Since today morning IFSAPP user is showing the jobs from only one end user. No issues from the IFSADMIN login. Any idea why this is happening?Tried clearing the queryClearing the IFSAPP profileClearing APP data cache.But issue remains the same.  

I am receiving an error when trying to edit a customer order line that is released. It says cannot connect to shipment because all package components have been supplied by internal purchase direct supply. Any ideas? Seems to only happen for supply code pkg parts (package parts). We have shipments that are auto created when a customer order line is released. IFS app10

We have a prblem when trying to open URL links from Lobbies in App9WHen we click the link, we get and users are stuck. They can get round it by cpying the url and pasting into a browser, but that is a faff on.If we put the same link/URL into a menu item, that works perfectly, because the menu setting has to ption to use an external browserI can only assume IFS was written to use Internet Explorer and knows nothing about other browers.Does anyone know if there is a way to get Lobby links to open in another browser?ThanksRoger

Can Mobile work order user see NCR in MWO?I have created a work task and attached a NCR in to a work task step.When the task is transferred to Mobile, can technician see the connected NCR in MWO. Do we need to setup any object connection setup in cloud? I cannot find any documentation around NCR visibility on MWO.I'm using IFS MWO for Maintenance. 

Hi all,We select a "Sales Part", which comes from "Non-Inventory Sales Part", when we create a "New Contract Line" with turning on "Invoice Plan". On the other hand, a "Non-Inventory Sales Part" has "Cost" value as in the below capture. How do the cost of a "Sales Part" on "Contract Line" influence "Request Contracts"?I guess that the selecting a "Sales Part" is only for getting price and the cost value is ignored.Is it correct?Or does the cost reflect to invoice data?Please let me know how the cost influences "Request Contract".Thanks and regards,Hiroshi YASUNO

In IFS FSM6u16 - From within Mobile Dashboard, when I right click on a user and select “Initialise Device”, how long does that initialise device request last for..i.e. If I have mobile users who are not on shift but select to “Intialise Device”, how long does that request last for? Does it time out? We may have a revision of the design and want to force an initialisation of the app for all users. Some users will be off shift or on annual leave. Will the request remain indefinately?Many thanks, Angelo

Is it possible to set up a Fixed Asset in IFS Cloud where the depreciation is split between two cost centres when depreciation is run.We have a large asset whose usage is shared between 2 cost centres (code_b). Ideally, we would like to have the depreciation spread between the two when we do a depreciation run. Is this possible?Or do we have to create 2 assets. 

Hi, is there a way to search by Customer Address ID in IFS? I could not find and area to search by Customer address ID to see where and what Customer records the same address ID reside in. Look forward to help.

Hi, all. We’re trying to move from 23.2 to 24. In the correct path, using the correct YAML files. .\installer.cmd --values E:\[CORRECT PATH]\ifscloud-values.yaml --values E:\[CORRECT PATH]ifs-cloud-24.1.0-paqara3-5.0.0-20240619T133210Z-success\InstallationFiles\solutionset.yaml --set dbinstaller.sysPassword=[CORRECT PASSWORD] We’re getting this error, but we’re definitely on 23.2. Has anyone experienced this? Why doesn’t the installer recognize the correct version? [Tue Jul 30 12:45:26 EDT 2024] - SEVERE: The delivery not in sequence! Last delivery installed is ifs-cloud-23.1.5-paqara3-2.0.0-20231103T130434Z but expected is ifs-cloud-23.2.2-paqara3-4.0.0-20240213T220018Z[Tue Jul 30 12:45:26 EDT 2024] - SEVERE: Validation failed. When I login to IFS, it definitely says we’re on 23.2.  Ideas? Thanks!

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Column Visible and/or Visible flags on the attributes for custom fields?  I have added a field on the Customer Order Lines Tab of the Customer Order and I have tried both of these attributes with record.Contract = “XX” or record.parent.Contract = “XX” and no matter what combination I try, the field shows up regardless of the Contract value.  This Visible attribute works like a charm on groups.  I can make that work fine, but on lists columns it must require something different as I can’t get it to work.Edited for clarification just in case.  This is what the “Column Visible” flag actually has in it.  Same thing has been done for the “Visible Flag”   Thanks for any help or insight that you can provide. 

