In Aurena (Upd 13) on the Change Request Form we are using the Object Connection to point to Equipment Functional Objects.Out of the box things are working good.We would like to be able to search via a Custom Field.  Which we can get to show but we get an error when searching. Loc is the custom field.When we search with the Loc Column we get the following error:An internal server error occurred. Do you have any idea why I’m receiving the following background job error when attempting to invoice? Please advise on how to resolve this. This is our first time invoicing consignment inventory parts.Ownership Consignment is not allowed for this supply code.                    ORA-20105: ServiceInvoice.SERVICEINVERROR 

Could someone advise what my expectations should be as to under what circumstances I can simply click into a field and can edit it vs having to click the ‘pencil’/edit icon first before being able to edit, please?EG Receive Inventory Part - click in field and can edit Customer Order Lines - have to click ‘pencil’/edit to change quantity It would be useful to have an explanation to pass on to users.Thanks!Linda 

Hi, Hoping to gather how others have handled undo’s/corrections when the “Issue Inventory Part” screen is used (eg. “use count-in”)as there doesn't appear to be an undo transaction? Currently we are in APP9 Thanks!

HelloI can’t figure how to import data into accounting vouchers using the API”s. First I looked at the  VoucherHandling API but there are only GET functions and some PATCH but no POST to insert data in the Voucher entity.I suppose that this table is protected and I tried to use the ExternalVoucherHandling to insert data in the ExternalVoucheSet as the file import in IFS does.There is a POST function to insert lines in the ExternalVoucheSet but it ends up with the following error:":"ORA-20111: ExtLoadInfo.FND_RECORD_NOT_EXIST: The Ext Load Info does not exist." So I supposed that I needed to create first an ExtLoadInfoSet as a title for the lines.In this API there are no POST functions with a json payload but a function called ExtLoadInfo_DoCreateVoucher.I have tried to call this function with 2 parameters:  Company = XXX , LoadId=2 but I get this error:Payload: {"error":{"code":"ODP_RE

Is it possible to have a part automatically populate in ‘Inspection Management’ after so many x amount of deliveries?I have tried using the Triggers such as ‘Interval Scheduled’ and set the Interval for 3, but I still have the part appear in Inspection Management for every delivery. If anyone has any idea on how to do this or if it isn't possible, it would be very much appreciated :)

So we are running IFS Apps 10 Update 20 (Enterprise Explorer) and have installed Demand Client 6.0.3.7. We have a running Demand client server (SfdPrdWinAtlu01) and are connecting on Port Number 5010. We initially were getting an Invalid password or username error. After finding the User Demand Access screen in IFS and resetting password on our user, we were able to get past that error and now are getting this, which is less than helpful. I checked the C:\Program Files (x86)\IFS Applications\Demand Plan Client\Log Files\ folder, and unfortunately there’s nothing there.  Has anyone else seen this error before or have any ideas?

Can someone advise what invoices I should expect to see in the Financials / Customer Invoice section - is this Instant Invoices, for example, rather than those created off the back of Customer Orders which you find in Sales/Invoicing/Customer Invoice?   Very confusing...   Thanks.

We have several oracle users that handle these connections, created as IFS fnd users. These users are granted access to the database API package methods via permission sets, and are set as inactive in the IFS application as they never actually log into the app and the oracle user handles everything.Example: User logs into non-IFS app and enters information about a purchase order. Hi, I need to manage several activities on specific days and times for a customer.I thought about using the availability patterns on activity types linked to Standard task, but it is ignored in the PSO scheduling. This information is not reported in the task scheduling information.Am I missing something? Is there a way to use the availability model for the activity type in the planning? Thanks

Hi,Why in most of lots/Batches after update manufacturing date in screen lot/batch master and save it, after re-query it again the manufacturing date column is found as blank like nothing is saved.is there any reason for it?Thank you.

Hello,I am facing an issue in the lobby while including the date parameter. The data is not populating in the lobby.Cloud version - 23R1 (Note - We need the date as a datatype to get the calendar below to pick the desired date from the calendar) In the main view, the date (balance_date) is formatted as “DD-MON-YY”The page parameter uses the format “YYYY-MM-DD”.Subquery’s date (balance_date) is also formatted as “DD-MON-YY”.The picture below shows the format as “DD/MM/YYYY”, but in reality, it is using the format “YYYY-MM-DD”.Page Parameter 

Can someone please explain how MS Level 0  and "Sales and Operational Planning" interact with each other . I found an option to export the forecast to MS Level 0 . What is the purpose of this ?. This is to disaggregate the forecast to connected MS level 1 Parts  and to plan the actual Manufacturing/Purchasing? If this is the case what is the point of importing the  Demand Planner Forecast ? Or to simply Calculate the RRP load ? How the operational plan affects the actual Manufacturing/Purchasing?

Hi All,I create a package part and I’m surprise that I cannot reserve the unit via the Customer Order page but to be Reserve via the Quick Order Flow Handling.And second, once reserved and picked, I create my handling unit and attach the part to it but I can’t find it in Handling Units in Shipment Inventory, giving no results. Looking for via Shipment ID, cust order nº or handling units Id.Something strange as well is the message when open the TREE, “Qty without attached reservations:1”which is something I do not get for regular/standard customer orders.Thanks in advance.

In IFS Cloud 23R2.6 we experience that time registrations on work order / - tasks in grid  view, “disappers” when you save the transaction.  You can see the total of work order hours in the line “presense”, but not which work order you have registered your hours… !  If you change to calendar view, the work order no/task is visible.I guess this is an error… Anyone who has had the same experience ?  

We have people all over the place creating and sending/printing customer invoices. The extremely slim Accounting department needs to handle all the Accounts Payable day-to-day work and all customer invoice related issues. But the Report Archive only support querying invoices ordered by the users themselves. Invoices ordered by other users cannot be retrieved from the Report Archive.I expect there are several ways to come around this issue. Which would be the simplest and smartest ways? Please advice.
