Duplicate a TR

Good morning.  Is it possible to duplicate a Travel Request?  Example would be if you have a group of employees that will be travelling together, so information is basically the same, only need to change name of Employee on the TR.  Thank you.

Support for Pagero Universal Format (PUF) in IFS

Hi All, Most of the country compliance in Pagero requires the document to be send by PUF format.https://pagero.github.io/country-compliance/ Is there any transformer or any kind of a solution available to convert IFS E-Invoice format to Pagero PUF format?

Shop Order Detail Report

Input Range not filtering in order reports in IFS10 Aurena

hi all,I created an order report with 3 input parameters: Project ID, Sub Project ID and Activity. When i enter a range in project id input eg: PROJ1..PROJ10 ,  then next input parameter sub project id is not getting filtered based on the project ids in this range. It is showing all subproject id values irrespective of the project id range I entered. I gave below conditions in REP view columns^QUERY=Project:^QFLAGS=OW-BL^REF=C_CLS_PROJECT_LOV^^QUERY=Sub Project:^QFLAGS=OC---^REF=C_CLS_SUB_PROJECT_LOV(PROJECT)^and below conditions in LOV view column commentsCOMMENT ON COLUMN C_CLS_SUB_PROJECT_LOV.PROJECT_ID IS 'FLAGS=PMI-L^DATATYPE=STRING(100)^PROMPT=Project ID^';   COMMENT ON COLUMN C_CLS_SUB_PROJECT_LOV.SUB_PROJECT_ID IS 'FLAGS=KMI-L^DATATYPE=STRING(100)^PROMPT=Sub Project ID^The filtering is working fine in IFS10 IEE, but not working in Aurena. Data Mapping for Data Migration Manager

This is about enumeration items when creating mapping data forData Migration Manager.What is mandatory is the DB value, but the default value that is automatically set is set to the client value.So everything has to be changed manually.Am I creating this incorrectly?Or do I have to change them manually?

Deploy Status not getting updated in Data Migration Manager

Hi ,We are using Data Migration Manager for data migration and we encounter one issue related to deployment container.During bulk deploy into the Environment records getting inserted in CFG but Deploy Status in Deployment Container not getting updated ever after refereshing the screen.Deploy Staus getting updated while deploying singel record but not updating staus for bulk deploy and multiple record’s deploy.Really appreciate for your help.

center-align barcodes

Is it possible to center-align barcodes in the IFS report designer? As I see, barcodes grow from left to right, so this does not seem possible. Let me know if there is any way to do it.

Chinese Taiwan(Traditional Chinese) Translations are not working in MWO

Hi,We have a request from a customer to enable traditional Chinese in IFS Cloud for for both Aurena and MWO. I know this is not listed as  a supported language by IFS in IFS Cloud but we looking in to all possible options and solutions to the issues we have seen atm after enabling.  After enabling Transitional Chines(through BP) and handling relevant translations, we could see translations properly in Aurena client with 23R2. But With the WMO, we see some discrepancies. Translations works fine using Android phone but not using  iPhone(13). How we handle this? Since this is not a translation supported by IFS in IFS Cloud,  will it be possible to get a solution (at least a workaround) to cater customer requirement for  iPhone(13).Any advise or information is much appreciated! Thanks,Chamila

How to syncronize Project Deliverables and started shop order?

Hello,Sometimes our project engineers need to make some changes on started project delivables. For example; project started and customer wanting to remove one material. The material is under a manufactued(shop order) part. Engineer is picking part from project deliverables tree and move it to which is non-materail named spare_part object.At that point project deliverables and shop order is coming different stuation. Moved part is already in shop order materails.We tried Calculate Gross Requirements function but shop order is not updating.Are there any way to update shop order as project deliverables in standard from screens? Or should we add a development in Delivery_Structure_API.Move_Item.We are using IFS10 update 10.

I would like to use the BPA to add a user to the site during the user setup process.The question is how will it check which API to use to use it in the BPA process ?

Travel Plan on Travel Request

Good day.  Anyone that uses the Travel Plan option on the TR?  What is the purpose of the Travel Plan option?  I don’t see any systems effects, though the Travel Plan can be queued to a Responsible person for certain actions e.g Completed/Put on hold etc..  Many thanks.

How can access receipt attachments from PO window

FSM Mobile - Fetch data on demand

Hi All,I’m trying to find a solution for the following. The functionalilty is that FSM mobile app users can fetch data on demand.So far I'm able to trigger a Sync rule via a client script, which then sends all the data (Batch All) for that person. The issue here is, that I can’t add any conditional filters, and only can filter on Person ID (but it’s something). The biggest issue is that during the initialisation of the app, the data is also imported, which we want to prevent.Regards,David

We are observing the Additional Resource Task errors on Mobile (especially iOS) with the error text “Task has been already picked by another person or it no longer exists. Further processing of this task is impossible.”. Can you please point to the details for this error.

