We are using developer studio to create customized code for IFS Cloud 22R2 (22.2.3) and want to start using the PLSQL Test tool. However, I get two strange errors when I try. I have created a utility package and a function in that, then created the pltst file and a simple test. What happens is this:Compile the pltst file: OK Run the test (from pltst file): Information box stating “PLTST does not contain any unit tests!”. But test results tab shows one successful test and is green. I have also checked that the tests can actually fail if I change conditions, so it seems that tests are actually running and doing their job at this point. Run test again: same information box, but now test fails with error. “DROP PACKAGE C_PROD_LINE_KANBAN_MTRL_TST   ORA-04043: object C_PROD_LINE_KANBAN_MTRL_TST does not exist”. The .tst file starts with“CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE C_Prod_Line_Kanban_Mtrl_TST IS...”So there is a difference between upper and lower case. However both the package name and the tes

I have been advised that FSM 6 goes into extended support in January 2026 and then into restricted support in January 2029. However, I have not been given any further information on if this will incur additional fees, or what alternative products IFS have available other than IFS Cloud (which is a 7 x more expensive). Does anyone know anywhere I can find out more or know themselves?

Hello, I am trying to setup a Object Connection Transformation that will allow user to view all documents associated with Case Tasks on the parent Case. I’ve gotten the reverse situation to work (view the Case documents on a Case Task). See screenshots attached. Is this a situation where you need to define a custom transformation function? Is that something that you have to do in the build place or can it be accomplished through the IFS cloud itself? I have a Case with 1 document attached and a Case Task with one document attached. At the case level, I would expected to see 2 attachments, but am seeing one with the current configuration.

References can be used in filters and are also expandable items. Hence, we can have a saved query that filters on a value in a reference. Example: find the inventory parts for planner with name ‘Kenneth Pettersson’. Odata string would look like this:<your server stuff>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/InventoryPartHandling.svc/InventoryPartSet?$select=Contract,PartNo,PlannerBuyer&$filter=PlannerBuyerRef/BuyerName eq 'Kenneth Pettersson'And I can use “PlannerBuyerRef/BuyerName eq 'Kenneth Pettersson'” in the Advanced option for a saved query, or in a lobby data source based on a projection. In theory, Odata 4.0 would support filtering also on array contents, I think. But any way I try, I either get syntax error or ODP_NOT_IMPLEMENTED messages.E g this “should” work according to the Odata 4.0 documentation:<your server stuff>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShopOrderHandling.svc/ShopOrds?$filter=MaterialArray/$count lt 10Response: {"error":{"code":"ODP_NOT_IMPLEMENTED

Hello, I had a quick question. Where are the tabular model permissions managed? I want to give access to a user to a tabular model I created in Cloud. Anyone have any experience with that? We are using IFS Cloud 24R1. Thank you.

According to the below post,Deprecation of the FTP and Shared repository types in Docman in 24R1 - a heads-up | IFS Community“We are considering deprecating the Database repository option as well at some point, but that has not been decided yet”IFS is planning to remove Database type repositories from Document Management in future. Can we please get a comment on whether this is confirmed? If so, from which IFS cloud release onwards?  @Mathias Dahl

We have a “Service Department” FX that I am wondering if someone may be able to assist with.  We have a service offering that we have set up to be used as a stand-alone offering or as part of a few of our Bundle offerings. We are looking to have it assign to a desktop team based on region if used as part of any of the bundles, and to the Service Desk when it is not being used as of a bundle/ as a stand-alone or being used as part of a bundle when the region field is blank/null.   Notes:The Region field is on the Parent Bundle Form and can sometimes not be required (empty). Current Expression:if($new.parentEvent.bundleEvent.serviceOffering.shortCode = "ONBOARDING",            if($new.parentEvent.W("DESKTOP REGION").name = "US & Canada", "DESKTOP SUPPORT US & CANADA",            if($new.parentEvent.W("DESKTOP REGION").name = "EMEA", "DESKTOP SUPPORT EMEA",            if($new.parentEvent.W("DESKTOP REGION").name = "LATAM", "DESKTOP SUPPORT LATAM",            if($new.parentEvent.W(

Hi, I am trying to use the option for self-signed certificate. I have the message that the self-signed certificate has been generated, but I do not have any file generate in my MGT.I’ve tried many versions 24.1.2, 24.1.8, 24R2. The process has been changed, because I remember that old versions, after registered the self-signed certificate, a copy of file was copied at MGT server file. Thanks, Gianni Neves

There are topics similar to this title. But I couldn't find the exact answer I wanted.I am trying to calculate the cost of materials in stock. We are using IFS8 version. The Average purchase prices for materials are available in the INVENTORY PART table. I know this prices comes from the purchase order lines table. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only Received/Closed Purchase Order lines. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only for Primary supplier. But when I take these into consideration, the average price I calculated is still different. Are there any other conditions besides these? For example, is there a date condition? or number of order lines. Do we create the conditions I wrote above ourselves? If so, where are these settings made? There is page in Inventory=>Financial Control=>Calculate Purchase Cost. But there is only date option here.
