In my case, the standard batch size always generates deviations that I would prefer not to analyse every time. Hello, I have been doing testing using our SAP Concur expenses and the IFS10 API - VoucherEntryAssistantHandling.svc/VoucherSet etc and posting into IFS. I have managed most of it around debit/credit but wondering if anyone knows how the VAT is handled, is there a separate API for this?Hopefully that makes sense. ThanksRoss

Hi all, I am looking to try to understand the relationship between the due date, planned start and finish dates.   The system seems to be set up in a way that the Planned start date matches the due date, then adds the task duration to create the planned finish date.   This seems counterintuitive; to me, the due date is the target completion date and time.   For example, if a task is planned to take 7 days to complete, the system is then set up to plan to complete the task a week after it is due.  To me, the planned start should be the due date minus the expected task duration - So in the above example, the planned start would be set 7 days earlier than the due date, ensuring the task is completed on the due date, not after.  Anything with a fixed validity period or something that is certificated - say, lifting equipment or a pressure relief valve cannot be left in service beyond the certification date (which should be the due date?)  - so for efficient operations, we should be planning

Hello,One of our users has changed the ownership of a company owned part to company rental asse. is there a way that we can move back to company owned? we can’t scrap or count out and receive again as we need to have the exact serial no for the part (system does not allow to have the same serial no for same part duplicates)

Hi, in the Rental Workbench you can filter the displayed data using the Rental Status “On Rental” = No and “Logistics” = No The Fieldescription isOn Rental” = No » Records where the logistics quantity is greater than zero, but where rental has not been started.“Logistics” = No » The line has been fully delivered/received compared to the line quantity.as outcome I see a Rental with Start Rental and End Rental and a Return in the Event History. That’s fine.​​​​​​But I also see a Rental with no Start Rental and End Rental and a Return in the Event History This seems the Value “On Rental = No” means no Start Rental exists or is neutralozed with an End Rental.Is there are way / Combination to see only these Rentals with Start Rental and End Rental and a Return in the Event History?​​​​​​​Thanks for any input

When we went from IFS 9 to IFS 10, we were required to install a deprecated java print agent in order to use the socket spooler to send .zpl labels to our Zebra printers.  We’re getting ready to upgrade to the latest version of IFS Cloud.What is the solution for .zpl label printing in IFS Cloud?

Hello,  My customer receives supplier invoice with freight charges on it after having registered arrival of stock - before creating invoice, the customer wants to go to PO and add purchase charges; the issue is that after having already received the parts into inventory, the purchase charge added on PO does not update the inventory transaction value, not yet transferred, hence stock value is not updated to consider purchase charge as well.NB : The inventory transaction gets updated only if the PO charge is added before registering arrival. How to setup system to update transaction even if purchase part is already received ?  Thank you

This is related to Cloud 25.1.  Have a scenario where many records on the Engineering Transfer Actions screen had the “Assign” command selected.  This pushed the records to the Engineering Revision Transfer Status screen but have the wrong Provide Code and also the wrong Part Type (Purchased Raw, should be Manufactured).   I have not found a way to make the desired changes on the records to switch them to manufactured, have also not found a way to undo the “Assign” and put the records back on Engineering Transfer Actions screens.  Looking for any input on ways to do this.Thanks!

Hi,In an instance, when trying to create a broadcast message, it gives the error “Given value for from_user field is not valid” when saving. And we’re unable to add the record.In another instance, which is in the same IFS version, 25.2.4, it works without issues.The error is checking for the web user and raise the error. Is there a limitation on setting up broadcast messages, depending on how the user is set up in IFS?Thank you.

Hi all, Can someone help me understanding the difference beween below settings on the IAL Config?Use Live Data = always running live and showing all data, and Copy All Data you can schedule but still showing all as available til that particular schedule date?Copy Only New Data: Only adds changed data? Or also updated data?  

Dear All,One of our customer having problem on the code part demand setup. Below are the details.Customer using one of other code part (other than GL) base for cost element mapping.M1 posting control mapped against stock balance account with cost element code part mapping.Now, business, do not want to see the inventory cost on the project monitoring screen. Hence, they blocked cost element code part and enable Exclude from Project follow up checkbox, as they still want to have the Project code part on the M1 posting. However, with the new setup, they are getting an error on project demand screen, as system trying to validate the inventory part and its relevant cost element code part connection on M1 posting type which is missing.Can anybody, see a solution how can we solve this without changing the checkbox Exlude project followup? 

hi folks,Can someone please advise how you did the data migration for Open projects (Projects in Approved, Started status) from apps 10 to IFS Cloud? These projects have in progress activities with different types of cost/revenue recorded on them. Hi,  With the transition to the MAUI platform, it has been observed that the current mobile applications (MWO, Notify Me, and Scan IT) do not provide the same level of Insight Logs that were available in the MWO Classic (Xamarin) application. When a person is connected to an resource group and when that resource group is their primary resource group the resource group is fetched correctly in time registration. But I am able to see the other resource groups and able to select other resource groups and saved the record too.An employee should be only seeing the resource groups only connected to them and not all the resource groups which in the company. Any solution for above. Our employees work in multiple resource groups and they are tagged in for specific resource groups?

Hi Team, How would be the order of deployment while installation in 25R2 version  As it says cds are not supported so now we move the contents of .cre to ddlsource?so in place of cdbs, the ddlsource files will be executed first in installation process? Regards,Rakesh
