Hi All, We receive a daily EDI schedule from one of our customers. Once per week we receive Firm and Forecast schedule EDI and the remainder of the week daily, we receive 10 days firm only demand EDI. When pulling this 10 day firm only demand in to Apps 09 - it is currently wiping all of our forecast demand off from the system. Is there something in the workflow on APPS 09 within the customer schedule agreement, that we can set up to try and keep the forecast demand on while pulling the firm demand only EDI? Thank you in advance.. 

When there's a Customer Order Direct, and the single occurrence Address option is selected, the delivery address of a Purchase Order prints the wrong country. (Address lines are fine, but the country name is wrong?

Hi there, I want storage supervisors to be forced to scan and upload the waybills when registering an “arrival”. (order receipt)But the records shown in the “Register Arrivals” application is fed by the logical unit “PurchaseOrderLine” as far as I know. So the records shown in this applcation are disappearing after receiving. Can anyone let me know if you have a similar process or solution? Thank you 

When I follow this process of crediting an invoice after the work order is completed, the credit invoice and the original invoice don’t link in anyway.Is there a way to add a step in the process that will do that?It would be nice to look at the order/invoice and see in the history that there is a credit towards it….

Hi, Requirement: I’m trying to create a Work Task Template that will create a sales line for a minium quantiy of 1 Resource Hour even if the Reported Time is 0.5 hours (without manual intervention). Set Up: I’ve created a Task Template with a Cost Type Personel and set the WO Invoice Type to Min Qty as per the below. I created a Work Order connected to this Task Template. I can see the plan line pull in as expected. However, when I report in the assignment with the actual time of 0.5 and report the Work Task in. The work task is ignoring the Min Qty Work Order Invoice Type and simple adding it on as an extra sales line, both lines are now chargeable with a total time of 0.5 + 1 HOURS - when I just want to charge the customer 1 HOUR minimum.Line No 813268 (top) is the sales line created from the assignmentLine No 813269 (bottom) is the sales line created from Plan Line on the Work Task Template. Expected Behaviour: I expected that the total sales amount for this work order to be 1 HOURS

We have used Vertex integration for US Sales Tax in Apps 8 for many years. It was implemented as a modification/localisation.Currently upgrading to Apps 10 and this is now core. Not sure what needs to be done to configure this and the IFS help is not much help! Our support are struggling to find a consultant with experience in this area. Anybody on here familiar with the setup/config?

Does anyone have a clear-cut document that outlines each activity/step to perform during the Year-End Process and Month-End Process in both IFS Cloud and Apps 10?Are there any differences between Cloud and Apps10?

Hi, We have currently an issue with “Customer Self Billing” which causes to have differences based on, what it seems, a rounding of the price:   As you can see in the image, there is a deviation based on net amount and invoiced amount. in both cases the price is per ton and the tons are 2,433. The difference is because: Invoiced Amount (matched quantity x Customer Part Price/Curr) = 2,433 x 3030 = 7371,99 Net amount (matched quantity x Calculated Net Price/Curr) = 2,433 x 3030,102 = 7372,238This difference causes that when we do the “Print Invoice” it generates an error showing an unabalanced voucher and not registering the AR postings and tax (IP2 and IP4). The real price is 3030,102 which is the price in the Customer Order. It seems that somehow, IFS takes the customer part price/curr as a rounded number based on the Customer Order line. Do you know how to avoid this? Thanks and kind regards.

Is there a limit to the number or customer order lines that can be invoiced at one time in IFS Cloud? I have an order with 322 lines that needs to be invoiced. The Quick Order Flow, Batch Create Customer Invoice and Create Customer Invoice tools all fail with the same error, “At least one invoice line must be entered before saving invoice”. I am able to create individual shipment invoices. 

What have you found is effective way to validate project addresses captured from the Project Definition Address tab?  

Hello Community,I am attempting to migrate code parts in the Authorizer Assigning Rule (view name: AUTH_ASSIGN_RULE_CODEPART1) using the Data Migration Manager.However, I'm encountering the following error:Method NEW failed: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("IFSAPP"."CODESTRING_COMB_TAB"."ACCOUNT")This is despite the account being present in the legacy file, mapped, and transferred to Deployment.Note: I successfully migrated the same file using the INSERT_OR_UPDATE Migration Job, but encountered the same error mentioned above when using CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE and MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA.Has anyone experienced this issue before and can offer assistance?Thank you 

Multiple GL Account not link to Subcontract.Problem: In One Subcontract mutiple task assigned to vendor, task can be related to multiple projects, so should be charge on that one Account (GL account) but it is charing on just one account which is sequentially first. What will the solution to link one subcontract with diffrent activites and diffrent project account charge on project wise GL account(should be diffrent as per project, one project has one GL ACCOUNT).   

Is there a way to select multiple search criteria from a list in Cloud?In IEE, for example, when I'm searching for NCR's by Source ID, I can click the 3 dots and open the list and multi-select the source ID's I want to include by holding Ctrl, like this...Then it auto-populates the field like this. Aurena will only let me select 1 item from the source ID list on the non conformance report page and doesn’t let me select multiple items via clicking.  I can manually type the ; and manually type in another term, but I don't always know what it's called or which ones I want and it changes based on what I'm looking for.  It's easier to select the ones I want to use.
