I would like column order changes made during a session using the Column Selector and Sheet Designer to be saved as the default for everyone using that session. Can you give a detailed explanation of how these changes will be applied across sheets? For example, I design a page as default and I want this page to be the default for every user in the system. However, they can design this page themselves from the column chooser and save it in their profile. But if I create a new user in the system, that user should see the page I have designed as default. 

Hi All I have a HMRC requirement in which i need to supply when we last used a supplier, I was going to base this off the last payment we made to the supplier and also use this to clean up any suppliers we are not currently using. Is there any reporting built into IFS that could give me the last payment date for a supplier ?

24.1.2In the Quantities panel of the Manual Issue Shop Order Material Line I am seeing red lines in fields that may be indicating an availability issue, but there is no issue, there is plenty of material available.One material line showing the red lines.A second material line on the same shop order not showing red lines.Any ideas?

Hi All,I have a question from Project Management related to Gantt Chart and Activity Progress during the project scheduling process. When we tried to schedule a project by having an Activity progress (Example- 50%), we could not see its reflection in the Gantt. Could you please let me know the followingsHow the Activity progress getting reflected in the Gantt? Based on the progress completion, is there any place in the Gantt or screen where we could see the remaining days. Here is my event action that refuses to work in our production environment:  Here is the custom event I created:I am unable to get it working. I tried changing it to “new objects created” but wasnt able to get it to work either. i want when a new user adds a voucher with the type “MV” for an automatic email to be sent to a certain user group. This event is working in our other environments but not production. I have a lot of customer accounts with the address details in an excel spreadsheet. Is there anyway of uploading multiple accounts at once? Sort of like Uploading multiple invoices only with customer accounts

Hi, We seem to have lost the ability to roll costs in cost set 5 (planned purchase cost) and have the Supplier for Purchase Part pull through. This has been working without issue within the last few weeks however it has now stopped working and no longer pulls through the latest SFPP price. Anyone experienced this or know what we can do to change it back? Thanks, Georgina 

I have a customer order that has been delivered and invoiced and the status is set to invoiced closed. when review the PO to ensure this is closed someone has set the status to ‘Confirmed’.I have tried to unpeg the lines but it will not allow me as CO in invoiced/delivered.I need to be able to close the PO so that i can invoice match the suppliers invoice when it arrives.Has anyone come across this issue or have and solution to it please

I wonder if someone can help me with an issue with regards to setting up a scheduling resource for PSO and protected persons in the HCM Module.My understanding is that in order for a resource to be available in the drop down in Scheduling Resources the address type 'Visit' needs to be set . However this means that the protected flag on the person record needs to be set as 'Unprotected'. Is is possible to have a protected persons address record and still set them up as a scheduling resource?

Hello everyone, I've been facing a big problem for some time and I would like your help, maybe we can find a solution.I have made some changes in IFS Cloud (24 R1) such as: creating custom fields, changing some field names according to customer requirements, hiding/deleting some fields etc. Each time a release/service update takes place, these changes are lost and the system reverts to the standard version.Also, if in a new release, the interface of an IFS Cloud page changes its appearance by rearranging fields/windows, introducing a new design, all changes made on that page are lost.So far, every time this happens, I have to make all the necessary changes manually over and over again.I need to find a solution so that all existing changes are not lost in the future.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how I could solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!Kind Regards,Miruna

In IFS10 and 9 it was possible to write criteria's in the where clause of a data source as: column1 in (select column1 from ifsapp.view2 where Active =’True’)i.e. if column1 is present in another view and where clause is fulfilled, that whole select is valid. (I did not add view name and select, where for the view that would have to be entered own columns in data source editor)This does not seem to work in IFS Cloud using SQL data sources. Would it be possible to do anything similar using a projection? in that case, how?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to setup the MHS process with a customer order, and I want to use sale lines and rental lines. I have my delivery site (CP005 in the screenshot) and my supply site (CP001).The problem is : when I create my CO with two lines, it creates a PO on CP005 only for the sale line, and a customer order on CP001 with 1 sale line and 1 rental line :Sale line on the original CORental line on the original CO

HiWe want to lock the format in the Remarks fields for some of the Work Steps in MWO. Some of them shall have dates, some shall have time.Others shall remain as text fields. Does anybody have know of the possibility for such changes?

Hello,We've noticed something strange. When you generate an IFS token, you receive both an access token and a refresh token. The role of the refresh token is to allow an access token to be regenerated without the user having to re-authenticate. So far, so good, but I've noticed that I can refresh the access token as many times as I like using the same refresh token. This seems to me to pose a security problem, because in my opinion, a refresh token should only be able to be used once. Does this behavior seem normal to you?Thanks.Théo

Hello,maybe someone can clarify for what purpose the tab “Work Orders” is needed in the form “Isolation Order”?Work orders there are attached only manually. If Work Order is connected to Isolation Order via Permit, the information of such Work Order doesn’t appear in this tab. Such connection is seen only in the form “Work Orders, Permits and Isolation Orders”, but not on Isolation Order.So I do not understand for what purpose this tab is needed in Isolation Order. Connections of Isolation Order and Work Orders that are made in this tab doesn’t apply any rules for Isolation Order and Work Orders dates too.

We are using ifs apps 10. We are getting the message when we try to do the final year end.   When we set up the company, we selected currency balance for assets and liabilities accounts only.  Is this causing the problem and how do we fix it?  When I do a GL Balance analysis for any period, the balance is never zero.   I’ve read other posts with this same error, but haven’t been able to come up with a solution to fix the problem. And also a long-term solution.

We are implementing MWO on IFS Cloud 24 R1.The goal is to synchronize objects from the Work Task and all associated customer objects from the current Work Task.I’ve tried using entity filters but am still not getting the desired output.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
