Hi All, Currently, we are trying to enable public access to the application. However, when accessing it from a local machine, the URL is showing as unsecure, and the certificate CN is different—the one listed belongs to the ingress.  When accessing the application via the Management server or through the private network (by routing directly to the Middle Tier private IP), the application works fine.Has anyone experienced this kind of issue previously?

Hi,We’ve recently began using Aurena in Apps10 for some departments, rather than EE, but we have an intermittent issue where users see this error when they log in sometimes.Database error occurred. Contact administrator. Url: …...main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ClientNavigator.svc/LoadNavigatorMain(ScopeId='global')The navigator does not load at all, forcing users to log out and back in.We’ve raised a support case, but wondering if anyone has encountered this before?Regards,William

Hello Experts, when the customer try to open the PSO web client: They get the following error400 Bad RequestRequest Header Or Cookie Too Large The users get the error every time they try to open the client, but using the browser in private mode prevents it from happening.Not all users are affected, unfortunately we do not see a pattern which users are affected and which are not.The PSO version is 6.9.0.25 and they are running on an on premise environment.Clearing the browser cache does not solve the issue. Any thoughts? or Any suggestions of approach?ThanksKalpa

One of our customers has a requirement to have two b2b shopping cart instances at the same time. One will be for the user default site and other will be for a different site.Usually we should have only one shopping cart instance at a time. This seems to be a very specific requirement.Any previous experience of this kind of implementation? 

Hello community, Customer needs to transfer document from DB to Storage. The following steps were our test after we added a new document on an inventory part: activate repository * (Default)  - Status set to 'Generating' which is set to Database deactivate repository TEST (this is where the document class is set to Klasse 200-400) – Status set to 'Usable' check-in Doc -> this is then saved in  * (DEFAULT) so the database (this is correct) Then activate repository TEST (Generating) und deactivate * (Default) (Usable) select  repository * and transfer option is activated Select transfer – From Default to TEST – select file to transfer and finish. Where does our file end up? this part did not work. We could not find our file in the docman.The file is definitely gone. The next test it didn't show as available for transfer anymore but we also couldn't open the document anymore. Does anyone have some experience with this? Thank you very much. Jiri

Hello! I’m supposed to build a new delivery for an IFS10 customer, but for some reason I cannot seem to open the IFS Config Builder 10 tool at all. I’ve tried on multiple different machines, but the issue seems to persist. I also tried to download the latest version from developer.ifs.com, but get the same error. Opening the IfsConfigBuilder.exe immediately crashes, and no program is opened. Will it be possible to use progress field at the Page Designer level in future versions of IFS Cloud?In 25R1 you can set control as “progress”, but you cannot complete the parameterization.

From what I checked in version 25R1, it is impossible to make more complicated filters.For example:condition1 AND (condition 2 OR condition3) (condition1 AND condition2) OR (condition3 AND condition4)Will this be possible in the next versions?

I have a query regarding the Change Order window.There is no field to check the Performed Date and Completed Date for an Engineering Change Order. Below is where the CO Approved Date and Analyzed Date can be checked. We need to know where the Performed Date and Completed Date can be found.Could you please suggest or advise on this issue?  

Hi,We are currently using Event Actions to send email from IFS and want to move to Report Rules for the greater flexibility offered and because it’s the IFS recommended way of sending email.Taking Customer Orders as an example:We want all of our emails to be driven from the Share - Email Order Confirmation screen which is opened when hitting Share - Email Order Confirmation (funnily enough!!):Hitting OK generates the Customer Order Confirmation report PDF and emails the report to 123@email.com as expected.The problem comes when printing the Order Confirmationwhich brings up this screen (I’ll call it the Print Dialog screen):If you hit OK then the Report Rule will run and will email the report to 123@email.com. We don’t want this. Ignore the Email box in the picture above, that is a different issue and doesn’t affect the question. What is needed is a condition on the Report Rule that prevents it from sending an email if the Report Rule has been fired from the Print Dialog screen.Our bes

In IFS Cloud 24R1, we want to restrict an HR folder in Document Management so that only certain users can access it.What is the correct way to set this up? For example, we have a few departments in the folder structure, and each folder should only be visible to its assigned users.

