Hi,I would like to ask about the use of the TX5 posting control type (expense allowance) in the context of the Travel Request and Expense Sheet.Currently:While creating a travel request, I submit an advance payment for the employee under the payment section.After authorization, the payment is executed and a voucher of type S is generated with posting controls EP1 and EPX.The entire amount is posted as a liability – I do not get any cost posting for this amount.What I would like to achieve:I would like the advance to be posted as a cost, and from what I understand, TX5 is intended for this purpose.The problem is that I don’t know when or how I can use TX5.I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance on how to set this up and use it properly.Best regards,Kamil  

Hello IFS Experts, in IFS Cloud Aurena page, we can configure Aurena page to add new command group by Page Designer. The user could set up Label/Action/Method...Once the command group by saved/published, it’s not possible to view the properities any more. Only the name/label will shown by click the Content. The user cannot review the value of the Action/Method/Parameters of the command. If the user forgot what he did, he only can know exact action/method of the custom command by debug tool. If he want to revise the action/method/parameters, he cannot edit it based on existing command. The only way is delete existing command and recreate a command. Is it a good desgin in IFS? This brings additional maintenance costs. Can we have a overview page in Solution Manager to review/edit all Custom Commands and related Actions/Method/Parameters? it’s more convinent for users if the customer did a lot of configurations. 

Does anyone know what the maximum number of concurrent users are allowed in IFS Cloud? Thank you.

Hi All,I am facing a problem with FSM6 +PSO. When I try to initialize the dataset on the FSM to synchronize with PSO, iam getting the following error: ProcessPerformRequest: matching perform definition method not found: FieldServiceComponent:Initialize Threesixty(system.string,).Note that before it was working normally.Anybody passed by such problem?  Thanks//

How can I download the installation package of APP10 UPD28?

Hi all,We are having an issue with parts returned back to stock on a Work Order, it automatic goes to “Out of Operations”, I haven’t been able to change it to “In Operations” or change the status prior to returning the part to stock.Is there an option to fix this? For now we’ve used a repair SQL script, which isn’t the best solution.Thank you,Michael

Hello, I have been exploring the new report studio functionality in IFS Cloud 24R2. I was trying to figure out how the dynamic signatures worked. I was able to utilize the Signature function but was hoping to dynamically change the signature based off a condition in Report Studio. In report designer, you were able to pull this in using a SQL statement but it seems to use a DB Image function instead? I tried using the DB Image() functionality but I keep printing blanks. My function syntax is this: DBImage('report_signatures','IMAGE' ,'image_name=IFS.jpg') My question is if I want to utilize the DBImage functionality, how could I use it for static data and columns within a report? For example, if I wanted to change the signature depending who is the salesperson on the customer. I feel like I may be missing something simple but I was hoping to get some direction on this. Has anyone been asked by a customer that they want to use a WaDaCo transaction that allows them to manually reserve parts to be shipped to the customer order rather than use the automatic reservation oir manually reserve the customer order line. Thoughts???  We are drafting a CRIM spec to do this.

Dear Community, Apart my own doubts, I promised I’d find out.We would have very niche case, where single Work Order / Customer Order (with inventory parts too) would be needed to be shared between multiple (2 or more) customers. Like repair of shared assets.According to the users on Apps9 it was possible to do via Staged Billing, by sharing order to multiple line, invoicing first, and then changing the “invoice Customer” on actual customer order. Currently cloud (23R2) does not allow you to change invoicing customer on customer order when something has been invoiced. Found out doing it other way around by removing invoice customer works, but this seems to be unintended functionality. Is there other proper way to do this, instead of making multiple customer orders and using non-inventory part lines?If I recall correctly, something similar could be done on Sales Contract, but we do not have that module currently. -Toni

depreciation proposal does not capture one object.I check for the basic data and all look fine and similar to other objects and this  particular object doesn't get included in dep. proposal. and has not depreciated from the activation in 2021.the asset is in active status.        

Hello,We currently have an issue where our IFS MWO Service app users are not returning their tasks from their mobile, they keep them in their Completed tasks tile which is storing 10-100+ tasks on their app.Is there a way to pull these tasks from their device as it’s causing issues with being able to close off the request/task?Thanks!

As per the Supported platforms documentation, the development tool set appears to have split compatibility.Developer Studio is only compatible with Windows 11 and the rest of the tool set is only compatible with Windows 10. I'm hoping to get some insights from the community here. We're encountering random delays between the time a work order is assigned and when it's actually received on the service engineer's mobile app. These delays are inconsistent and can vary quite a bit.We've already tried several recommended troubleshooting steps, including:Increasing server resources Reconfiguring settings with higher max pool sizesUnfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue so far.We know that downloads only happen when the device is connected to data and powered on, and I can confirm that all these conditions are met—yet the delays persist.Has anyone else experienced something similar with Apps 10 UPD17? Hi Team,We are facing an issue in the FSM application. In the Escalation tab under the Task screen, the 'Minutes Open' field is supposed to update and reflect the total ON HOLD duration once the escalation is completed.However, for some tasks, this value is not updating.To identify the cause of this issue, we checked the business rules and found one rule where the 'Minutes Open' value is being updated. When we executed the script through XML Poster, we identified a configuration issue at the database table level. I can’t seem to get the capability check to consider excess supply (a purchase order) during its calculation. I have a [level 2] purchased component that is included within the critical path determined by the capability check. I then created a PO for this part to arrive in tomorrow. When I re-ran the capability check it does not considering this purchase order. It is using the lead time of the this purchase part, even though we have “excess supply” arriving tomorrow. I have tested using both Inventory Part settings DOP Netting = “Netting” and “Auto Netting”. Neither setting for my purchase component is correctly netting against the PO. I also tried applying these setting for all parts in the multi-level structure. The capability check still was not netting against the excess supply / PO. IFS documentation states the netting applies to both excess inventory and excess supply quantities. Does this hold true for DOP Netting and Capability Check Netting? Is there another setting / field I
