Hi all,We use Approval Routing for approving a NCR and have events attaching a Approval Template based when a specific NCR Type is attached.We want to make sure that noone is deleting or change the predefined Approval Template attached to the NCR.How can this be done? I have not found any solution using Permission Sets and no parameter to set either.As far as I understand it is not possible to fire an event from a RMB menu in the Attachement Panel either.Any idea anyone?Many thanks in advance!Best regardsAnna-Lena@Odfjell

Does anyone know how the parameter should be set „--cloudrealm” in the “FsMigTool”if we have a remote installation and not in the cloud? In the example from the documentation, the parameter "--cloudrealm ifscloudr2devcmb" is used and I don't know if this applies to every type of installation.

Hi all, we are looking to see if there is an ability to add a parameter into a Database task. we have a process that looks at the order type and releases orders from planned but unfortunately there is only the option to use ORDER_CREATED_TIME_OFFSET. I’m hoping to be able to reference Wanted Delivery date / time instead.Is this customisable and if so, where could one reference the above?As always, any pointers massively appreciated.

 The migration starts, but at the very end the above message appears in log files: „Error while cleaning up the virtual. Error while getting the token end point. sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target” and the whole thing ends with an error. What could be the reason for this? Where to look for the error? 

Hello,I’m wondering if its possible in Aurena to give a user the ability to delete/detach a document from a single IFS screen (ex. Sales Contracts)?  When trying to set this up it appears that they either have access to do it on all forms or none of them.

Hi experts!  There is a need to setup some Audits for a customer for some tables they frequently work with. I know these logs get stored in the metrix_audit table. Considering the long run, there will be a high number of records in this table after some time. Therefore, does the baseline FSM application clear these records automatllcally from time to time? If not, is it possible to implement such a feature and how can this be achieved? Regards,Buddhima

Good day.  Just to check - how do you deal with Position ID and Position Name when you have duplicate Positions but in different Departments of a Company.  IFS does not allow the same Position ID/Name to be used twice.  Many thanks.

Hi All, Since yesterday, I have an error in the dispatch console when I try to choose one of the datasets (001) or if I click on Show more in the DC Resources block for dataset 001. Everything work fine in the Scheduling Workbench. I have attached a text file with the full error message. Could anyone help me or lead me on how to fix/understand this issue?

hello,I am trying to setup a depreciation method using method type = straight-line. The requirement is to setup a salvage percentage value (e.g. 55%) assigned to this depreciation method.When an object is activated (let's assume total cost is 10,000) then IFS should only depreciate based on total cost of 10,000 - (55% * 10,000) = 4,500. IFS does provide a salvage field on the fixed asset object page but it is not a percentage. I tried using business use percentage (on fixed asset object page) and non-depreciable base value (depreciation method page) and did not get the required results. Any suggestions? 

Hi All,When opening the Invoices to Authorize page in IFS Aurena, the below error is appearing. It does not allow me to view the invoice attachment, even if I try to open the screen in unsafe mode. It means the unsafe mode does not support the functionality in full. I appreciate any one of you helping to resolve this issue. Thank you.Theja

Hello everyone Why is it not possible to change the document staus if there is an approval path created. In case there is no path we can manage the status of the document.

We have a customer order where the line was originally setup with Supply code  Purch Order Trans.The part was received from the supplier and booked in but later returned to them for credit after failing inspection.The part has been shipped back to the supplier for credit with no replacement order.However we now cannot unpeg the Customer order Line connected to this or changed the line status to cancel. How can we cancel this line and allow the overall order to then be completed?  No option to unpeg  

Is it possible to configure the application so that it informs users that the validity of their application password will expire in the coming days and that they should change the password ? This question is for the IFS app that is launched from the IEE (not for IFS cloud or aurena).  

We have a non-inventory sales part on a customer order line.  When we change the quantity on that line, the system is automatically showing it Reserved and Picked, ready for delivery.  We don’t want it to do that.  Is there a way to prevent the auto-reservation and picking of non-inventory parts?

Hello,Need your help to understand how the Project cost is calculated when a shop order is connected to a project activity.Here are the steps that I followed for my tests:Activity Materials and Services > Misc.Parts tab: I have added a Manufactured Inventory Part Y. Proceeded with “Create Project Supply Request”: so, the shop order has been created automatically for the Part Y. I have received and closed the Shop order, also verified that there is a cost calculated. Proceeded with “Issue from inventory to Project” for the Part Y.When I verify the Project Cost, on the Project Connections, I can see the cost of the shop order but only on the Used Cost and there is no value on the Actual Cost.Is there a missing step or posting control that we should do to have a Project Actual Cost connected to the shop order cost? Thank you!

Hello,Is it possible to put a default value in a field when creating a new record ?I know in apps10 it was possible with template feature and then put it in base profile to apply to everyone but in IFS cloud I did not find this feature.For example when creating a new supplier, put the default value “Prospect” for supplier category. Many thanks in advance.regardsVincent 

I am working in the Apps 10 UPD 23 GCS IEE environment and I am trying to manage a Shop Order Multi-Level Repair Structure.  I can get the structure to appear but when I RMB on any of the components in the tree, the component replacement selection is grayed out.Is this due to a permissions issue?  If so, what permission should be granted to allow that function to be used?  Thanks!!
