Hello,I want to create a custom event with a custom action to send by mail information that have been modified on a supplier form :In the body of the message i’ve done this : Supplier &NEW:SUPPLIER_ID &NEW:NAME has been modified by #PERSON_NAME#. But now i don’t know how to list the modification that have been done. RegardsPierrick

Hi,Webclient page's NavbarLogoImage is not displaying and is showing a broken image. How can I fix this? Do I need to adjust the path or replace the image somewhere? Where should I load the image correctly?Any suggestion would be helpfull!Thanks,Akshay.  

Is there a method to disconnect customer order from a DO? I have an orphaned order that is still released but connected to Distribution Order that has been closed. Related PO to this DO has been cancelled so not a way that I know to reopen the DO. 

I have created a new report using Developer Studio for Schedule of Work Estimating. There are no native reports for this area, at least not that I have found. When we generate the report from a button we created on the SOWe screen it passes parameters as expected, including the “Company” name, but the generated report still pulls the default IFS logo. Native reports pull the company logo without issue. I saw that SITE_TEXT appears to be pulling IFS instead of the alternate company, and on standard native reports from other areas SITE_TEXT seems to pull the correct company name. I am not sure if SITE_TEXT not pulling the company is the issue or if I have missed something in my .report file. Hi,Done a Query Designer to retrieve Lot Quantities by Contract/Part. Added corresponding entity in InventoryPartHandling projection, create the Association with Contract/PartNo keys . Page Designer : Set datasource and binding Result : OK in english language After changing the language from English To French : No data is retrieved !!!  If association is removed, data are retrieved, but, of course, not filtered according to Contract/PartNo.

Customer: ADM PROTEXIN LIMITEDContact person: Neil Sturgess Parent Company has a Data Lake and following on the response to case CS0063075, as suggested we are creating IALs in the IFSINFO schema for each view they are requesting.Whilst this works, they are asking for views of our General Ledger (81m rows) and Inventory Transaction History (4.7M rows) which have lots of static data in them.I was wondering whether IFS has changed its policy to allow its Cloud hosted Customers to use Qlik Replicate to do a one of copy of the database and then keep the two databases up to date by replicating the changes?This would reduce the requirement to copy vast chunks of static data that the current method requires replicating.

It's not allowed to receive shop order linked to a customer order line, when that particular customer order line is connected shipment which is in “Accepted “status. How to fix this error?

Rental Demand is added from Project activity and Intersite flow is used to deliver the rental tool, to a remote warehouse.We need to return the part after rental period. Since part is now in offshore remote warehoouse, we need to  return this part back to onshore main warehouse and then to the original toolpool site that the tool repository exist. How can we use shipment orders in this flow to handle return.I can see only supplier shipment option is available. so there is no way to create shipment orders.If I create a shipment order manually, there is no way to reserve the same rental tool which I have rent IN using the project activity. Please provide a way how can I do the return and ship to onshore location from offshore.. The text I can see in hep is only this :Rental returns are initiated from Manage Rentals. Hi, I have many places with multiple products linked to each place (with product_id and  model_id) Each product_id has a fixed Product_PM coverage end date (ex 31.12.2024). This end date prevents users from creating new tasks or inspections if it is earlier than the current date.Manually modifying the coverage end date automatically updates the new slots in PM schedules. But with sql update query it changes the coverage end date value but not updating slots in PM schedules.Problem: I need to update the coverage end date for 1,000 product_id’s across 1,000 places.It would be greta help if any one has solution or suggestion how to solve this. Thanks and Regards,Akshay.

Is it possible to report project time and see at the same time the start and end time?We currently have setup the system to report the number of hours spend on project time transactions, but we would also like to record at what time those hours are spend.

Is there any parameter in PSO or any app param in FSM which will disable the PSO user if they are not using the system for a period of time? 

Hello.In Inventory Part in Stock, most of our users want to have a filter where Quantity on Hand is greater than zero. My customer have started to use TechPortal and MWO. For some unassigned work they need functionality like work task filters in order to display the right unassigned work to the right groups of people. Resource group is not accurate enough as a  filtering criteria.Unfortunately I can’t find any functionality like this in Techportal or MWO.Is it available?If not, is there a roadmap for adding these features?My customer is today running IFSAPP10, update 16 but will start ugrading to Cloud in the near future.
