requirements.

Thanks, Jan
