Hi everyone, I’m receiving this error message on multiple lobby elements and it is driving me crazy. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is causing the issue. I have tried adding &AO to the view, but that doesn’t change anything. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, how do I fix it?

Cannot save values on persistent custom fields defined on 'Equipment Object Navigator' in IFS Cloud 24R1

We developed few configurations on top of the IFS Cloud 23R2. The main area for the development was in the screen 'Equipment Object Navigator' (EquipmentObject).In this screen we defined a couple of PERSISTENT custom fields which are to be used with the MWO . After the recent upgrade to IFS 24R1, we can no longer save any value on these fields (PERSISTENT custom fields). However, we realised that when a insert or update goes for these PERSISTENT fields all default calls run. But, more they will update/insert a value to the child entities (EquipmentFunctional or EquipmentSerial) Custom field (if present with the same name). Has anyone encountered this earlier or do you see any walk-around for this issue?

Background Jobs - Re-execute works however Re-execute in background does not work.

Hi, We have a problem with the background jobs. While a user releases a customer order the procedure creates a background job for the Customer_Order_Line_API.Calculate_Revenue__ procedure. This procedure throws an error while working in the background however when we re-execute the job works. Even if we Re-execute in the background manually from background jobs it gives an error. We created a new queue for this procedure but it still throws the same error. The screenshot of the error is below. What could be the problem? How can we solve it?The error about combination rules.

Workflows : IFS Failure Event is not working

Hello,I have created a workflow that checks if a permission set is granted to the logged in user when they try to update a field in supplier window. If the permission set is not granted, the workflow should throw an error but I get below error message instead when running a watch, Any idea why this is happening? I have attached the workflow for your reference.

RMA Orderless return missing cost

HiWe are facing a problem when RMA without an order connection. The Inventory part is Cost pr Lot Batch and Zero cost not allowed. There has never been any transaction on the part before. (Migrated from the old system)When receiving the goods on the RMA line, we have an error that Zero cost is not allowed for the part. My expectation was, the the cost would be fetched from the estimated cost on the Inventory part. How can we solve this, in order to return these parts? Regards Brian

Auto login to IFS IEE client with Oracle accounts

We are looking to simplify the login process for our manufacturing shop floor computers. Our plan is to have the clients launch from this link to bypass the IFS Landing page https://ifsserver:49080/client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application My question is, can you pass login credentials to the IFS IEE client so it auto logs on? The only use for these workstations, will be Shop Floor Workbench.

HI,In Cloud, we are getting the below message. Is there a way around it? How do you give permission to create a new document for Person ‘*’? Object Connection - Equipment Functional - Custom Field

In Aurena (Upd 13) on the Change Request Form we are using the Object Connection to point to Equipment Functional Objects.Out of the box things are working good.We would like to be able to search via a Custom Field. Which we can get to show but we get an error when searching. Loc is the custom field.When we search with the Loc Column we get the following error:An internal server error occurred. Business Reporter Login Error

Hello,We have an issue surrounding business reporter that is causing frustration in its users. After initial login in Excel, we are able to use BR as needed. However, if we get timed out and attempt to login again, we get the error below. The only workaround we’ve found involves closing all instances of Excel and reopening the business reporter. This is a pain when working on many reports, or when we just have many different documents open. Occasionally this doesn’t even fix the issue and we need to restart the entire computer. Is anyone else experiencing these issues with BR? Anyone have a fix for it? Edit fields in Cloud - consistency? expectation?

Could someone advise what my expectations should be as to under what circumstances I can simply click into a field and can edit it vs having to click the ‘pencil’/edit icon first before being able to edit, please?EG Receive Inventory Part - click in field and can edit Customer Order Lines - have to click ‘pencil’/edit to change quantity It would be useful to have an explanation to pass on to users.Thanks!Linda

Cloud: Use API to import accounting vouchers

HelloI can’t figure how to import data into accounting vouchers using the API”s. First I looked at the VoucherHandling API but there are only GET functions and some PATCH but no POST to insert data in the Voucher entity.I suppose that this table is protected and I tried to use the ExternalVoucherHandling to insert data in the ExternalVoucheSet as the file import in IFS does.There is a POST function to insert lines in the ExternalVoucheSet but it ends up with the following error:":"ORA-20111: ExtLoadInfo.FND_RECORD_NOT_EXIST: The Ext Load Info does not exist." So I supposed that I needed to create first an ExtLoadInfoSet as a title for the lines.In this API there are no POST functions with a json payload but a function called ExtLoadInfo_DoCreateVoucher.I have tried to call this function with 2 parameters: Company = XXX , LoadId=2 but I get this error:Payload: {"error":{"code":"ODP_RESOURCE_NOTFOUND","message":"Resource not found."}} This seems to indicate that the function does not e

Can IFS trigger a part to be Inspected over x amount of receipts?

Is it possible to have a part automatically populate in ‘Inspection Management’ after so many x amount of deliveries?I have tried using the Triggers such as ‘Interval Scheduled’ and set the Interval for 3, but I still have the part appear in Inspection Management for every delivery. If anyone has any idea on how to do this or if it isn't possible, it would be very much appreciated :)

API Call within Advanced Search IFS Cloud

Apologies if this has been asked.I am looking to created an advanced search within the Inventory Part in Stock screen within IFS Cloud. I want to be able to retrieve a list of stock records which are classified as Manufactured Parts.Within EE you could add in API calls to advanced searches,inventory_part_api.get_type_code(contract,part_no) = ‘Manufactured’Does anyone know the options for this rather than added a custom attribute within this screen? Unrecognized command, NOTHING IS DONE! error in Demand Planner Client 6.0.3.7

So we are running IFS Apps 10 Update 20 (Enterprise Explorer) and have installed Demand Client 6.0.3.7. We have a running Demand client server (SfdPrdWinAtlu01) and are connecting on Port Number 5010. We initially were getting an Invalid password or username error. After finding the User Demand Access screen in IFS and resetting password on our user, we were able to get past that error and now are getting this, which is less than helpful. I checked the C:\Program Files (x86)\IFS Applications\Demand Plan Client\Log Files\ folder, and unfortunately there’s nothing there. Has anyone else seen this error before or have any ideas?

When is an Invoice not an Invoice?

Can someone advise what invoices I should expect to see in the Financials / Customer Invoice section - is this Instant Invoices, for example, rather than those created off the back of Customer Orders which you find in Sales/Invoicing/Customer Invoice? Very confusing... Thanks.
