The time registration has been confirmed and approved in the Time Registration screen. However, when I pull the report in the Project Transactions screen and filter by Approved = No, the approved time entries are still being displayed for a few employees.
Based on the approval status in the Time Registration screen, these records should be marked as approved and should not appear when filtering by Approved = No in the Project Transactions screen. We have observed that when the manager removes the authorization and then re-authorizes the time entry, the record no longer appears in the Project Transactions screen when filtered by Approved = No. Could you help us to find the reason for this behavior?
