We are using managed cloud and integrated the Pagero E-Invoice integration.  We are running into a problem where we are requiring line matching.  The external supplier invoices are creating properly.  Supplier invoices are getting the net and gross amounts off the invoices.  The invoice header net, tax, and gross are correct, but the lines are not getting the proper tax applied.We are having to manually adjust the taxes on every invoice line as it is not calculating the net, tax and gross properly on the lines. Even when manually changing to the correct tax, it back calculates and uses the Net as the gross and calculates back to an incorrect net amount.There is not tax code or % on the invoices to use, so the xml is sending a 0 in the tax line.My guess is this is a combination of settings, but our consultant has been unable to fix.I would like the tax amount on the invoice to calculate based on the % assigned to the address code assigned under our company.

Hi all, I am trying to set up a connection between standard operation and shop order operation page. This connection should work for the attached documents. Aparently, there is already a standard connection available, but I can’t make it work. I tried in both IFS10 and Cloud with no result. The expected result would be that when I add a standard operation in a shop order, the document connected to the standard operation, would also be connected to the shop order operation. I was wondering if anyone can help me undestand the how this transformation method works.SHOP_ORD_UTIL_API.TRANSF_SHOP_OP_TO_STANDARD_OP Addtional information:Record is active I tried to use the ‘edit transformation’ option, but I don’t have a connection to standard operation name. I tried editing the transformation manually using contract and description and no luck as well. Description was the only connection that I found, but it doesn’t seem right though.Thank you in advance.

Hi,We have a scenerio where Site A registers the customer order for an External Customer (Customer XYZ) and the order is supposed to delivered by Site B. The customer order lines are added with the supply code Int Purchase Dir where supplier and Supply Site is Site B and released. It created a PO for the supply Site. Now, in the Register Direct Delivery window RMB has 3 options 1) Direct Deliver to Customer 2)Direct Delivery with Serial 3) Direct Delivery from Internal Order Transit.Options 1 and 2 are disable in RMB menu, I can only choose option 3 which is “Direct Delivery from Internal Order Transit”. When I click on this option, Its giving a warning message “You cannot register direct delivery until internal supplier delivers materials.When we check register arrivals using the PO number, it does not have such record. How to complete the customer order delivery process? 

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the appointment booking process. I am using FSM (IFS Cloud 24R1) integrated with PSO. According to the documentation (Scheduling Demystified 24R1 - page 163), once I click on the ,,Request,, button in appointment booking page, the activity status in PSO should change to ,,do not schedule,,,. In my environment, this does not happen. The activity remains allocated, it does not change its status. Am I missing a parameter or what could be the cause? Thank you in advance!Best Regards,Miruna

Hello,As seen in the attached picture on the Quality Basic Data page, the marked parts are not marked. However, its status is inactive as seen in the 2nd picture on the Control Plan page. Then, when activated as shown in the 3rd picture, it automatically marks the Mandatory part. Then, on the Quailty Basic Data page, the marked area in the 4th picture becomes ticked. How can I avoid this situation? 

Hi,I am trying to receive a line on the Incoming dispatch advice using REST. All the API’s use Objkey but not able to find which call actually returns the Objkey for the line. Any ideas on how to achieve this would help a lot.Thanks 

We are an Apps 8 user and already use the Project Management module, including the WBS element.  However, at this time we do not utilise the CBS element and I have struggled to work out how to utilise this alongside the WBS to any real advantage.  Are there any good papers/user guides/experiences out there that might assist?  The on-line Help files aren’t helping much.Thanks!

Hello, May I know is where to control employee payment screen (for which employee one can see) As of now we simply enable HR application manager to make people see this BUT this method will make people see everyone’s payments in a specific company. We feel the need now to better control this. Is it in Access Role setup? If so, where specifically? Additional info:If we check in supervisor access setup screen, the name of subordinates is there in the manager’s profile already But if we disable the HR application manager, the employee payment is gone. Best RegardsHami Thanks

HiWe found a new system parameter in IFS10 UPD17, that was delivered with UPD 14, 15, 16 or 17.Users report, that QRs don’t find any data anymore.I was not able to find any documentation about this feature.Can somebody please provide a feature description?Johannes

Hi All,When calling External REST APIs, external parties may provide different endpoints for different environments.Example:CFGcfg.abc.comUATuat.abc.comPRDprd.abc.comSo when testing in CFG we configure external url ‘cfg.abc.com’ .This means we have to reconfigure workflows after pushing changes to UAT and PRD.What is the current practice in your projects?Do you un-deploy workflows and change APIs, user, password etc. for authorization in UAT, PRD?

