Hi, I have many places with multiple products linked to each place (with product_id and  model_id) Each product_id has a fixed Product_PM coverage end date (ex 31.12.2024). This end date prevents users from creating new tasks or inspections if it is earlier than the current date.Manually modifying the coverage end date automatically updates the new slots in PM schedules. But with sql update query it changes the coverage end date value but not updating slots in PM schedules.Problem: I need to update the coverage end date for 1,000 product_id’s across 1,000 places.It would be greta help if any one has solution or suggestion how to solve this. Thanks and Regards,Akshay.

Is it possible to report project time and see at the same time the start and end time?We currently have setup the system to report the number of hours spend on project time transactions, but we would also like to record at what time those hours are spend.

Is there any parameter in PSO or any app param in FSM which will disable the PSO user if they are not using the system for a period of time? 

Hello.In Inventory Part in Stock, most of our users want to have a filter where Quantity on Hand is greater than zero. This is possible with search and adding that field and condition there, but we want to make it default to anyone that brings up a list in that page.I have read the documentation here: (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/040_tailoring/225_configuration/200_client_configurations/310_conditional_fields/) but still unable to set a working condition. This documentation indicates to use the Enumeration Filter on the QtyOnhand attribute.I did the following in Page Designer (we’re on 24R1), again following the documentation, but I am not sure what to type in the Value field. I tried just about everything (blank, record.QtyOnhand > 0, >0, QtyOnhand gt 0, etc.) and it will not let me proceed (it goes red and does not accept anything that I’ve tried).what do I type in Value?​​Can someone help letting me know how to make this condition effective?IFS Cloud 24R1In advance,than

My customer have started to use TechPortal and MWO. For some unassigned work they need functionality like work task filters in order to display the right unassigned work to the right groups of people. Resource group is not accurate enough as a  filtering criteria.Unfortunately I can’t find any functionality like this in Techportal or MWO.Is it available?If not, is there a roadmap for adding these features?My customer is today running IFSAPP10, update 16 but will start ugrading to Cloud in the near future.

Will you absorb tariffs levied by the USA, Canada and/or Mexico on your products? Will you increase your prices to match the tariffs? Will you pass on the tariffs as a separate sales charge for each of your products? Will you pass on the tariffs to all of your customers, or will some customers receive special deals or discounts? If so, how will you administer the different deals? Our company is just considering this now. I’m considering a single sales charge group and sales charge type for affected products. We may need to create a customization to pass the charge on based on origin and destination country.

In fsw mobile the Region field has one color in the table fields and another color in the customizable fields, can I change these colors? 

Good day.  I would just like to confirm - Approval flow for Expense Sheets (Travel Related Expenses and General Expenses) is to the direct Supervisor of the Employee registering the Expense?  Thus one level of Approval?  Authorization normally done by Finance.Additional setup required is Position Access as well as Supervisor Access?Thank you.Anya  

I’m using IFS Report Designer 20.02.0002 in an Apps 10 environment.  If I have a different Page Footer on my Last Page, can that Page Footer be a different size than the one on my Repeating Page?  I’d like my Repeating Page Footer to be 1.5 cm and my Last Page Footer to be 3 cm. The tool allows me to do this by initially setting the Repeating Page Footer to 3 cm.  The 3 cm is defaulted into the size for the Last Page Footer if I open the Page Settings and then close it.  I can then go back to my Repeating Page and switch the size to 1.5 cm.  I’ve confirmed the sizes are evident in the xml for the rdl when viewing in Notepad++.The issue is when I deploy and print the report, it looks to me like the Last Page Footer is trimmed down to 1.5 cm of available space, not the full 3 cm.

 HelloI’m trying to create an enrichment process workflow which triggered when calling the following projection action on the Operation Tab of the Routing page : RoutingHandling.svc/CreateStandardOperationWhen I add a new Standard Operation on a Routing, I want to update a custom attribute of the newly created RoutingOperation entity.As we can add a standard operation by copy or by reference, I need in both cases to get the standard operation to save it in the custom attribute “Orig_Std_Operation”, so in case we don’t have reference anymore, we keep the original one stored for further consultations and business operations.So in case we add the standard operation by Copy, there is no link to the standard operation, so I can’t update the field of the RoutingOperation entity with an event action, this is why i need a workflow event, to catch the Client value.I’m trying to achieve this since hours without any success.

Hi,I have looked for past questions, and asked on this case around the PSO Rest API’s.I’d be interested to have a look at them. I have installed the service but when launching the browser I am getting a 404 error.Have I missed something on install?Also in the previous post there is a URL (http://localhost/IFSSchedulingRESTfulGateway/swagger/ui/index.html) which is what I’d like to get to, again nothing is loading, just getting a white page for that. Ady