HelloFor a client in IFS V10, I’d like to put calendar with flexibility and Over time everyday. At the end of the week, if the sum of Attendance is the normal one, no over time if the sum is more than Attendance than it’s over time.For exemple, if the employee does 6am to 4 pm all the day, at the end of the week he as done 5 hours of over time. Whereas if he does 6am to 4pm Monday, and 7am to 3pm Tuesday, and the others 6am to 3 pm, at the end of the week he has done his attendance. Sorry for my English, hope someone can help me. Best regards

Hello.On the shipment screen (url : ifsapf:frmShipment_Ext ), I would need to make an event when the user runs the deliver process to forbid the delivery when the total amount is less than a certain amount.How can I make such an event? I don’t even see what might be the triggered table.

Hi all Seems in 24R1 that the copy selected rows is no more allowed in the Posting Proposal projection while still there for other screens. Did anyone encounter the same ? Is it a feature in 24R1 ? Thank you This is no more existing in the Posting Proposal projection (Lines or Posting Lines) : For example, copy selected row exists in Authorizer projection : 

Hello,We use the IPD (Intersite Purchase Direct) functionality on Customer Orders to ship product from another site to the customers directly. Some of our sites reside in different countries and we are getting requests from customers to have a separate invoices for shipments that come from sites in different countries.Example: Customer Order with 2 lines, Order is based in The Netherlands. The first line ships from The Netherlands, and the other line ships from the United States. After processing both lines and invoicing, the invoice contains information from the original customer order on the invoice with both lines present.  We are looking to understand if 2 separate invoices can be generated given the situation above. Please let me know if you need any additional information or context. Thanks,Kyle

Hello, I have a question. I noticed that on the CUSTOMER_ORDER_JOIN view that the SITE security was removed in IFS Cloud. This means that if a user can see all of the customer order lines even if they don’t belong to that particular site. I noticed that the site security was still available on other views (CUSTOMER_ORDER, SORDER_QUOTATION,PURCHASE_ORDER, etc.). I was wondering why was the site security removed from CUSTOMER_ORDER_JOIN (Customer Order Lines) in Cloud but other views kept it? Thank you.

We have recently moved to cloud and our maintenance dept used to rely on the Journal on the Prepare Work Order (in Aurena 10 and in IEE) to show them who did what on a work order. This said, we cannot find the Journal button now. Did IFS get rid of this or move it to another screen? Please see my screenshot below. We are on IFS Cloud 24R1 SU5. Aurena Apps 10 Cloud (Journal not available in selector)

Issue: Project Transactions Invoicability is set as “Delayed Invoicing”, still project transactions were considered for “invoicing” and invoice status is “Paid Posted”. What can be the reason or Is it a bug?   Thanks & RegardsPratik Shah

Hi Team, One of our customer wants to remove the standard SEND_FREIGHT_BOOKING integration and get rid of the application message that are generated with the Error status. I initially instructed him to disable the below routing rule But even after disable the routing rules, they still gets the Application messages. They dont want those application messages at all as they never used this functionality. Is there a way to disable this functionality to avoid such application messages are genereted? Best regards,Kapilan

Hello all, Is it possible (in IFS Cloud) to have the Planned Finish Date/Time updated automatically in the Shop Floor Workbench when only a part of the shop order is approved? For example:The operation qty is 10.000, they will be placed on pallets (approximately 4 pallets). Planned Finish Date is 10-01-2025 When the first pallet needs to be replaced because it`s full, the amount on this pallet is approved in the Shop Floor Workbench (2500 pcs). Apparently, the expected 4 pallets will not take 2 days per pallet, as scheduled, but since the 1st pallet is finished after 1 day, there is a great need to record this change in numbers, but also to gain insight into the accurate planning that adapts to the numbers still to be made. Not so much the recalculation of the items still to be made, but in any case the correction of 1 day on the items already made (and therefore booked), which would at least shorten the Planned Finish Date/Time by 1 day. Obviously, we have the Remaining Machine Time w

Hi All,I have introduced a new custom tile to IFS MWO Service via a modification.I would like to position this tile as the last tile of the page but I cannot.Tried with sortorder = 9 and sortorder = 15 but looks like FW does not care about sortorder in the Navigator entry and it positions the tile as fifth tile.Any thoughts on how to change this tile position?
