Hello, we have an intercompany issue… where I have a Slovak customer order that is divided into several items within package part structure and afterwards, these package part structures are transffered onto the internal customer order. I can transfer the documents onto the package part structures but I cannot transfer already transffered documents, correct? Any solution? Does anybody has already BPA solving this by any chance?  Thank you,Best RegardsPetaKu   

Hello, In 24R2 - MS 1 is always creating the Supply request (Shop Ord Req) considering the product structure revision based on the Due date even though ‘Use Current Revision for Past Due Supplies’ check box is enabled at Site level. With the Same setup at site level, we tried the below scenarioCreated manual Shop Ord Req with the due date as in the MS generated Shop Ord Req, it is picking up the latest revision, not considering the due date of the shop order.  Manually updating the quantity in MS 1 generated Shop Ord Req, the Product structure revision changed to the latest revision in the Shop requisition Conclusion: MS1 is not working as expected with ‘Use Current Revision for Past Due Supplies’ check box is enabled at Site level. I am not sure whether i need to setup some thing more to Use this feature for MS1. Appreciate your help in advance. Thanks,Siva

I need to control this through access attributes but not using permission sets. In IFS Report Designer, If you are trying to add a logo into report, there is another specific way to do that. Here I’m going to explain how to add any static image into report. But you also can use this method to add logo as well.Steps: * Note : From now I will use ‘img’ as the image file nameFirst you need to create Media Item on application. - Navigate to the Media Item Window and create new, fill all the mandatory fields then save. - You created a new media item, now you need to upload an image into this media item. Also image should be in JPG, JPEG or PNG format (img.png / img.jpeg / img.jpeg).        --Browse(01) and select appropriate image, then save(02).

Hello everyone,I am encountering an issue with an inter-company subcontracting flow between two internal sites (Site 0175 and Site 0210) using the "Customer Order" component method.Context & Setup: Site 0175 (Internal Customer) orders Part AB from Site 0210 (Internal Supplier). Purchase Component Method: Set to "Customer Order". Product Structure: Part AB is a Purchase structure containing components A and B. Message Setup: MHS flow is active for both sites (ORDERS, DESADV, etc.).The Flow: Site 0175 releases a Purchase Order (P330) for Part AB. This automatically generates a Component Customer Order (P227) on Site 0175 to ship components A & B to the supplier (Site 0210).

We are trying to determine if there is a way to see what line items were included in a specific delivery note.  When we deliver lines and go thru the order process, it creates a delivery note but it shows all lines on the order in the delivery note screen.  We need to tie a line to a delivery note.  Is this possible?

We have 1200 Task Cards for a prototype work that we want to revise and update. Those Task Cards may have up to 20 subtasks. We have a problem that the Task Card ID it self now has the prototype ID in it. So we want to edit this text.In addition we want to be able to make revisions  of a Task Card for other reasons also. The only way we’ve found to edit the Task Card ID is to duplicate the Task Card, leaving us with an almost empty Task Card, where we need to manually add all requirements, sign-offs and subtasks. And if we try to edit the Task Card, we aren’t allowed to edit the Task Card ID (understandable) or the Task Card Revision (?). We can change the Revision Date, but not the revision number. Are there any standard way to revise a Task Card, giving us a new Task Card with a new Revision Number? We are now considering data migration. Our version is 25R1.3. Br,Øystein

Hello to everyone,Can I use the carry-forward limit before the annual leave limit?For example: if I have 5 carry-forward days from previous year and lets say this year my usual limit is 14 days, can I arrange something that when I enter an annual leave can it use carry-forward limit before my usual limit?Because in my scenario if there are any unused days, it doesn't carry them over to the next year by adding the previous years’ unused days; it only carries over the unused days from the last year to the next year.Thank you,

Can someone please help me to show ho to register and load an entire table with several linear assets data in IFS CLoud? 

Various users are experiencing the ‘+’ (new) icon or ‘pencil’ (edit) icon disappearing from pages (even though they have permissions) , This is resolved by logging out and back in and the icons re-appear and the page behaves as expected. Has anyone else experienced this/have a fix?

Considering that IFS does not allow the creation of a supplier check without generating a voucher, what is the recommended approach to handle post-dated checks where the check is issued to the supplier ahead of time, but the accounting entry should only be recognized in a future period?

We received a weighted average costed part with a Supplier Invoice Consideration that is Transaction Based.  The wrong price was on the original PO and we sold the parts to a customer.  The Detailed Statistics screen is showing the sale price with the wrong cost field.  The PO cost was updated and the supplier invoice was posted and processed to reflect the change in price.  On the Inventory Transaction page, we can see the change in the costs and the appropriate accounting entries to reflect the change in the Cost of Good Sold account.  However, we run the Detailed Statistics nightly, and the invoice in question, has not had the cost updated as reflected in the journal entry.  Is there something we can do to update the Detail Statistics - Invoiced Sales data.  We export this data into a Power BI data warehouse to run reports and this one is not reflected correctly.

Here is an example: Issue #1 -  the sales qty should update to 40 not the original 44.  I believe this quantity is updated during the invoicing process of the order.  I verified that simply reserving the amount does not update the qty.Issue #2 and the issue I am asking about, I need the Swell allowance to be calculated on the total line/order value AFTER ALL OTHER ADJUSTMENTS ARE APPLIED. How can this be accomplished in an automated way?

In the report designer tool I am trying to trouble shoot an issue with my layout. To do so I normally retrieve a current version from Report Archive and note the Result Key. In the tool, I open the correct layout and use the Online Preview option to view that same Result Key so I can see changes to the same report output. However, in some layouts, I’m not able to preview with current result keys. Instead what is available in the preview are documents that are several months old. Any ideas how to correct this? I’ve only seen this in 1 layout, not in several other layouts I’ve been editing and reviewing. 

Hello, we are trying to find if you can roll an environment back from 25R2 to 25R1 or any other major release in the use place if you wanted to go back? We are unable to find this information docs.ifs.com or knowledge base. And it is possible, can anyone please share steps or document on how to request that.

For external access (Cloudflare+reverse proxy), I added an additional parameter to the ifscloud-values.yaml configuration file, namely secondarySystemUrl. External access works, but only for manual authorization (entering login manually). For external access, I also want to use Microsoft Entra ID as an identity broker. On the MS Entra side, I added an additional external redirect URI and planned to add an additional identity provider on the application side as well, but unfortunately, the application only generates redirect URIs for the internal site. Hello experts,We currently use CSV XML maps to generate files and store them in an internal FTP location. Due to security concerns, we are changing our approach and plan to use an Azure File Share (shared location provided from the IFS side) instead.We have already requested and received the SAS token information, and we are able to access the file share using the provided SAS token via Azure Storage Explorer.Our requirement is to generate files using the existing CSV XML maps and store them directly in this Azure File Share location.We first attempted to use a message routing rule with the FileExtractHandler, but this resulted in an “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” error.

Hi,Is anyone using a 128 barcode font with Crystal Reports for IFS Cloud?We installed a demo download IDAutomation font and it works fine from a PC with the Crystal Report designer but doesn’t appear to work in the PDFs produced from IFS when installed on the Crystal Report server.  We found a reference to the need for a fully licensed version on the IDAutomation support pages, but we also found a reference on the SAP support pages which said that “Custom Licensed Fonts of this type or any licensed font are not Embedded into the PDF doc due to licensing issues.This is by design.”We know the longer term advice is to move away from Crystal Reports but in the short term we’d like to confirm whether a licensed font will work.Any feedback much appreciated!

Hi all,We work in IFS App 10, and I’m looking for a ‘get’ method ! My starting point is the shop order operations list, and I need to retrieve the start date of the ‘next operation’ based on a given operation number… there doesn’t seem to be a ready-made ‘get’ method for this, so I’m trying to find a workaround / combining a couple of ‘get’…I have already identified this method : SHOP_ORDER_OPERATION_API.GET_OP_START_DATE  for retrieving a given operation’s start date ; however, I am struggling to find a method that retrieves the number of the ‘next operation’ based on a given operation number ! Can anyone help me with that ?

Dear IFS-Community,is it possible to set up a pseudo code with a tax code?I already checked the external payment parameters but I can’t set up the tax code for the whole message code.I’m a bit confused because in my opinion this is a standard case if I want to automate transactions on accounts.Hopefully I’m just blind 🤓GreetingsFrederic