I created a post ~4.5 years ago about the challenges I was having when transitioning from EE to Aurena. In that post I listed many EE functions which were missing in Aurena. Custom Elements on Lobbies offer some similar functionality, but there are some limitations and so it’s not quite as versatile as an EE Start Page. Doc macros – The “Aurena Agent” browser extension enables doc man macros on some Aurena Pages (but not all). Furthermore, I believe the Browser Extension is Windows only, so Doc Macros don’t work when running on non-windows Operating systems) Structured Docs – Still no method

I have a ticket open about this but according to support I need more support from the community e.g. other customers reporting the same behavior and acknowledging that this is not what is intended.Essentially what’s happened is I have identified a bug in the calendar. I am using 4 different day types in this specific calendar and the details of said day types are linked in the document attached.The week starts on a Sunday, so we have SUNUK that runs from 11 PM to Midnight. (1 hr)Sunday is followed by MON-THUR which runs from Midnight to Midnight (this includes 3, 1 hour breaks for each shift outlined in the doc attached). This day type runs from Monday through Thursday.Lastly, the week ends on a Friday, FRIUK runs from midnight to 11 PM and has 3, 1 hour breaks.Now what’s happening is that when the calendar is generated for the work center, Thursday is stealing Friday’s time slot of midnight to 3AM so the last period in Thursday runs from 8 PM to 3AM the following day…This doesn’t make

Just upgraded to 25R1 SU3 and I wanted to do a quick test of the this new widget.Company announcements work fine alone, but if I try to enable the following special event for the same company if fails with date not valid for month specified. Has anyone else had similar issues? While the discrepancies are usually minor, they cause issues when we send the invoices electronically using the Peppol format. This format validates the quantity, unit price, and total price, which results in rejections of these invoices. Does anyone have a recommended method of doing mass deployments for IFS Cloud’s Time Clock web app shared by IFS? I have some ideas on how to achieve this but wanted to see if there was a better approach aside from copying the files/folders and pushing them that are created with this app after you start it. The step I want to automate is the bold section below, I took this straight from IFS Help.  This setting gets reset if you clear your Google Chrome cache/history regardless of how you deploy it. Launch IFS Time ClockNavigate to the Add-ons page of the IFS Cloud (e.g. <IFS Cloud System URL>/timclo/landing-page/add-on.html ). Click on Launch IFS Time Clock. Enter the newly created Client ID and generated Secret from IAM Client Creation step.

Hello.I  need a little help about how to set up work centers in IFS, if there is 3 or more persons per one assembly step/area.For example:Step 1 - 3 operators are doing 3 separate assemblies in the same area. After that, all assemblies move simultaneously to the next step. Lets say this is Work Center AStep 2 - 4 or 5 operators are taking previously prepared assemblies and work on them simultaneously also (now its 2 persons for 1 assembly). Lets say this is Work Center BStep 3 - I got 2-3 operators and 12 spots for testing the assemblies. Machine run time is 230 minutes: operators are doing about 40 min per assembly before machine’s independent run time - 180min (meanwhile they can start with other assembly) - and after that, 15 minutes for finishing. Lets say this is Work Center C For planning, which way is it showing correct result in shop order scheduling?Should I add separate resource under each work center (3 for A, 4-5 for B,  12 for C or 2-3?)or should I put resource efficiency

Hi.We have a custom field called Remaining Hours in Activity Resource Planning that calculates Planned Hours - Reported Hours into a new field. The query works fine for the most part, but we’ve noticed an issue with the field though, where if there are multiple reports under the same Resource Group, but with different Report Codes (e.g WORK & TRAVEL), one of the rows will not calculate properly.Resource Group 11117 with 2 different report codes, not calculating remaining hours properly for the 2nd row.The query itself is as follows:SELECT (CASE WHEN Qty_Planned IS NOT NULL AND Qty_Used IS NOT NULL THEN (QTY_PLANNED - QTY_USED) ELSE Qty_Planned END)From ACTIVITY_RESOURCE_PROJWHERE RESOURCE_ID=:RESOURCE_ID AND ACTIVITY_SEQ=:ACTIVITY_SEQ Any help with a solution to this issue would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

HiIFS Apps10 blocks change Document Address on Customer Order, if current and new address contains Tax ID Number, even though they’re the same. But it allows for workaround, if there is already assigned Tax ID, if you pick an address which does not have any Tax ID set, and then you can change to some other (with Tax ID as well).IFS Cloud seems to be even less restrictive, as it allows for changing the address regardless of Tax ID.Our concern is that it will cause inconsistency, when invoice is sent to government e-invoicing platform (specifically KSeF in Poland), since the invoice can be changed after it was registered. To my understanding, the best would be to take Tax ID from Invoice Address and store on invoice header, as it could not be changed once invoice is posted. Right now customer name on the invoice (printout or E-invoice) is taken from invoice addresses, but Tax ID is taken from customer order (BuyerOrganisationTaxCode comes from Customer Order->Tax ID (under Invoice Inf

Has there ever been a requirement to visualize IFS Cloud on a kiosk/totem, where an external technician can sign a document related to a Work Order without being logged into the system? The scenario would be one where an external contractor and an internal technician both need to sign a PDF representing a Permit to Work.