Custom field not showing in Aurena

Hi, im triying to recreate the contacts list that is in customer/address but in project definition, i added customer_info_contact entity in the ProjectDefinitionHandling projection and im propperly filtering the contacts based on the addres using bindings and that LU has a custom field with the name of the contact but for some reason that custom field is not available to be added in my list. This is the list im creating in project_definition This are the available fields that i can add to my listThis are the custom fields in the LUAnd by some reason, if i try to modify the list in customer/address, i see completely different fields availableHere is the definition of the list in customer/address This are the custom fileds available in the customer/address list including the custom fieldsDoes anyone have any idea why this is happening or how could i fix it?

No data in Demand Driven Execution for Parts window

Hi All,I am trying to get DDMRP working for a client in Apps10, but I seem to be missing something as I don’t see any data on ‘Demand Driven Execution for Parts’ window. Steps followed include;1.Run Cumulative Lead Time calculation for the site.2.Set the buffered parts.3.Run Perform Lead Time Category Classification.4.Run Calculate Historical Average Daily Usage.5.Calculate buffer zones.6.Manual adjustment to ‘ADU’ quantity (to make changes to calculations).7.Recalculate buffer zones.8.Run MRP for site.9.Can see records in ‘Demand Driven Planning for Parts’ window.But can’t see any records in ‘Demand Driven Execution for Parts’ window. So, what am I missing here? Any thoughts?

The External Batch Load File already exists error

Hi Everyone,We are trying to automate the process of External File Assistant for Vouchers, Customer Invoices and Supplier Invoices by having a Reader and Routing Rule to pick up a file when dropped into the SFTP server folder, and to execute the relevant logic through a Custom Event.However the Reader picks up the file, but in the Application Messages it fails with the following error:ORA-20112: ExternalBatchLoadFile.FND_RECORD_EXIST: The External Batch Load File already exists.When we query and check the External_Batch_Load_File_Tab we can see the record has been created though. Is it trying to create it again?The Reader is as below (ignore the Enabled toggle, its enabled when testing):And Routing Rule as below: Anyone who has come across this issue?Best Regards,Devin Amarasekara​​​​​​​

Purchased Parts with Individually Serialized Sub-Components

I have a situation where I have purchased assemblies that contain sub-components which require individual serial number and/or IUID traceability. Is there a way to define a BOM/product structure for purchased parts so that I can capture individual sub-component serial/IUID data for each serialized assembly at receiving?

Changing view used in an Aurena list

Hi, im trying to replicate a contacts list from customer address into project definition but i´ve realized that the view being used is different in customer address and the one i defined in project definition This is the list i want to replicate, as you can see the view used is Customer_info_contactThis my list in project definition which uses Customer_Info_Contact_CLVIs there a wayt to change what view my list will use? or if is not possible any idea on what i could try?i just want to show the same fields as in the customer address listPS. When i add the entity to the projection for projectDefinition this the only entity shown

Fixed Asset Depreciation Error

Hello, Has anyone seen the error "Not possible to calculate relative period with respect to last depreciation date 4/30/23"?We have a TAX Book (no GL postings) that won't run a Depreciation Proposal, and instead gives the above error.This happens when we run July 2023 Proposal (and forward). May and June Proposals processed without issue. But those Proposals did not generate any actual Depreciation and it seems these are related. Go live was related (from an Asset standpoint) to the 4/30/2023 date.Any simple things we may have overlooked? Regards,William Klotz

Service Contract - Track Cost and Revenue

Hi All, I have a client that provides monthly free-of-charge inspections of their customer’s production line (for which they sold the equipment). The inspection is free-of-charge, but everytime they find a possible problem, they provide a quote to the customer for the replacement and maintenance and thus they make revenue. That is the basic business plan. To put this in IFS I was working with a Service Contract where we have multiple ‘Services’ - 1 free-of charge service that has a PM action on Monthly Occurence - Calendar generated. No issue there.I also made a second servie that is invoiced based on ‘Resources Used’. So whenever a technician is on-site they can create a new WO/Service Request from MWO, connect it to the 2nd service line of the contract and in that way we can track all Costs and Revenue’s for both Services connected to the Service Contract. Now comes the issue: so before they are allowed to execute the replacement, the customer wants a quote. No issue - when the WO is

WIP Reversal for WT Material

I have setup work task cost codes and rules to reverse WIP at CO Line Invoiced and I am only doing this for material.  When I issue material on a work task I see the cost code.  I then transfer inventory and update the GL.  I then proceed to invoice the Work Task and post the customer invoice.  I then re-run the transfer inventory (and reposting job) but I am not see the WIP getting reversed.  If I manually release WIP and Check and Update accounting, this works, but I need the automatic to work.  Has anyone had this issue with Work Task Material (M50)

No "Save" Button on Migrated Lobby Elements

Dear Community We have recently upgraded from Apps9 to IFS Cloud. For the migrated Lobby Elements, the SAVE button does not appear when attempting to edit them (see below). Despite making changes, it just does not appear. Is this by design, or a potential bug? it was the same in 23R1 and 23R2.  Many thanks
