Hi Community,We have an issue that some EInvoice ends up as failed in AppMess “You do not have access to create documents of class”.All is read by the same User from the same folder with the same BizApi.What is wrong or how do I start to my investigation?Regrads,/Mats  

Could we know whether an Idea created in the IFS community is customer visible?

Task – Add a new node to Customer in Aurena Client as Business CategorizationCustom logical unit - HlhCRMproACTNote: IFSAPP10 UPD17Issue: When you select the new navigator node (Business Categorization) for a particular customer in Customer Projection, it doesn’t filter for the customer in new page Business Categorization. ( Seems like its populating all the records)Performed the below steps,Projection Configuration,Design the Page, Page DesignerAssign the new pages’ selector (BCSelector) with the binding and key mapping to the Parent CustomerInfoSelector Added to the Navigator in the Custom Projection. We have several parts that need to be ordered with one unit of measure on the PO but stocked and transacted with another unit of measure. example: We purchase chemicals in 100litre totes but the stock manufacturing uses in 1 litre units.is it possible and if so how to set this up so that we can order the purchase part as 1*1000litre part but then receive it into a site as 1000*1litre parts?

Hi,We are getting below error while performing year end process.The balance in accounting currency and parallel currency for assets and liabilities must be equal to zero for 2022 before final year closing can be performed.This customer is in IFSCloud and upgraded from 7.5  to IFSCloud 23R2 recently. we referred  to IFS community post relating to similar issue and executed below SQL query as suggested in one of the post.select account_api.get_accnt_type_db(company.account).sum(amount_balance).sum(third_currency_amount_balance) from accounting_balance where company=’X’ and accounting_year=2022Group by account_api.get_accnt_type_db(company.account) It's got below SQL result and stat account have balance only for parallel currency. Hi all maintenance expert.My customer has a PM action triggered by condition (500h cumulative).Let’s say that any measurement had been done for a long time and the last value measured is 1600h (Delta).How to avoid creating all the WO (500h, 1000h, 1500h) that had been bypassed and create only the last one? All tips and ideas are welcome. Warmest regards

Hi,Is it possible to set a minimum amount for an authorizer assigning rule, which means only an invoice amount exceeds the minimum amount is needed to be approved.Thanks. 

I would like column order changes made during a session using the Column Selector and Sheet Designer to be saved as the default for everyone using that session. Can you give a detailed explanation of how these changes will be applied across sheets? For example, I design a page as default and I want this page to be the default for every user in the system. However, they can design this page themselves from the column chooser and save it in their profile. But if I create a new user in the system, that user should see the page I have designed as default. 

Hi All I have a HMRC requirement in which i need to supply when we last used a supplier, I was going to base this off the last payment we made to the supplier and also use this to clean up any suppliers we are not currently using. Is there any reporting built into IFS that could give me the last payment date for a supplier ?

24.1.2In the Quantities panel of the Manual Issue Shop Order Material Line I am seeing red lines in fields that may be indicating an availability issue, but there is no issue, there is plenty of material available.One material line showing the red lines.A second material line on the same shop order not showing red lines.Any ideas?

Hi All,I have a question from Project Management related to Gantt Chart and Activity Progress during the project scheduling process. When we tried to schedule a project by having an Activity progress (Example- 50%), we could not see its reflection in the Gantt. Could you please let me know the followingsHow the Activity progress getting reflected in the Gantt? Based on the progress completion, is there any place in the Gantt or screen where we could see the remaining days. Also we came across a scenario where the Total Work (Days) are getting displayed correctly only when there is an Actual Finish Date Best RegardsRazan 

Here is my event action that refuses to work in our production environment:  Here is the custom event I created:I am unable to get it working. I tried changing it to “new objects created” but wasnt able to get it to work either. i want when a new user adds a voucher with the type “MV” for an automatic email to be sent to a certain user group. This event is working in our other environments but not production. It doesnt even create an application message to show me if it failed to run it just doenst even attempt to run,.  Here is the previous version of the event I had which also did not work:

Dear IFS Support, We're planning to set up a High Availability (HA) MicroK8s cluster for our IFS deployment. Our current setup:2 VMs running MicroK8s 2 VMs running Oracle 1 VM ManagementQuestions:Is it possible to configure HA with just 2 nodes for IFS, despite the documentation mentioning a minimum of 3 nodes? If not, what's the recommended minimum configuration for an HA MicroK8s cluster supporting IFS?

I have a lot of customer accounts with the address details in an excel spreadsheet. Is there anyway of uploading multiple accounts at once? Sort of like Uploading multiple invoices only with customer accounts

Hi, We seem to have lost the ability to roll costs in cost set 5 (planned purchase cost) and have the Supplier for Purchase Part pull through. This has been working without issue within the last few weeks however it has now stopped working and no longer pulls through the latest SFPP price. Anyone experienced this or know what we can do to change it back? Thanks, Georgina 

I have a customer order that has been delivered and invoiced and the status is set to invoiced closed. when review the PO to ensure this is closed someone has set the status to ‘Confirmed’.I have tried to unpeg the lines but it will not allow me as CO in invoiced/delivered.I need to be able to close the PO so that i can invoice match the suppliers invoice when it arrives.Has anyone come across this issue or have and solution to it please

I wonder if someone can help me with an issue with regards to setting up a scheduling resource for PSO and protected persons in the HCM Module.My understanding is that in order for a resource to be available in the drop down in Scheduling Resources the address type 'Visit' needs to be set . However this means that the protected flag on the person record needs to be set as 'Unprotected'. Is is possible to have a protected persons address record and still set them up as a scheduling resource?

Hello everyone, I've been facing a big problem for some time and I would like your help, maybe we can find a solution.I have made some changes in IFS Cloud (24 R1) such as: creating custom fields, changing some field names according to customer requirements, hiding/deleting some fields etc. Each time a release/service update takes place, these changes are lost and the system reverts to the standard version.Also, if in a new release, the interface of an IFS Cloud page changes its appearance by rearranging fields/windows, introducing a new design, all changes made on that page are lost.So far, every time this happens, I have to make all the necessary changes manually over and over again.I need to find a solution so that all existing changes are not lost in the future.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how I could solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!Kind Regards,Miruna
