Hello,When I transfer a configurable part to his site I have the message: transaction based in combination with inventory valuation method weighted average is not allowed for configured parts. How can I disable this message/setting that I only have on one site and not on others? thank u for your help. KR

The Requirement is to ensure the system does not allow planned hours to exceed the available capacity of a resource group on any given day.Current Behaviour:At the moment, users can add planned hours to a resource group even when it surpasses the group’s available capacity for a day. I created a post ~4.5 years ago about the challenges I was having when transitioning from EE to Aurena. In that post I listed many EE functions which were missing in Aurena. Hi there.I try to change status on a Purchase Order Change Order to “Update Purchase Order”.But I get a error message “Purchase method is mandatory”.Any ideas on how to goo thru with this change order?  Some backstory:I wanted to cancel a work task, but a purchase order was connected to it.I then created a new line (via Purchase order change order) on the same part on the purchase order, updated the purchase order, then delivered the new line.I then cancelled the delivery (via Receipt) on the purchase order line with the task I want to cancel.And here I made this new Purchase Order Change Order that gets the “Purchase method is mandatory”

Hi Team,I have invoice PDFs in a shared location with unique invoice IDs, and I want to connect those to already created invoice objects in IFS system. What are the easiest ways to handle bulk connection? 

25.1.2In the activity Copy Document Package, the documentation reads as:If the source document package has connected documents, you can copy those documents and add them to the new package as new document titles and revisions. If the source document has a connected electronic document file, that electronic file is copied to the new revision. The Copy Original Document button copies the following data to the new document revision:Where does the user have the option to “copy those documents and add them to the new package as new document titles and revisions”? Where is this Copy Original Document button? 

We are running 22R1 Cloud.  We have one user that almost every day in the afternoon will get this error that kicks her out of the system and requires her to log back in.  It is not due to it hibernating.  She is usually working on something when it happens.  Only use this happens to.  Typically in modifying a shipment line or customer order.

Hi,We need to import Recurring Services using DMM. I’ve imported into recurring_service_program, recurring_service_scope and recurring_service_trigger. But in the Recurring Service Program screen, there is no data in the Scope tab and in the Item Information section of the General tab the Location is populated but the Model, Object and Object Site fields are empty. I can create Recurring Services from the front end and then data in the Scope tab is populated so it looks like I’m missing something with the migration. Are there more tables that I need to include to link the Object to the Recurring Service?All help appreciated.

Good day IFS Community!  I am wondering how I assign a pick list from a shipment to a team member for them to pick utilizing WaDaCo and not having to print a paper copy of the pick ticket.  This would allow my warehouse leadership to distribute the pick lists out to the team and assign.  I have poked around in Transport Tasks and Warehouse Tasks and do not see where I can assign a pick list.  The next question I will have is where do the team members see their assigned pick lists?  How will they know the next pick tickets are ready?  

Hello,There is a PostedAuth customer invoice where the invoice’s Instalment Plan and Discounts Instalment ID status is set to ‘Created’, and therefore, the invoice cannot be used in payments. We recently came across a strange situation in the voucher number sequencing.Vouchers created on 5/12/2025 followed the initial sequence from 2025000901 to 2025000909.Vouchers created a week later, 12/12/2025, suddenly started at 2025000911 going to 2025000913 skipping one number. This happened until 2025000919.The next voucher, created on the December 16th was numbered 2025000921. The next  number in the series is 2025000922, which seems ok  Does anyone have an idea what might have happened here?Is it possible to renumber the existing Vouchers?

Hello IFS Experts, hoping someone out there has an solutionWe use demand planning and we forecast many of our purchased finished goods items and majority of these are offshore with lead times of 6-8 weeks transit time.We register arrival once container is on ship in transit to designate ownership of goods.When we receive this into arrival into non--nettable location, it shows up for Master Scheduling as available on the date of we did the receipt into arrival location.  This is a flow in IFS and was fixed for Cloud Version update, but IFS will not update for APPS10. This is causing inaccurate MS proposals and we need the system to have accurate date of receipt for Master Scheduling to generate correct purchase requisitions.  Is there anyone else experiencing this  issue and have a good solution?
