Trying to create a flat file from a view using Migration Job CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE in 21R1.  No output is being generated and it is sitting at Error but no error message is displayed. 

Hello Team,I encountered an issue with a newly created non-supplier payment in the Tax Clearance Analysis window. When attempting to make the payment using the Mixed Payment window, the payment does not appear when utilizing the 'Open Planned Non Supplier Payments' option or selecting from the Non-Supplier Payment ID in the line.Upon further investigation, I observed that this problem occurs specifically when the company is created using the STD-UK template but not when using the STD template.I would appreciate your guidance on how to address and overcome this issue.Best Regards,

Hi,It seems another very useful functionality we used to have in EE client has been changed apparently in Cloud. on editable overview forms we used to select rows and copy object and paste object to copy data between databases using EE client. It used to copy the objects to clipboard using IFS message format. Then Paste did the magical data import to another database. I can see this behaviour is changed in cloud, it seems the new “copy selected rows”, doesn't copy to clipboard, so there is no way to paste to another database.  If anyone found a quick and easy way to copy data, specially from useplace to buildplace, please let me know. Thanks in AdvanceSanj

When a user is trying to delete time reporting hours on his time card  in LIVE environment it shows an error as “It is not possible to add value for Report Code as it is not defined as a resource criteria”  However, when he tries to delete time reporting entry in Test Environment, it prompts an error as “It is not possible to add value for Employee Category as it is not defined as a resource criteria”  User is in Aurena UPD10 (both Live and Test). Is this a bug in the application or basic data setup missing? Please advise. 

Hi,Is there a way of receiving by-products automatically to a different location other than the Shop Order’s proposed location?We have tried to implement a custom event to move the by-products to their default floor stock location after they’re received, but unfortunately getting this error: “ORA-20105: Transaction.OVERLOAD”, when trying to use Inventory_Part_In_Stock_API.Move_Part, since there are two procedures with the same name.Is anyone able to suggest another API method which I could use for this, or better yet, a solution which can be achieved with standard functionality?I am considering having putaway zones set up, and having the event perform putaway instead.Thanks!

We are upgrading the Customer IFS Application 10 to IFS Cloud. Application 10 Database Export has not errors reported. But during the Database Import to Cloud Database we have noticed below 2 errors.ORA-39346: data loss in character set conversion for object PACKAGE_BODY:"IFSAPP"."PET_TRANSFER_TEMP_API"ORA-39346: data loss in character set conversion for object PACKAGE_BODY:"IFSAPP"."TAX_HANDLING_PURCH_UTIL_API"Could you please advise on the reason for the above functional package import error ?Can we ignore this error or what would be the solution to resolve.

Hi,Implementation in France, customer wants to create a non-supplier payment to be included in SEPA or ISO2022 payment proposal.In “external payment recipient” it is not possible to sect either one of the payment methods, only the Polish ones as well as BACS.  In APP10, the option ISO20022 is included as well.  What about the cloud ?Customer is using 22R2 SU6. Please advise.  What alternative can be recommended if option SEPA and ISO20022 is not included in non-supplier payment in version 22R2 Thx, Patrick

Does Demand Planning use 'SHIPTRAN' transactions as well when aggregating historical data from External_Invent_Part_Issue_Pub, or is it solely based on OESHIP transactions?

For some reason in our non-prod environment, the integration schedules stopped running two days ago and the next run date was set to be 2 days in the future.  We have also seen this happen following a shutdown/restart of the server after maintenance.  Is there a way to adjust these manually?  There is no adjustment in the configuration screens nor does restarting the Monitor Service does fix the issue.

i have several requests to create custom fields on IFS Pages and have encountered the same problem on more than one Page in IFS.Using one such example, I would like to add custom fields to Risk Analysis - when new Risk button is click.I click one the ‘New’ risk button & a screen pops up like below - but now my ‘user’ menu is not available so I am unable to switch on the Debug to find the information I need in order to add the fields needed on this page nor am I able to start the Page Designer. To me I interpret this as a system bug or serious limitation that it would appear I am unable to make the changes i want. It is not ideal to add them into the ‘grid’ on the page from where I navigated from - they are really required at this point of creating the data on the below screen. We have several parts that need to be ordered with one unit of measure on the PO but stocked and transacted with another unit of measure. example: We purchase chemicals in 100litre totes but the stock manufacturing uses in 1 litre units.is it possible and if so how to set this up so that we can order the purchase part as 1*1000litre part but then receive it into a site as 1000*1litre parts?

Hi,We are getting below error while performing year end process.The balance in accounting currency and parallel currency for assets and liabilities must be equal to zero for 2022 before final year closing can be performed.This customer is in IFSCloud and upgraded from 7.5  to IFSCloud 23R2 recently. we referred  to IFS community post relating to similar issue and executed below SQL query as suggested in one of the post.select account_api.get_accnt_type_db(company.account).sum(amount_balance).sum(third_currency_amount_balance) from accounting_balance where company=’X’ and accounting_year=2022Group by account_api.get_accnt_type_db(company.account) It's got below SQL result and stat account have balance only for parallel currency. Hi,Is it possible to set a minimum amount for an authorizer assigning rule, which means only an invoice amount exceeds the minimum amount is needed to be approved.Thanks. 

I would like column order changes made during a session using the Column Selector and Sheet Designer to be saved as the default for everyone using that session. Can you give a detailed explanation of how these changes will be applied across sheets? For example, I design a page as default and I want this page to be the default for every user in the system. However, they can design this page themselves from the column chooser and save it in their profile. But if I create a new user in the system, that user should see the page I have designed as default. 

Hi All I have a HMRC requirement in which i need to supply when we last used a supplier, I was going to base this off the last payment we made to the supplier and also use this to clean up any suppliers we are not currently using. Is there any reporting built into IFS that could give me the last payment date for a supplier ?

Hi All,I have a question from Project Management related to Gantt Chart and Activity Progress during the project scheduling process. When we tried to schedule a project by having an Activity progress (Example- 50%), we could not see its reflection in the Gantt. Could you please let me know the followingsHow the Activity progress getting reflected in the Gantt? Based on the progress completion, is there any place in the Gantt or screen where we could see the remaining days. Also we came across a scenario where the Total Work (Days) are getting displayed correctly only when there is an Actual Finish Date Best RegardsRazan
