Hello community,

When trying to navigate to source from GL Balance Drill Down, it is trying to navigate to below path.

 

I have read other posts on the community saying that BR system parameters must be set up with URL etc. However the parameter is removed from the page.

 

I have read BR system parameters on the online documentation and it says basically the parameter is moved to system parameters and must be entered there.

When I check the System Url parameter on the mentioned page the value is correct.

 

Do you have any suggestion or alternative solution? The version is Cloud 24.1

Hi,

Are the other ‘drill down/zoom in to IFS’, from other information sources work?

If so, please see if someone has modified the URL links for FACT_GL_BALANCE. You will find them in below path (or in the information sources screen)

Hi,

The problem is not about navigation to wrong page. Because Information Source URL is used to define where to navigate in the application.

My problem, as you can read in the ticket, is about navigating completely to wrong application (IFS10).

I have tested same function in IFS provided test environment and it is navigating to IFS10 too.

Sorry for responding without checking the screen-print.

Out of curiosity, I checked the partner enablement environment for 24R1, ifsgcsc2-d02, and it took me to correct IFS cloud environment, which is as same as the system parameters URL (there were issues with loading data though)
