When i’m printing my customer invoice it remains in the printed state , it doesn’t directed to posted Auth state . Tell me the reason for it.

I’ve raised a similar question before, but the answer didn’t really help us. Our business want to reserve parts in the portal. Would it be possible to add a button that reserves all the parts that are in the list of planned materials?We’re thinking, a Workflow could run that would do this, it would look at the parts that have been planned on the work task, and then reserve them.Has anyone tried this?

Hi,I was trying to initiate a Hanover to a Request, though I get below error. My service organization is the one responsible for the service(Setup in the service catalog). Therefore, this error is meaningless as I see. Further, the error shows a Request id, which is very strange, because system does not create a new request (error stops processing any further). Also, this number increments with the attempts I do. Looks like this is a core bug. I wonder if someone has tried and has different opinion or confirmed by the product team that this is a bug?Thank you,Roshan  

Hi,We have an issue with customer invoice printing in IFS Cloud.When I print a customer invoice, the status changes to Printed only.However, when another user (same site and same company) prints the same invoice, the status immediately moves to Posted (Authorized).We are trying to understand why two users trigger different invoice statuses when performing the exact same action.Questions: What authorizations or roles could cause invoice printing to auto-post for some users but not others? Which permission sets or projections control whether “Print Invoice” also performs Authorize/Posting? Where should we check for user-specific settings that might trigger auto posting during invoice printing? If we are storing confidential data like SIN numbers, health insurance numbers, credit cards, etc… in IFS. Are we able to encrypt/mask those data from any user who shouldn’t have access to them including IFSAPP? I have started reading on Encrypting Oracle SQL but not yet certain if IFS supports this...

I am curious as to why the "Amount in Acc Curr" column is not visible in the Supplier Payment Proposal Details view, yet it appears when I print the Payment Proposal. Does anyone have any insights on this?

Hi All, We have the following two scenarios happening in one of our customers’ Service Management business.They rent equipment from outside suppliers to be used for their customers’ service requests.  They use their own company rental assets for their customers’ service requests as internal rentalHow are the above scenarios catered for in IFS Cloud → IFS Service Management > Request Management?  As I could see it’s not possible to do so in Request Work Task. Is there a workaround? TIA

We would like to automatically attach the output of any IFS report (such as an Order Report, PDF output, or Quick Report) to a record in DocMan. I have reviewed similar topics, such as Mr. Damith’s posts about sending order reports as e-mail attachments. However, I couldn't find a clear answer on whether it is possible in Apps 9 to retrieve a report’s PDF output via PL/SQL and attach it automatically to DocMan. Is it possible in Apps 9 to retrieve a report’s PDF output via PL/SQL and automatically attach it to DocMan? If anyone has implemented this or knows the correct approach, could you share which APIs or method you used?

So I have a question concerning the move quantity on a transport tasks generated from a Kanban Circuit.We are using scanners to perform these Transport Tasks. The issue is that we are not allowed to move a quantity greater than what is shown on the transport task. We can move less and the kanban system will auto generate the difference the next time it runs (unless we modify the kanban circuit to not do so). However, when we create manual transport tasks (non-kanban), we are allowed to move greater quantities. What makes them function differently? Is there a setting somewhere that we need to make to the Kanban Circuits or Transport Tasks or System to allow move quantities on kanban generated transport tasks to be less restrictive and function more like the manual transport tasks.Essentially what we are looking for is the ability to use these kanban transport tasks to correctly move parts from the correct lot from one location to another but not be confined to the move quantity that has

Hello,This week we went live with IFS Cloud (24R2) and migrated from IFSAPPS9.We experience a lot of issues with mobile users that want to use the Service Engineer App.The initialization process for these users runs into this error: Initialize entity data failed: STMTPREPFAIL:Can not prepare statement ( select distinct F.filter_id, F.granted_filter_type_db from ifsapp.activity_grant_filter F, ifsapp.activity_grant A, ifsapp.fnd_user_role_runtime R where R.identity = ? and R.role = A.role and A.activity_name = ? and A.role = F.permission_set_id(+) and A.activity_name = F.activity_name(+)). Exception is: IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_ROLLEDBACK - IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_ROLLEDBACK Looks like there is a data issue, but I'm not able to track down where it comes from and I have no clue what we can do to solve this.Is there anyone who experienced this before or might have a clue how we can fix this?Thanks in advance! physical count is zero for the specific part, but it cannot be counted out from the system. mentioned error is appearing. appreciate if someone can teach me how to change allocations for a location. 

Hi heros, I am having performance issues using mobile apps. For example, I tried CRM companion with the same mobile phone (model, OS, app version), one is getting 3 minutes to open, and other 60 minutes. Other users try using their cell phones and getting stick and when I try using the same user, I have no problems. Is it any configuration I can do to help with the performance?Thanks, Gianni Neves

Hi, in IFS Apps 10 (Update 6) when transferring a task to mobile from a Work Order, in the Transfer To Mobile window there are 2 checkboxes:Pool Work Order Pool - Keep TaskWhat does “Pool - Keep Task” do, and when would we use it? There is no help topic or other documentation I can find that explains what it does.Transfer to Mobile window in Apps 10. 

24R2 is the version. Customer Order Lines screen includes “Planner” as a field initially hidden, but which can be displayed. How can this field be included in the list of items one can filter on (i.e. … more .. checkbox).Any hints? Many thanks.Paul.

Hello IFS Community,I'm currently facing an issue when trying to increase the ‘Early Finish Date’ or the ‘Work Days’ of a Project Activity. And the same Activity is in ‘Released’ state and some transaction have been already reported. Would you kindly help if this can be avoided or what functional limitation is blocking me ?(using IFS APP10 Upd 22). Many thanks for all your kind suggestions 😊 Tried to increase until 2025-5-31 Summary of the cost transactions already reported on the above Activity. 

Hello,There is an issue with clockings showing up on the wrong day.  The workers are clocking in and out with the time clock terminal. Here are the clockings in apps 10.  This is the cycle schedule is as follows:  Here are the day types:11/16/25 is on the day type SHOPSUN, 11/15/2025 is day type OFF. This is how the intervals show up: The intervals have to be deleted and added to 11/16/2025. Anyone have an idea of what could be cuasing this? Thanks,

Recently we have found that when starting the Apps10 MWS using the mws-svr command we get timeouts at 10 minutes. There doesn’t appear to be a RAM or CPU usage issue at the time of the failure and monitoring the system closely shows no sign of that even coming close to much load on either or large java process RAM usage, but I suppose we cannot rule it out. If we keep restarting the Windows services and restarting using mws-svr it typically comes up OK after several attempts.Questions:Assuming that the CPU and RAM is fine, is there a way to increase the 10 minute timeout threshold?Any other ideas?Here’s what we typically see, sometimes with MAIN not starting, other times it is INT that doesn’t come up, and sometimes both:---Starting Domain - IFSTEST...11/19/25 4:51:33 PM <WARNING> Thread[Thread-15,5,main] did not responded - TIMEOUT11/19/25 5:01:33 PM <WARNING> Thread[Thread-16,5,main] did not responded - TIMEOUT Domain - IFSTEST - STATUS   AdminServer : RUNNING   Node - FB

Hi everyone I try to implement an LOV on ProjectList where you can select numeric values defined in a basic data table. The values should be presented as percentage.
