Service Execution Portal- Work Map

Hi everyone,

Has anyone started using the IFS Cloud Service Execution Portal and come across an issue where assigned request task assignments are not appearing in the portal-Work Map?
 

The tasks with correct location IDs (with Map Positions) have been created and assigned to the relevant resource, but they are not showing up in the Work Map. Are there any specific configuration settings, prerequisites, or filters that need to be enabled for task assignments to appear?

Any guidance or suggestions on what to check would be greatly appreciated.

Does it appear if you search for the Task No in the filter of the map?

 

Or do you mean that you have troubles even seeing you assignment in the Request Tasks section?

yes I cannot see my assignments under request tasks section.

​@Nethmini Kosvinna, I only seem to see this behavior when there is no location set on the Request Task, but as long as that is defined I don’t have any issues. I tried it in 26R1. I imagine you can see your assignment/s in My Work and that the location can be seen there?

Thank you for checking . But in my case I can see location in My Work, but still task does not appear in Work Map

​@Nethmini Kosvinna Something does seem odd on the location. It looks like the id haven’t been passed through correctly. Can you send a screenshot of the request task? And potentially also see what happens if you change the location on the task.
