Hi, I wan’t to find the price with the menu “Requets price” for a non-inventory-part/customer/contract.Does it work ?I have no answer from the ERP. Thank’s.Julien. 

We have a simple custom field where users can enter a percentage, i.e., number field restricted to values of between 0 and 100, on our Business Opportunities screen on the General Info section.We want to force users to populate this field before they exit a particular Sales Process Stage - this sounds like the perfect use case for Sales Process Actions?When we try to set this up, we don’t see the custom field on the Enter Data dialog:Can anyone advise how we get custom fields to appear here?I know this was a restriction in Aurena but I had believed it had been fixed in Cloud at least for simple custom fields.

 Hi, everybody, We changed the FTP server and the files were transferred from the old server to the new server.When we want to add a new document, the old document class appears.The old document classes should not be visible.Could you support us pls?  

It seems both apps gets updated and the functionality seems to be quite identical. What is the exact difference between the 2 apps? 

We have an existing migration job that worked until Update 20 was applied. The job adds lines to a sales quotation. Now the lines are added successfully only for rows where the customers price list has a value in the Discount Type field for the part in question. The job looks like this:The error returned is “Field [DISCOUNT_TYPE] is mandatory for Order Quote Line Discount and requires a value.”. The migration job doesn’t currently include a method list entry for the Order Quote Line Discount view so it isn’t possible to add a default value for this field: What we would like is to be able to add a default value if there isn’t one on the price list. Is there a way of doing this?

Hi Community!We are seeking guidance on best practices for managing cases where a company employs individuals with protected personal information, such as name, address, and similar data. While it is necessary to store details such as address and personal identity number within the system, access to this information needs to be restricted to a limited number of authorized users.I’ve been looking in to Personal Data Management (not fully), but we don’t want to anonymize completely..This situation is not very common but occurs occasionally -  in Sweden at least. Could someone please advise on recommended approaches or share how other customers have successfully approached these kind of situations? Best regards, Anna

Why is it not possible to quickly sort the Register Arrivals screen in IFS Cloud by Promised Receipt Date, i.e. oldest first? Is there a way for functional users to do this easily, and if not, what could possibly be the reason for this? In other screens it is easy to sort by date, but seems to have been removed from Register Arrivals? 

Hello,I'm trying to get a better handle on the "Report Print Task Template" in IFS Cloud, and focussing to getting it to work right and run smoothly.If anyone could help me out with these concerns: Do we actually need to create a separate task template for every language our users work in, like for English (gb) and Swedish (sv)? What's the deal with the logical and physical printer mapping? I've been testing it out, and it seems like the print jobs go to all our printers through print agent which already configured with the printer mapping no matter what I map here (tried without any printer mapping, just having logical printers, logical and physical mapping together and mix mode as well). So, am I missing the point, or is this section not really needed for printing? And if that mapping is important, does it also apply to those default logical printers like PDF_PRINTER, NO_PRINTOUT, SEND_TO_CONNECT, and the others? Any insight you have would be a huge help! We are observing that the functionality works as expected when the same environment URL is opened in up to five browser tabs. However, as soon as a sixth tab is opened, the functionality stops working across all the open tabs. Once any one of the tabs is closed, the functionality resumes working on the remaining tabs. We have identified this behavior specifically when opening the same environment URL in more than five tabs. We tested this across multiple customer environments on lower RU versions and also on the R&D reference environment in 25R1, but the issue could not be reproduced there.However, when testing on a customer environment running 25R1, the issue was observed consistently. We have also verified this with multiple users and on different browsers such as Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, and the same problem persists. How can we resolve this issue, and what could be the possible reason behind it? 

In the payment file group header, the initiating party details will be provided. As per the bank, there should be 2 other ID tags (i.e., Initiating party tags) in the payment file group header.In the first tag, it’s picking the Initiating party <Id>xxxxxxx</Id> and SchemeNm <Cd>CUST</Cd>, which we are able to generate in the file. Hello Community! I have a question regarding the sorting of the event log. On the Work Order and Work Task, the event log is listed under the attachments. You would expect that the first event log on the Work Order/Task appears at the bottom and the most recent one at the top. However, as you can see in the image below, the event logs don’t seem to follow any logical order.Is there a way to determine how this list is currently being sorted, or whether we can define the sorting ourselves? I understand that the attachment is a framework object, so unlike other client objects, we cannot apply sorting directly from the page designer. In my view, the event log should ideally be sorted by sequence or by date/time created. I’m aware of the dedicated Work Order Event Log page where sorting is possible, but this does not fully address the need. Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hi all   we use the Work Order Report Control → Work Task print flow. For us the Work Tasks print fine, but some users see their attachments prompted to save/open instead of being printed (attachments never auto-print). Expected: single print action prints Work Task pages and attachments (preferably as one merged PDF).note - this is only for some users Request: anyone who've implemented server-side bundling (convert attachments → PDF + merge) or Print Agent configs / command examples to auto-print Office docs   please share.

I have already set 'Omit JSON Root' in the details section, but the root element is still present. Hello, I have noticed that with a defined discrete UoM on a part, you are still able to report and receive into inventory a fraction of a part. I do not understand how this would be possible. Would setting it to a discrete UoM not force you to report whole numbers?Calc Qty Rounding is also set at 0 on the Inventory Part record. Any guidance on understanding how this issue is occurring would be appreciated. Thank you!

I am trying to create a Demand & Supply chain table (in terms of SO/PO). A is my top level demand (final product) and requires various other supplies to manufacture this, I am wanting to see all the supplies (multi level) that goes into that demand. I am trying to set up a database task for condition or criteria based PMs to run automatically, however I can no longer find the PM_Criteria method in cloud. We can still manually run the condition based in the maintenance plan but that is not a viable option for most companies. What am I missing?

Company schedules technician work in PSO. At times technicians who have active shifts in rota are doing deliveries instead of tech work. Would like to filter or colour/color scheduling Gantt or do something visual in the Gantt in PSO for shifts when tech is driving a delivery truck in order to know that the tech is not doing tech work those days. Truck types are skills in our application, and truck skills are associated with either tech or delivery work, but don’t see any way to filter on skills? Viewing the scheduling XML one can see Resource_Skill and Activity_Skill, but can’t filter? Appreciate any guidance, thanks. Using PSO 6.15.0.46.

Hello,When configuring a CTO with by-products in IFS Cloud, we need an interim order to be created. However, when attempting to create the interim order, I receive the following message:“No buildable routing revision/alternative exists for part xxxx at Site on the date 2-SEPT-25.”I checked part xxxx and confirmed that the part type is set to "by-product." It does not contain a routing and/or a product structure.What could be causing this error?Kind regards,Willem

Is there a way to copy/duplicate a database task schedule in IFS Cloud?For example if you have a scheduled task already set up to transfer transactions from company A to company B, can you duplicate/copy the task and then edit it for transfer from company A to company C?
