Hello,PO is created from work order. when i cancel the PO , PR status is still in closed status instead of Released status.This behavior is only observed in PO created from work order.What steps i can follow here, in order to covert PR to released status from Closed status.Kindly help me with this. Hello, I keep running into the problem that I only need to place a single order with a supplier. If I create a new supplier every time I do this, the number of suppliers in IFS quickly shoots up. Is there a way to create a ‘dummy’ supplier that I can adapt each time I want to place a new order? The ‘one-off supplier’ function isn’t suitable here.

Hello,We are facing an issue in IFS10 regarding REST API access to custom database objects.Previously, we were using IFSAPP with Basic Auth, and there was no problem. Our REST APIs could query both standard and custom tables/views successfully.However, for security and integration isolation purposes, we created a dedicated integration user and granted it FND_FULL permission. Hi all,I’m currently working on an integration to automate the manual supplier invoice creation process. I’m using PL/SQL routing to send an XML to IFS via the SOAP Gateway (https://<server>:<port>/int/soapgateway).I need to send a response back to notify that the record has been created successfully. Does anyone know how we can send a message/response to a destination address in this scenario?           

Hi all , Maybe a quick question.I want to change the behavior/design of Visual Shop Orders Planning,Right now we/you have this Orange bar that says Load of the Machine Example 25,3/0We don’t really want to see this “bar” we only want to see the operations/shop orders that we want to plan. Today you have to expand the view of all Work centers each time to se the “complete” pic of plan Im looking in page designer and can’t find if its possible to “delete” this Load bar in filter any suggestions?

We are struggling to find a solution for keeping track of data changes, for example, on customer order line columns such as quantity, date, and price.Some solutions can read the Oracle archive log to identify changes and replicate deltas to Data Warehouse which would be very efficient. However, some of our data doesn't come directly from tables but involves IFS built-in APIs. Therefore, we may need to extract data from views instead of reading the logs of tables. This means that we must extract a full load of data from views and perform certain procedures to identify changes, but it isn’t effecient this way. 

The customer environments had been upgraded from 25.1 (unknown SU) to 25.2.3.I was going to import a migration job that was previously used in the project and imported several times without problems. The import was done using the standard job FNDMIG_IMPORT and suddenly it went wrong with error message ""The uploaded CSV is malformed". Investigation showed that the export file for the migration job contained the character ", a double quote, which caused the issue.The double quotation was used to restore a text, where double quotation had been replaced by something else in the data export. The double quote was replaced by CHR(34) and then the job was imported successfully.

Could you please advise on how to add/map a logical printer from the client machine so that it can be recognized by IFS Cloud during report printing?I have already installed the IFS Aurena Agent and verified the setup according to the IFS documentation, but the client machine still cannot detect the logical printer.

In IFS cloud, how do u control the display of a number, example 3,000.00, show the commas in the correct positions across all forms?

Hi,In the ESM solution, when setting up a PM Action, we can default a resource for the work list.  Is this possible in the Request based service management solution? As I can only find a field to add the Resource Group to the standard tasks. But would like to default the resource to the specified object ID as how it is for a PM action.  If not, is this part of the road map? Thanks! 

Hi all,we are currently facing a situation in IFS Cloud where operations (especially in assembly) are defined with labor time only (labor run time), without any machine time.We observe that in such cases, the system sets start time equal to end time, meaning no actual duration is considered for scheduling → Which is standardFrom our understanding, scheduling in IFS is based on the work center/resource occupation, which is driven by machine time.This raises the question:Is it mandatory to maintain machine time (machine factor) for proper scheduling, even if the operation is purely labor-based (e.g., manual assembly)?And in addition, in the context of MSO.Will missing machine time prevent MSO from correctly scheduling and considering capacity, since no resource load is generated?We did a few testing without machine run factor no scheduling

Hi Community In all of our companies, the following property under the company details is null.  That means, when the multi company employee confirms the time, the Project Manager need not approve for cost accounting right? But only for 2 companies it works as expected. For the rest, the PM needs to approve. How come the behavior is different for 2 companies only? Is there another setting that I am missing here? This is 24.1.9Thanks,Asela  

Hi,I have a scenario in MCPR transactions where both the employee company and customer company time reportings should be automatically approved.When the property code NOAPROCON in Company Details is set to false, the employee company transactions are automatically approved. However, this does not seem to apply to the customer company transactions.Is there any missing functionality or additional configuration required to enable automatic approval for the customer company as well?Regards,Rasfe

Hi Team,I have created a Customer Hierarchy, and I am trying to associate a Rebate Agreement to the Customer Hierarchy. Once, I check the box for “Use Hierarchy” and then enter my “Hierarchy - ID”, it is presenting me with a warning pop-up message regarding Assortments.Why is this? Hello,I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on why some users in my company are having to use their MFA multiple times a day.We are on IFS Cloud 24r2.Through the Login Events, I can see one of the users impacted had 3 separate CODE_TO_TOKEN events in a span of 4 hours.We use Entra Entra SSO. It is hit or miss on users so far, and the only thing that I am seeing that could be an issue is these users use Google Chrome (instead of Edge that I use and have no problems).Has anyone faced this issue before? Or does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?

Hello,When deactivating a code in the system, there is currently no warning indicating whether the code is still being used in the background. As a result, I have to manually check multiple screens one by one to verify its usage.To improve efficiency and prevent potential errors, I kindly request support for either implementing a warning system that notifies users if the code is actively in use, or providing a shortcut that displays all related usage points.The main areas I currently have to check manually are:Work orders screen (whether there are any open work orders) Production structure (whether the parent item has any open work orders) Sales order lines (whether there are ongoing orders) Purchase order lines (whether there are any open purchase requests) Stock status (whether there is available stock in the system)Automating these checks within the system would help prevent user errors an

I can't add a part to Project/Misc Part with Required Quantity of zero. But after adding a part, I can change to Zero. Is this a bug? I prefer to have the option to add parts with zero Required Quantity, at the initial stage of the project planning and later add the correct Required Quantities so at that point supplies will be created based on the correct Required Quantities.
