Dear PSO Experts,We have tested the Barriers functionality and found out that dynamic changes in the blockage direction, for instance changing this parameter from "Both" to "Clear" , only works if a new LOAD is sent to PSO. Is this correct? Let's say we are working on a PSO production environment and on Monday at 11 am it has been decided to remove an existing barrier at 3pm. How do we do that if it is not possible to send a new Load a 3pm? We are on PSO 6.13.0.25Best regardsMiguel

Dear community, We are currently implementing IFS Cloud Service Management with PSO running in the back to support our Field Service activities. We are using IFS Cloud 24R1 and PSO 6.13 One of our test cases is designed to ensure that Dispatchers have a correct view on the actual Work Assignment duration, especially when a task has started, but is taking more time then initially foreseen.We have observed that Dispatch Console always shows the initial duration and the “extra time” as blank, while PSO does display it more accurately. See screenshots below.Our intension is to have our dispatchers use only Dispatch Console, not a combination of 2 UI for simplification reasons. Abandoning Dispatch Console and settling for PSO is not an option we want to consider.My aim is to understand the behavior of Dispatch Console and try to understand if this is by design or if this is related to missing data, or something else. Ps. Hello,When a expense sheet is authorized, for each line in the expense sheet, a project transaction line is created.The expense reference is copied to Internal Comment field in every project transaction generated, but I can’t find the traceability between the expense sheet lines and their corresponding project transactions lines.I would like to identify which project transaction line corresponds to each expense sheet line. Our customer uses excel-addin for creating and updating parts. We are trying to figure out what flags creates new records and what flags updates existing record from the excel. Is there a simple explanation? For example I get that is you create a new Part no there is a new record and of you add a new site to an existing Part no it will create a new record. So basically, are all P and K flags creating new records or is it all M flags as well?  Hope you understand my question :) Best RegardsEmma

Hi All,  I am trying to implement a custom field so our users can see some historical information on work tasks. Dear All, We are in phase of migration to new environment, however we need Touchapps 9 to create labels, scan them and perform physical inventory counting before moving to new environment. Can someone provide the app installation file and guide for installation. Also the IFS provided links don't work and dont have application copy. 

How do you setup Teams for the ‘Business Calendar - Team’?  I’d like to setup the sales representatives in teams based on their region, so that when a sales rep checks their Business Calendar, they see only people within their region/team.  As of now, all users see all other users.  Thank you for all your help! 

Hi All, Is there anyway to print the pdf from the Print Pick List screen. There is a prompt to “print” the pick list but it just executes the report creation. How can we enable the print prompt from this screen like the other pages in Aurena.  

We updated our IFS PROD environment to IFS v10, UPD 22 (from UPD 12). A user this morning reported that in Quick Reports - once you've queried/populated a report, and if you RMB on the lines and choose "Export to Excel", that option does not work. All it does is bring up the query window again.  After a report populates (any report), and I RMB on the line items and choose "Export to Excel", it just brings up the query window again. The user reported that this functionality was working prior to the update to UPD22. We are aware of the SQL limitation mentioned in the IFS Community Forum, and checked the Query. For the report we checked (and all other reports) it does start with SELECT. We've found that you can successfully use the RMB > Export to Excel from the Quick Reports top folder (before viewing the report in IFS), but that it will not work from within the report - if you view the report in IFS first, then RMB on the lin

We are having an issue with Intersite orders in Apps 10. The purchase orders are not automatically being sent to the 2nd site. We have to go into the PO, RMB and click send. I’m sure this means we are missing a setting somewhere.   Any ideas on how to resolve this?   Thanks, Mike

Hi, When printing the pick list, I would like to also print part labels at the same time. The goal is to identify the parts when picking: the operator goes to the location, takes the parts and puts a label on it. In the shipment type, you can have an event to print the handling unit labels. However, as we didn’t define Handling units yet, that’s no use. How can I do this? Thanks!

Hi All,The default Transport Task Report outputs task line serial numbers for the same part number as a single string instead of by transport task line id . The warehouse team would like an itemized report as displayed in the Transport Task window (similar to the pick list)I tried to create 2 custom fields for Quantity and Serial Number from the transport_task_line view but when adding these fields to Report Designer the data does not populate when previewing the report. I can see that the data is there when I query the custom field view. Any ideas?

During moving serial objects from one object to another we get a Signature field with a list of values which are probably nothing but users/employees.Do we know how to restrict this because there can be a possibility where user updates this field with someone else’s signature which is ethically wrong? 

Hi AllEven when non-numeric values are entered into a Number-type parameter for an add-on report, it can still be executed without resulting in an error.(In APP9, an error would occur due to the standard functionality.)For IFS Cloud, there is no error.For APP9, there is an error.Q1, In the Cloud version, is it expected behavior that entering non-numeric characters into a Number-type parameter during Order Report input does not trigger an error?Q2, Is it possible to cause an error for incorrect data type input without adding custom validation in the add-on?Thanks ＆Best regards,Feng

Hello,The issue is related to deletion of some of the tax records from Tax Transactions screen, after analysis it was found that we have an option on the screen ‘Tax Ledger Parameters’ named as ‘Delete Tax Transactions with Status False’.Can someone please help in understanding the business logic and purpose of this option, and why it only works when Tax method is selected as ‘Payment’ in supplier invoice. ThanksSurbhi

Hello All,Hoping someone can help me here.  We have a customer that apply material overhead to a work task.  I have set up the cost elements, buckets and templates and added the template to parts.  This process works and the OH is calculated on the work task as expected.  The issue we are faced with is the customer updates their OH rates on a quarterly bases.  When I run the update part specific overheads the system changes the rate even if the end date is specified.  I also noticed that I ran the update on Sept 12 but the date of the last activity did not change, although the field level details state it was the last time the record was updated.  Here is the issue.  Even if I add a new line and end date the first line when I run the update job it changes the rate for both lines, therefore losing historical rates.  Should this job not allow to end date previous rates and insert a new rate based on the date the update is performed?In the example below when the ma
