Hi,When we create a new supplier payment proposal and then create a new payment order, we select a payment method and a payment date.After completing the process and paying the supplier, where can we find the payment method that was chosen?In the supplier payment analysis screen, the payment method field does not appear.Regards.

I was wondering how to maximize capacity for resources on the Advanced Planning Board (APB) I’m seeing a situation where a finite resource has availability, but it isn’t being optimize when backward scheduling. For example. I have the tool and the labor class as finite and the work center as infinite. But what I’m seeing is the OP10 and OP20 are being scheduled correctly., but then when OP30 delays for 2 days later. But you can see that the tool and labor class still have availability.  Why isn’t trying to fill that void when there is availability? APB Load settings Also to note, I tried this with the Re-assign Resources and it gave similar results.

Hi, Im trying to pass a timestamp parameter into an IFS API call in a workflow. But keep getting the data type conversion error as below. I create the timestamp of sysdate in a javascript task(“Set Sysdate”) and then trying to set it into a variable which is then set into API payload. Could there be any other way to set the parameter other than like ${CurrDate} in this scenario?    Thanks,Regards,Methshika

Hello, I had a quick question. We are trying to reserve supplier material for a part but we keep running into this error message? Any thoughts? Does this have to do with the inventory availability planning? Thanks.

I am looking for where do we specify the ship to (delivery address) tax structure when the ship to is different then the bill to. Right now, IFS invoiced with taxes based on the bill to address which is not good.I am talking when the bill to is located in the Province of Quebec and the ship to is located in the Province of Ontario, for example. Both provinces are in Canada, so we cannot use Tax Classes and Tax Codes per Class. Obviously, we forgot to configure something somewhere but what and where, we do not know.Can anyone help?

When multi-level tracking is required on Lot/Batch enabled parts, there are scenarios where standard quantity of a component in the product structure is not truly required to complete the produced part, for example it would OK to issue 9.8 pounds of flour instead of 10.  Or perhaps the component quantities are not discrete, rather going out several decimal places in quantity required, for example a component UOM is pounds.  And as long as the actual amount issued is close to this it would be OK.  With Multi-level tracking turned on, none of these scenarios are possible, as the tracked structure requires all the required quantity to be reserved or issued, or the tracked structure is not complete.  Has anyone found work-arounds for this? I am thinking it might require a modfication to change the validations to allow some level of tolerance around quantity issued versus qty required.

Hi All,We are currently testing a Contract Change Order (CCO) scenario and have observed the following behavior: A Parent Contract Change Order has been created, with a connected Sales Contract Change Order and Subcontract Change Order as sub-orders. From the Sales Contract Change Order, revenue values are updated correctly in CCO Financials – This Order tab. From the Subcontract Change Order, cost values are updated correctly in CCO Financials – This Order tab. Profit is updated as expected in CCO Financials – This Order tab.

I’m trying to test AccountSet (GET) API IFS Cloud Demo environment as follows. Im able to retrieve the bearer token using following IAM client but once I pass the bearer token to the API it gives me following error. Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R2, when we remove the security group ‘ContactLists’ from the security grants by permission set for MWO permission, it should not display the ‘Contacts’ screen in MWO service. But even after removing the security group, the screen is still visible in MWO. This screen is unavailable in the Navigation designer. Is it a bug in 25R2, please let me know?  

Hi everyone!I have a question about the project Gantt chart.Is it possible to hide or exclude certain activities from the project’s critical path calculation?Right now, I’m using an activity to capture revenue from my sales contract, and its duration is based on the project dates. In the Gantt chart, this activity appears as “critical.” In a way, that makes sense — but it’s not the behavior I’m expecting.Any idea to manage that ?  Thanks and regards,Maud 

  Hi All, I have an issue with adding Fixed Price sales parts to invoice preview after I adding them to a request scope.I’m using a fixed price price rule where everything related to request work task is charged with a fixed price sales part. Then, I need to add some additional sales parts to the scope via “Price Details” option in the request’s “Cost & Sales”.  However,  added sales parts are not appeared in the invoice preview. I tried with a different price rule and tried with adding sales parts in both Actual and Planning fixed prices. But, cannot get sales parts to invoice preview. Original sales part is only there. Any idea? I’m wo

My UK client has a small French office.  It is not a registered company in France, but is registered for VAT their and fits into the ‘Permanent Establishment’ rule .Which means they might need to create an FEC audit file.  But I have some questions:Does this mean we need to setup an entire Company in IFS just to support this one interface? If so, do we need to setup this company with the French government chart of accounts in code part A (I note from a related topic that the FEC file does not use the Internal Ledger)I had hoped to simply use a Code Part Value for the local office reporting, but suspect we are forced into a full blown company with Group Consolidation and account mapping just for this one audit function!I would be interested to hear from anyone with similar requirements and how or if they got around it?

Hello All, If the Account is added in the Acquisiton account and for that account Code part demand for the FA_object (Code_E) is not a mandatory.Can we create a manual voucher for that account without providing the FA_Object(Code_E).Is it possible? 

When creating the External Payment Parameters for a Payment Method, it automatically load all the message codes connected to the payment format and issuer.If there are multiple issuers and messages codes, lot of records will get added.When dealing with many banks globally, there can be many Issuers.But there is no option to delete multiple records, which need to be done by one by one. Dealing with many banks globally and there can be many Issuers, which will create many unnecessarry records in this window and that needs deleting.

what could be the reason that the payment term of this supplier speglas 10 days in the posting proposal side when it has 30 days payment term? How can I fixt it?

Hi community!My customer is going to start using Internal trade between there companies A and B. Now er need to figure out how to fix the return of material as smooth as possible. Is there a nice setup or solution that anyone has for this issue? The standard process seems a bit “heavy”.  In this case company A takes material from Company B´s warehouse and sometimes the material is not consumed and returned. Can you somehow have a fast track where you just return the material and all the adminastrative work is handled automaically? Thanks for any input in this matter :) Best regardsEmma 

HiI have created all required handling‑unit related setups in IFS Cloud, including:Handling Unit Categories Handling Unit Types Packing Instruction Part Handling Unit CapacityHowever, when I go to Supplier for Purchase Part, I do not see the Packing Instruction I created in any dropdown or selectable list.Could you please explain why the Packing Instruction is not visible in the Supplier for Purchase Part screen and how it is expected to be used?  Thanks

Hi, When I try to build transformer model file, I’m getting this below mentioned MAVEN dependency error. Transformer modelBUILD resultI tried adding repository to the POM.xml file as IFS documentation says (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/050_development/024_integration/015_connect/050_transformer/550_maven_http_deprecated/). But didn’t work. Can please let me know a solution for this? Is there some configuration which I have been missed?