We are currently working on some solutions to improve our dates for our customers. One gap we currently have within IFS is that ATP (Available to Promise) and CTP (Capability check or Capable to Promise) do not include open supply, unless the Wanted Date is within the Open Supply window. Example where Supply is not seen:Customer Order Wanted Delivery Date - 5/10/21 Shop Order Due Date 5/12 ATP runs and shows you can only fulfill so much of the order (based on qty on hand and selling qty). Thus the user runs CTP moves the promise date on the customer order to the full part lead time (30 days) even though the supply is coming in on the 12th.  Example where Supply is seen:Customer Order Wanted Delivery Date - 5/10/21 Shop Order Due Date 5/8 ATP or CTP see the supply and the date properly plans the customer order. With the supply not being seen on the first one example, we get an extended lead time that is no necessary. Hello Need advise, on opening and closing of shop order  from previous week or month . Question 1:  If shop order is closed for example: in previous week and it gets re- opened to make any changes to shop order, this is giving me material variance in GL in the current period.(ie correction week).But sometime, when a shop order is opened and closed again without any changes to the shop order its still giving material variance again in GL. if there is no change why does IFS gives shop order variance again? and how can we avoid this? Question 2:sometime our we need to update the notes on control plan lines in a shop order, these orders can be old ie previous period, again this is re-calculating material variance.How can we overcome this, is there better way of updating notes on control plan without it impacting the material variance. Thanks Swati

Procurement > Order > Analysis > Purchase Order Delivery Status This module works for one employee and not the other…. The permission sets are exactly the same. Any Ideas… I verified the users are running the same PO query and it was cleared before information was ran. 

Hello,We received a request to setup 110 customers to auto invoicing so we usually setup the scheduled database tasks called batch create customer invoice and batch print customer invoice. However, it seems these database tasks only accepts one customer number per scheduled database task setup. Is there a way to automate multiple customers for these scheduled tasks instead of per each customer number? Note that these customers belong to different companies. Please advise. Hi, When cancelling a Manual Supplier Invoice that is in PostedAuth state - is there a way to set the Final Cancellation Voucher Date to default to the system date?   

I am trying to apply to CUPOAs to an open invoice (CD) on a customer account via a mixed payment since they payments & invoice are in different currencies (USD & CAD).  How do I get the transaction to balance in the mixed payment?   If I change the ‘Pay Amount in Invoice Curr’ of CUPOA 1213 to $1,398.07 so they net to $0, It still doesn’t balance for me to post.  HELP :)

Is it possible to receive multiple serial numbers of a part within wadaco. Our supplier can provide an QR code containing multiple serialnumbers. Is it possible to handle such a QR code within the wadaco receive proces?

How do you edit a manual voucher entry that was uploaded? The Voucher Entry is in a Not Approved status and the View Voucher Rows tab is populated.The Voucher Postings tab is NOT populated. Thanks  

Hello,  My customer will soon start using an internal ledger for the first time (in Jan 2025). For IL opening balance to be uploaded on all accounts, whether ledger or not, I was wondering what could be the best approach For non ledger accounts, I could use a manual voucher to be created on 1st on Jan 2025.As for ledger accounts, option 1 : should I create a Q voucher on period 13 of the current year (2024) in the Internal Voucher Entry window, so that balances are transferred to period zero of next year in IL through the year end process? Or option 2 :  is it possible to just run the year end process, and then select an option to transfer GL year end balances to both GL and IL ?  (without creation of any Q voucher on IL as in option 1)If there is any option to update ledger account opening balance in Internal Ledger, I would be grateful of the community to share. Thank you for your helpTanya
