We noticed that we cannot login into TouchApps using our local admin accounts. But end users can access it without any issues. below error occurred when we try to log in.
any suggestions to fix this?

+6This error occurs when the TAS tries to get the auth groups for the user. Are you using a local admnistrator or a domain user added to the local admin group ? It could be that the service user doesn’t have required priviledges to retrieve user groups.
