We are running 25R1.3 on prem. We have a handful of Custom Events/Event Actions that send REST Post requests to another server. I’d like to route these application messages to a specific message queue, and I am not having any success.  The Event Action is fairly simple, send a POST request to an address like: http://[myserver]/wh/[specific_endpoint] with a json body and a few http headers, no authentication. I am facing an issue in IFS Cloud 25R1 when trying to use Media Items. 1) After creating a new Media Item and saving it, I receive the below error. We see this error in both scenarios either we have the object property Repository Value set as "Database" or “File_storage”, “Restricted File type” 2) Additionally, when attempting to upload an image to the Media Item, with the object properties Repository Value set as “File_storage”, I get the following error “Failed to upload file to storage location.” We did not face this issue in 23R2 but after the upgrade we see the above issues. I would like to understand:Why I am receiving these errors during Media Item creation and image upload?What could be causing the “Restricted File type” message?How can this issue b

Outside of using history logging or working through the documentation page, is there a way to reset the Document Default Values in Basic Data to the original settings of when the system was installed? This is the master list, not the settings in Document Class Management.

Hi All, Current version on the cloud application 25.1.5. I am trying to return a serial part that I received through PO back to the supplier. Please find the steps that I follow.Receive the PO to Inventory location. Re open the PO for the return > Enter the inspection QTY on the receipt > Register inspection result. Add the return option as “Return for Credit” > Shipment created > Serial automatically reserved Create pick list > Pick > and trying to deliver the shipment Following error pops up Does this seems to be a bug. I write to ask you if you, can explain, for what reasons - when a document is uploaded to IFS that the Original File Type may appear as N/A?I have tried viewing documents with Original File Type N/A and am unable to view them, I receive a "Restricted File Type" error when clicking View Document.My initial thinking on this would be that a user attempts to upload the document, something goes wrong in the file transfer process and as a result IFS ends up with an uploaded file that it cannot understand.Can you indicate:1) Are there any other reasons, besides an upload going wrong, that cause a document to be assigned file type N/A? If so, what are these reasons?2) Has IFS ever given consideration, if N/A file type documents are a result of uploads going wrong to presenting user with a prominent messag

At the moment 25R2 is the latest, but we would like to do a fresh install of 25.1.7 for a new customer, as we have a lot of country specific modifications which could not be uplifted to 25R2 yet.But the customer needs a system including those ones ASAP.Is is possible to do a fresh install of a slight older version (25.1.7)?I understand that the Build Place offers only the latest one (25R2), but is that overridable based on a special support request/case by which IFS Support enables this option temporarily?It is on premise.Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Hello  everyone,I want to athorize the negativ limit for one kind of absence.But when my employee want to confirm an absence whereas he can’t even though i authorize a negativ absence ( he has 2 days  in limit absence and he wants to take 3 days). Can you help me please ?

I am using deliver/receive shipment within same site for parts connected to project. The scenario is that shipments are prepared onshore and shipped offshore. There is a certain delay in the process. While delivering these shipments the M3 posting is without project connection. This means that value of the part is temporary taken out of the project until it is received offshore where it is brought back to the project with M1. The setup of the posting control is like all inventory parts are expensed on arrival, meaning that M1 is connected to P&L accounts. It does not seem right that the projects for a while looses connection with inventory/cost values during shipments within warehouses on same site. Anyone with reflections on this? Inputs are highly appreciated. 

We have encountered an issue with the Document Revision window. When a new revision is created and the title is changed in that revision, the change is automatically applied to all previous revisions as well. This occurs regardless of the document status and whether the Update Allowed During Approval toggle is enabled or disabled.Could you please confirm if this is a known bug, and advise how we can fix it? The application version is Cloud 25R1. 

Hi allWe face the issue that we have a lot of different Pods which run in an OOM Error.These errors mainly concern the pods: ifsapp-client-services ifsapp-connect ifsapp-odata ifsapp-reporting-renMore and more pods are not effective, and above all, we are slowly running out of CPU on the nodes. However, we still have sufficient memory. Therefore, I would like to increase the memory of the pods. What I have already found are the parameters:“minMemory” and “addMemory”, which I can set in ifscloud-value.yaml.I found all of this in community posts with more or less confusing information, but no official IFS documentation.Can anyone tell me where the IFS has officially documented what these parameters do?Thank you.  

Hi All,We are with IFS Cloud 24R2 SU10. Our Design and Engineering team has a very important requirement to copy existing PRs lines to new PRs lines along with Document Text linked to each PR lines.We have noticed 2 issues in this process.PR Lines are copied in incorrect order. Document Text linked to PR Lines does not get copied.We had same issue in our previous IFS Apps10 UPD18 version prior to IFS Cloud Upgrade. Even though we reported this to IFS, we did not receive any solution. Hence, we have raised this again to IFS and they have requested us to post this in IFS Community. Has anyone facing same issues in IFS Cloud?IFS R&D team is currently looking into Item 1 (Lines get copied in incorrect order). For this we are using SSH method to connect SFTP folder.We have developed one transformer as per HSBC payment file specification. We currently use a standalone tool and manually key in data to print our box labels. As you can imagine, this is error‑prone and time‑consuming.Question:Is there an IFS function or add‑on that can automatically generate a Box Label and send it to a label printer?Data fields required on the label:Part Number Part Description Shop Order Number GTIN Quantity Customer SKUIdeal workflow (if available in IFS):User scans/chooses a Shop Order (or Part) in IFS. In 25r1 we now have a delivered mailchimp integration from Marketing Campaigns.  I can’t quite see how to turn it on.  There is a system/template BPA called CrmMailchimpIntegration.  And there is a button on the Marketing Campaign Action to create an external campaign (but the button is inactive).  I believe that the BPA needs to be deployed to activate the button, but the BPA cannot be deployed because it’s a template.  If you copy the BPA to another ID, you can deploy it, but then the button would not know to call that BPA ID?What am i missing…?

Hello, We have few employees for which the  Acquired Limit( days) field shows 0 in Absence Module. Consider Proportion has been checked at setup level.  Current version of the system is V9.While  troubleshooting  we tried to compare the data between the  employees having problems and the employees for which the acquired limit is displayed correctly and all we could find is that the start date of the employment for the ones who are ok is always first day of the month ( example: 01/12/2024) while for the others is a different date(23/07/2024). Any idea what  we are missing?   Thanks, Ioana 

Hello,We are using the entity ‘CustomerOrder’ with custom attributed. We noticed that this entity config was no longer published, and when attempting to publish it, we get the following error “The custom object cannot be published since it is currently locked by another process or user”.Is there a way to get around this? It’s been stuck in that status for quite a while now. Is there a background job we can look up and cancel if this is occurring?Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan
