Time Authorization not showing Direct Reports

In our 24R2 SU20 environment, the ‘Time Authorization’ window no longer populates with the supervisor's direct report. In our 24R2 SU6 environments, it loads without issue. We have not made any changes to the organizational structure, and I can confirm the supervisor has direct reports listed int he organizational sturcture

Any idea what could have caused this?

Hi ​@Kay2013 Not an expert on this part of IFS but I would confirm the direct report appears under the supervisor’s Supervised Employees, with valid dates covering the time period.

Thanks ​@AO0001 - I was able to meet with IFS to further investigations and it appeared the query used in the database to populate the table with a users direct reports changed in SU20, which is causing the issue. Will likely be classified as a system defect.
