 Hi, I’m trying to assign manually a suggestion from PSO. But few second later:The only way to remain in the assigned state is to ‘accept’ the task immediately.This is very weird, it should not work that way.Can anyone help me find a way to solve this problem?

Hi, I have setting on the ‘invoice’ the currency = ‘PLN’ for supplier 100045 : but when I add the charge line on the other supplier (ID=102679), but with invoicing supplier = 100045  I still don’t have correct currency.It should be ‘PLN’, but is ‘USD’ ( like base supplier = 102679).   How can I change the currency in charge line ?In result, I need that correct charge line will automaticly set in PO.

Hi all, I’m after a generic method of automatically calculating all standard KPI definitions below. There are 249 definitions in the standard. The documentation says to create and connect a workflow in order to calculate the KPI value. There are only about a dozen sample ones.https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/040_tailoring/500_business_process_automation/090_industry_specific_configurations/030_industry_lobby_kpis/ My question is, is IFS asking to create 200+ workflows just to calculate the KPIs? How practical is it - and why is the KPI calculation made cumbersome?Also, isn’t there a generic method to update them?

Hi,When we close a shop order, the inventory item is being booked into inventory at a different cost from the actual shop order cost, with the difference being booked as SODIFF+ and SODIFF- (also shown as Calc Variance), and we can’t understand how the numbers in SODIFF+ and SODIFF- are being calculated.I’ve attached screenshots of the General tab, the Costs tab and the Misc Part Info tab from the Inventory Part screen, as well as the Overview Unit Cost tab and the Cost Estimate tabs from the Shop Order Costs screen. On the Overview Unit Costs tab of the Shop Order Costs screen we understand the Accum Cost figure of £8,339.49 as we can see the detailed breakdown of this under Actual Cost Details, but we don’t understand how the Calc. Variance figure of £1,601.75 is calculated.  The product has been booked into inventory at the total value of £9,941.24, so this is impacting on inventory value.I understand that in some instances the shop order looks at estimated cost, however the Cost Es

I work for a consultancy company, around 13 months ago we installed our own hosted versions of IFS10 and PSO. Both of these solutions are hosted on Azure, they are key in helping us work with our IFS customers. They are used for proof of concepts, demonstrations and learning. These environments are non-productive and used to help us sell IFS products and build solutions for customers.I joined the company 11 months ago after these environments were setup, I’m confused with the process of how to keep these environments up to date with new releases. I’ve spoken with our partner success contact and they are not sure on the process. I’ve created a ticket with Osca under our partner account, this ticket was closed once it got passed to support and I'm unable to see the progress of it.From training I've done on IFS academy I've seen updates become available via an FTP portal? Hello Everyone,I'm encountering an issue with Chinese characters when generating an email attachment. The goal is to list the Customers and Suppliers created after a certain date and send the list in CSV format via email. To achieve this, I wrote the following PL/SQL block. However, the Chinese characters in the Customer and Supplier names are appearing as garbled text in the CSV file. What am I doing wrong? Hi!Why is it that if you want to send document links of Document Type = View, you can only select the Latest Revision option? Seems like I’m missing something here, but isn’t the view file also conntected to the document revision on the same terms as the original?/ Kenneth

 When the user clicks on Aurena no page is displayed and the URL now has the suffix #aurena.casual# On clicking on IFS Enterprise Explorer link again no login page and the URL now shows the suffix #rwc.client.path# Click on IFS Aurena B2B and nothing happens other than the URL now shows the suffix #aurena.b2b# If we add admin after the URL all the 3 options above work. Any ideas on why and how to resolve this issue?

Hello:I am re-introducing a topic that has been brought up before in both Workplace and here in the Community, but I have yet to see any input from anyone in Product Development with a solution or guidance.The issue is creating Lobby Navigation URL’s to “tree-enabled” screens like Equipment Object Navigator, Project Navigator, Sales Rule For Part, etc.  When navigating to these screens manually, the URL in the browser looks something like:https://<server_url>/main/ifsapplications/web/page/SalesRule/Form;$filter=<expression>;treeviewrec=<value>;treeview=Tree;treeclient=SalesRule;treenodeid=<value>;path=<value>;record=<value>;searchfilter=<expression>However, no combination of this URL type will work as a Lobby Navigation URL - you will just get framework-related errors.Looking through the 21R2 Lobby Navigation Guide, there are mentions of a “tree” URL type, similar to “page” and “assistant”, but there are no examples in the documentation that sh

Hi,I need some help with Supplier Warranty on a workorder in Apps10. In the warranty I have marked that the material should be paid by the supplier and that the personal cost should be paid by us.When issue material it creates two lines under the Sales tab and that is the way is should be but when adding a time report line it creates a line as well under the sales tab with a invoice value and that is not according to the warranty. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong

Is there anyway how a multiple condition codes can be received in an external service order PO for a same lot batch tracked part?For example, qty of 10 with condition code USED and lot batch L1 is sent to repair. Once repaired, it will be received with of qty of 9 with condition code REPAIRED with lot batch L1 and a Qty of 1 with condition code UNSERV with lot batch L1.Refer test steps attachment “External Service Order”

Hi,  I have created a new quick report in Apps 10 and it works perfectly fine when viewing the report in EE. But when you click ‘Export to excel’, it shows no data found. I have granted each view and api permissions to the permission sets that need access to the report.  The permission set is newly created, is there something I need to tick against this for the function to work? Is there something I am missing?  Any advice is appreciated  Thanks Yasir

Hi,how or when is deployed Java code in projections?Is only way (except of running local Docker/Kubernates) to develop Java actions/functions develop it on TOP environment and recreate it before each test?Is there some other option to deploy these files to running instance - when they are already build locally?Or is here some automatic job what import it after commit/push? Hi all,One of our clients has an issue in the unit cost calculation of inventory parts in the inventory value per period. Please see the screenshot below.There seems to be a value for quantities that are zero. Hi all, When a material requisition change status, I have to do a validation, and generate 2 steps, when the validation is not ok: Send an email. Show an error on screenThe validation is ok, I have a function to validate and send the email if is FALSE, and a procedure to do the same validation, but show the error message on screen. But I have a problem, if the on screen error shows, the email is not being sent. please your help with this topic. Best regads. David P.

Hello We currently developing the solution for the integrations from IFS, part of the data we want to extract is Employee’s Manager/Supervisor, but due to technical limitations we only able to use table and not views or API calls. Is there a TABLE in IFS database which contains employee’s manager/supervisor or at least a path via few tables which could provide this information? Thanks 

Is it possible to restrict the Purchase Order screen to an individuals PO’s or to predefined teams/groups PO’s?Currently the whole company has Read Only access to that projection, as we want them to see stuff they’ve previously raised/approved etc, but not everyone else's PO’s. Is this possible in IFS Cloud?
