Hi Experts,

After executing Transfer Inventory Transaction , there are multiple records in
Supply Chain and Manufacturing Posting Analysis that remain in status
"1 (Created)" and are not transferred.

Common Characteristics of the Records:

The affected records share the following attributes:

  • Accounting ID: Negative value
  • Posting Type: M1 (Inventory)
  • Posting Event: ARRIVAL (Purchase Order Receipt)
  • Posting and Transaction Source: DUMMY

Based on our internal investigation, we were informed that these records may be
related to posting simulation.

Q1.Could someone clarify what it means functionally when Posting IDs are negative

and used for postiong simulation in IFS?

Q2.Under what conditions are such records created?

Q3.Are these records expected to remain in status "Created (1)",
or should they eventually be processed/cleaned up?

Regards,
