I try to add “Contact Widget” into a page using Page Designer.
Can anybody here help me with it? How can I do it?
I’ve testet it and I can not see, what I do wrong:
In SalesQuotation page we have standard IFS field “Salesperson” - this contains Contact Widget.
When I copy/paste this field - the widget is also in the new field.
When I add a new field (from scratch) - and set up exactly as the standard Ifs field - the widget does not appear.
What attribute controlls this?

I'm afraid it is not possible in Page Designer today.
But it is very interesting when you copy/paste this field, the widget appears in the new field too. This proves it's technically possible, but Page Designer lacks the user interface for it.

Yes I saw this post. It would be nice to have it PageDesiger.
In the meantime, I found a workaround.

I was thinking of exporting the page definition (as ACP), modifying the file, and then importing it.

I have edit manually PageConfiguration. In the Item-xml file, you have to find the proper <DATA_ROW> for your part of the page and edit <CONTENT> part that is in json format:
Add this line into xml. item for this page in proper place:
,"contactWidget": {"enabled": true,"source": {"Person": true}}
