The SSL Certificate has expired for Touch Apps Server.We need to renew the SSL Certificate for Touch Apps Server.Besides clicking on the PFX file and importing it, have stopped and started IIS and rebooted the actual server.Is there anything else we need to do?Thank you.  

In IEE, we used to use a screen called “engineering part revision”. This screen doesn’t exist in cloud and that is okay but on the engineering part revision screen, there was a tab for “approval process”. We got used to using this tab and it made pushing out multiple products through approvals super east. We use approvals templates and we have optimized them to be as generic as possible. Today, we change the approval lines of placeholder users and then we delete the users who don’t need to approve. Once we make our changes and we have 2 or more parts that we’re setting up that need the same edited approvals, the copy all lines > rmb > edit > copy object. In cloud, I can copy the object but I can’t paste it into the attachments section under approvals. Any help is appreciated. Hi, one of our German entities have received a request to run the following reports out of the audit interface assistant in IFS. However they did not give us any clue as to which of “Audit Sources” in the audit assistant matches with their request (see snapshot below). Can anyone help ? Even the native speakers in the company can determine which audit sources translates to the below. It might be better for someone that has been through VAT audits and have IFS as an ERP system.

Hi!We are having a problem when trying to create inventory parts for a new sales site, with the type code Purchased(raw).The master part is configurable, and it is manufactured on the manufacturing site.The manufacturing site has the inventory part created with type code manufactured.Routing heads and configuration structure heads are removed, so should not be an issue.When i try to create the inventory part for the site i get the error: We are running IFS Cloud 24.1.1.  

How do you close a customer so no further transactions can be made?  I have made the customer inactive but it stills allows you to place an order with no warning message

As a cloud IFS customer running 22R1 hosted by IFS, is it possible for us to connect directly to the underlying database?  I have found mixed messages about the possibilities so I am trying to get a clear answer.

We have a Custom Field in Rental Transaction that is pulling Group ID from Serial Object. As Serial Objects gets update it then recalculates and updates the Custom Field in Rental Transactions. We want to know what the Serial Object Group ID was at the point the Rental Transaction is created NOT the current Group ID. How do we prevent the Custom Field from Updating if Serial Object is changed? Thanks in advance,Lisa

Hi All, I’ve been looking at a scenario where Master Scheduling is being used in conjunction with Order Gap time, but I’m struggling to understand the logic of how MPS is generated.  I’ve set up a simple example in my test environment (24R1) to demonstrate: Max Lot size = 10Order Gap Time = 1 (just to simplify - in reality this would be different hence why rate by period hasn’t be set up)Test 1 - Works as I would expect - the MPS generation stops at the PTF, so the system cannot keep the Projected balance positive and an Action Message is generated. Test 2 - However, if I split the forecast into 2 overlapping periods, the Order Gap time rule is ignored and multiple MPS/SORs are generated on the same day and the project balance is now always at 0 or above.If I add a large forecast at the PTF, I get a strange pattern, I think where each demand entry (forecast) is searching back for a free day, hitting the PTF and creating one SOR for the max lot size. We are upgrading to IFS Cloud and we are trying edit a Crystal Report based Quick report and when we click the Edit button we are unable to alter the Report Reference field.  When I tried to click the Update Crystal Report button an upload from the file location I receive an error stating:ReportLayoutCrQr.The “Report Layout Cr Qr” has already been removed by another user.

Hi Team,Have a client requirement for creating Project Forecast/Budget on an Annual Basis but do not find any option in Project Forecast window where I can set up the Accounting Period Start Date & Accounting Period End Date for the specific Project Forecast/Budget which will indicate this Project Forecast/Budget for the specific accounting year. Request you to please let me know if this can be possible or do we need to go for CRIM?Do we have a workaround for this?   Best Regards,Rakesh

Hi allWhen we try to access any documentation of the INT type, we keep getting the below sign in screen.  This is not a problem for regular projections where the main documentation is available, but for projections such as CreateAndImportDocument this becomes a problem as INT is the only one available.What could we be missing? No matter what we put for username and password, we are stuck in a loop of that sign in screen.We are on 10.8 Best Regards

What is the difference between “Purchase Requisition Line Authorization” screen and “Purchase Order Authorization” screen in IFS Cloud?

Is there a Purchase Order Change Order Authorization screen available in IFS Cloud similar to Purchase Requisition Lines and Purchase Order Authorization screens? Need to determine authorizer/final approver and dollar amount of net change for a purchase order change order.

Hi All, I updated SSL certificate as the old one expired. When I check from the management server, it shows the correct SSL certificate.When I check from my laptop it shows the old certificate. NOTE: I am using correct IFS binary version I tried below,Recreated and reinstalled middle tier.
