Hello,

I have a problem where my former coworker's name is automatically entered in the Coordinator field when I'm creating procurement orders, and I have to manually change it every time.

I've seen multiple references to the "Sites per User" window as a place to fix this, but I can't find that in our IFS environment (IFS app 10).

How can I set it up so that my own user is automatically entered as the coordinator when I perform procurement?

As you have already noticed, you can set the default coordinator in ‘Sites per User’ screen. Coordinator specified in ‘Sites per User’ screen will get the highest priority in the system.

The path for ‘Sites per User’ screen is Application Base Setup> Enterprise> Site> Sites per User (please see below screenshot).

However, you might not have necessary permission to access or edit ‘Sites per User’ screen. That might be the reason for you not being able to find it. Therefore, I would recommend you to contact the administrator or a super user in your company and get their help to add yourself as a Coordinator in ‘Sites per User’ screen for your record.
