Cannot Delete Customer - Credit Collection Info

Hello,We accidentally created a customer and need to delete the account. When trying to delete we are getting the following message:“The Customer Info "PHI-REPGSSNA-US" is used by 1 rows in another object (Credit Collection Info).” Wondering what screen we need to look at to remove this associated record? Supplier Bills of Exchange Bill No

Hello,When new bills of exchange is created from Supplier Payment Order. The BoE Number is not available to be manually entered. Customer wants to give the Bill No before the BoE is generated. Is there some setup or a certain way of working that will enable me to enter the Bill No manually on Payment Proposal or Payment Order? I further tried to remove the Payment Document Series No and tried again to check if the field opens up, but I get this error. I tried this setup Any guidance is much appreciated. Thank you!

Project Deliverables - Reserve Serials for Purchase Order and Shop Order for After Delivery Serial Control

Community, We are testing Project Delvierables with parts that are After Delivery Serial Controlled. We are facing issue when final product is to be installed at client site, we have work order to perform this job. since it is to be issued to the delivery structure, per configuration, at this moment the serial no should be identified and captured by the delivery structure, but we have problem doing this, basically we found no place to have this info entered into IFS. We have a very simple delivery structure, top part is a manufactured part, and child is a purchased part, both are after delivery serial tracking. We now have them installed via a work order, see below, on work order material line, i can see this top part RHITEM4 is a serial controlled part. our question is, where we can add the serial no into IFS? Thank you.

Media Items in Media Library - Mass Import

I am using IFS Apps 9 and would like to know if there is a way to mass import media items (images) in a folder and then associate them with inventory parts. The images are named by the inventory part number.Could this be a data migration job…?Anyone done this type of import before, or similar?Any help would be appreciated.

Purchase freight cost for a PO with multiple deliveries

Hi All,Looking for insights here. My customer face below situation when receiving stock with multiple deliveries. Purchase Order line is raised with 100 pcs. Supplier will deliver 60pcs in one delivery on lets say 08/11/2024 with a freight charge of 15GBP. Then on 15/11/2024 supplier promise to deliver the remaining 40pcs with freight cost of 10GBP as a separate delivery. Note that freight costs known when supplier deliver each shipment. How we can replicate this scenario in IFS as out of the box solution by absorbing the freight cost to the inventory value while tracking the supplier performance. I have tried below scenarios.Distribute the charges based on weight while enabling “Distribute on Receipt” - This works if one delivery per line. Receive using “Incoming dispatch advice” and add the charges when receiving the delivery at a time. This will correctly transfer the freight costs but how can I track the supplier performance I mean initial order quantity is 100pcs but they deliver

Reports Printed to Local Printer always appear Portrait

Dear community, We have recently upgraded to IFS Cloud, and have found that every operational report that is landscape, i.e. the Arrival Report, when printed to a local printer, i.e. \\SERVER\PRINTER1, always prints in portrait, so the text is reduced to fit the report across the portrait page and there is a large space to the top and the bottom. When printing these reports using the Print Agent printer, the report prints landscape as expected. Has anyone experienced this and has found a fix for it?Many thanks, David.

Purchase Receipt Screen - Details - Menu Item Not Displaying

I Use IFS Applications 10, As shown in the image below, I need it to be displayed for all my users, in the Details tab, when right-clicking the Change Lot Batch No option, this option is only appearing for the IFSDAL user, I have already tried releasing it in Security, Database Objects, Inventory_Part_In_Stock_API, and even so I am not able to make the menu option appear for other users. Remembering that the image was accessed by the IFSDAL user, and it needs to be released to other users.

Hi all ,Set of users are unable to view document from the change request (through the eye icon ) ,no error message comes the document is not visible. Hello everyone,I have a nested cutom entity under ProductStructureComponent : I want that when I delete a Product Structure Component line, the nested entity lines linked are also removed. Do you know a way to do that ? I tried using a workflow but wouldn’t manage to trigger the workflow on ProductStructureComponentArray line removal. Can Permission Sets Control Access to Specific Elements in a Shared Lobby?

Hello Community,We have a shared lobby with multiple elements, and we're looking to control access to these elements based on user roles. Specifically, we want to assign different sets of elements to different users within the same lobby.Is it possible to use the permission set option to control access in this way? For example:Person 1 should only see and interact with certain elements within the lobby.
