Base profile (IFS Standard) in IFS9

Hi, please, does anyone have experience to imposible  add some special column or checkbox into base profile? (Personal Profile is disabled)There are possible to make a almost all changes but only one column resists. There is no possible to add it into the form of Purchase Order.Does anyone have experience with that and did you already solve it?I can make a lot of changes but once I'm gonna restart application all changes are saved but only this column is back in hide columns.Thanks.Rgds.B.

No reverse button for "Collapse All" button in Structures

The “#” or the “Collapse All” button above the structure allows you to fold the entire structure (to switch from the first to the second screenshot).   But it is unable to reverse that using the same button and go back to the unfolded structure as in the first screenshot.

IFS Print Agent configuration is not PRE-FILLED

Issue:When downloading and running the Print Agent, the documentation says it should prefill most fields. How to access ftpeu.ifsworld.com from Linux DB hosts?

connect to IFS with Report Designer

Hello all,I had a working Report Designer on my old laptop (Win10 Pro). Since I have a new laptop (Win11 Pro) and installed the Report Designer again, the application starts correct but I cannot connect to IFS. I have looked into the other questions on this forum but the solutions mentioned did not work for me. Can anyone help me out ?System is Win11 Pro, IFS10 Upd10, Report Designer as shown below.  I also have PL/SQL and the Oracle client installed, that works fine. Also connecting Excel to the IFS database gives no issues. Just the Report Designer fails.

Hi All,Is there any way to define a sample values specially for TEXT fields in the projection attributes so that it can be viewed from API Doc Viewer?Currently you can only see ‘It is a Text’ but customers prefer a sample value instead.e.g.Post Code: “SW1A 0AA”

Can I check if Oracle Java (JRE, SE & JDK) is used in IFS Cloud application? Meaning installed in any of the servers (Mgmt, App, Artifact & DB) in client hosted AWS server even in client PC/Laptop? If yes, any replacement such as Open JDK such as Redhat JDK or Amazon JDK (Amazon Corretto)?

Hi, It does not appear when I add a new method in the service file I created. After first creating the service file and sending it to the databaseI'm adding a method to the projection file. In the plsvc file, I specify the data that the method will bring. The method I just added to the svc file I opened with the open api does not come.I'm waiting for your help.

Where to find certain entities that aren't listed on Entities page?

Hello,Where can I find and modify the entity “BusObjRepresentativeOrderQuotation”? On the Representative 360 page, on the sales quotation tab, I would like to add a field for created date, but there doesnt seem to be a way to. The Entity is not listed on the entities page nor on the entity configuration page where I would like to add a custom field to said entity.Any and all advise would be appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

How to use AnalysisResultHandling.svc projection

Hi I’m trying to automate the AnalysisResult with the projection AnalysisResultHandling.For now i’m unable to store the result values in the control plan.Are there any documentation how to create a analysis based on a contol plan and the upload the result with this service?I can see the QmanSampleValue and change it but its not seen by the aurena interface.? Reference to an unsupported AD Attribute

When using active directory user integration on IFS10, we have a requirement to use an extension attribute from active directory to be used for FndUser.DirectoryId - active directory attribute. This is failing due to the error “Reference to an unsupported AD attribute”. Please advise if you had a requirement like this and encountered the same error. Was it resolved on IFS end or with Active directory settings? Thanks in advance!

Cloud 23R1 - Display Survey Answers in Work Task or Assignment

Hello,Is there a way we can link the entity ‘SurveyAnswersEntity’ which is in projection ‘WorkTaskSurvey’ with entity ‘JtTask’ in projection ‘WorkTaskHandling’? Currently, we have the entity ‘JtTaskSurveyAnswers’ which can be linked to ‘JtTask’ but there is no Description for the survey answer in this entity. Therefore, we would like to link these entities to fetch the description and other required information from ‘SurveyAnswersEntity’.Please let me know if there is a possibility. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

System Metrics for IFS Cloud Customers with IFS Cloud Services

Do we have a way to show Admin Customer (IFS Cloud / IFS Cloud Services) basic system information ? Memory usage, CPU usage, list of most bigger tables/files. Customer only get an alert when memory usage is greater than 90%, but would like to monitor the instance memory usage.

In Aurena the Assortment Characteristic Template is not editable

As far as I can see it is not possible to edit the Characteristics Template in the Aurena Assortment masks:  In the Enterprise Explorer it is possible to modify the charateristic template:   Is there a work around for the Aurena Client that I did not find?

Issues when setting up External IDP - AzureAD

I have IFS Cloud 22R1 installed in a Cloud (VM) service provider and for the moment there is no reverse proxy server. No DNS settings setup yet.We can access IFS over the internet, with a host file entry at local machine, since we have a public IP at MT server (Ubuntu). Local machine host file is as below.222.123.188.199 is the public IP as shown above. (Not the real IP I’m using)I can load landing page as below.https://xxx-tst.xxxxxx.cloud/main/ifsapplications/web/startI have configured with Azure AD and if I tried log in with Azure AD, I’m getting an error.Please go through below steps. There is no any configuration issues, as the video shared by @subslk  - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=103_y7_GAas&list=PPSVCould you please help me to overcome this issue?
