Spain Country Soluction UPD23 - Labels for Rental Property added to xml invoice

It is not a normal behaviour. This label only should be presented when a tax code connected with either 12 or 13 for SII Business Transaction Type Customer in the Accounting Rules/Tax/Tax Cod.

There is a fix for this issue.

From the localization document:

6.4.4 DEFINE SALES OBJECTS FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES New columns Rental Property, Cadastral Reference, and SII Building Location are added to the Financials/Customer Invoice/Basic Data/Sales Object window to identify rental properties of the company. Users can enable the rental property toggle if the specific Sales Object is a rental property. Enabling the toggle would make Building Location field mandatory and Cadastral Reference field optional. The Cadastral Reference field is limited to a character length of 25 characters. SII Building Location field values are available via an LOV from the values entered in the SII Building Location window. Further a warning message is introduced when a Cadastral Reference is duplicated. Values for the Cadastral Reference and SII Building Location columns will get fetched automatically to the SII Proposal Detail window, when an Instant Invoice is created with a Sales Objects (Rental Property) with a tax code connected with either 12 or 13 for SII Business Transaction Type Customer in the Accounting Rules/Tax/Tax Cod
