Hello, After having read about what’s new in Financials 23R1, I came across some very interesting pre-build Power BI reports for Income statement and Balance Sheet. We have Analysis Models deployed in our environment. I’ve looked into the git repo for 23R1 (biserv and pbies components) and I can’t find any .pbix files.Any hint on where the .pbix files could be found would be greatly appreciated.@Bob Corrigan maybe?   

Hello Everyone,I have created a new Table Window which is based on a Custom Entity I created. One of the columns is the Customer ID. In the Entity I have defined the Association to CustomerInfo, and therefore when I drag and drop the CustomerID to the Table Window from the Dataset Toolbox, the Column has the LOV Reference as Customer_Info, and the LOV and Zoom works well. I have created a new view (Customer ID, Customer Name, Customer Stat Group and Stat Group Name) based on a join of Customer_Info_Tab and CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER_ENT. When I set this view as the LOV reference to the column, (and after granting permission and refreshing caches) I can see that the LOV is working, but the Zoom is disabled. My requirement is to have the Custom View as the LOV, but Zoom to direct the user to the Customer window. Any ideas on how to achieve this? or any workaround? Best Regards,Devin

Hello, I would ask you a question. I want to connect two views on their common column, which is COMPANY, like this: “SELECT a.internal_invoice_noFROM MAN_SUPP_INVOICE aINNER JOIN GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_QRY b ON a.COMPANY = b.COMPANY WHERE a.OBJKEY = :objkey” and filter resuts by objkey, I want to display in entity “GenLedVoucherRow” column “Internal Invoice No” which is in view MAN_SUPP_INVOICE, but it retrieves incorrect values. How can I repair this query?

Is there a way to select multiple search criteria from a list in Cloud?In IEE, for example, when I'm searching for NCR's by Source ID, I can click the 3 dots and open the list and multi-select the source ID's I want to include by holding Ctrl, like this...Then it auto-populates the field like this. Aurena will only let me select 1 item from the source ID list on the non conformance report page and doesn’t let me select multiple items via clicking.  I can manually type the ; and manually type in another term, but I don't always know what it's called or which ones I want and it changes based on what I'm looking for.  It's easier to select the ones I want to use.

Hi Everyone, IFS Cloud 23R2We are working towards getting load balancing between 3 middletier servers working for our IFS cloud installation. This works ok for the most part, however we are noticing that timeouts are occurring right around one minute. In the application when this occurs there is no error message; whatever you were doing just stops so it is unclear sometimes that any timeout occurred. Examples:Do a search on a screen that takes longer than a minute to return: Just see “No Results” even though results should have been returned Order a report that takes longer than a minute.  After clicking finish to order the report, the loading icon spins for one minute, and then the buttons became available again as if nothing was pressed and nothing happened. I have two questions regarding fonts in reports:Is there any reason for not having font “Arial Unicode MS” available by default in Report Designer or the new tool in Report Studio? Licenses maybe? In Report Studio there seems to be more fonts available than the runtime fonts available. How is that supposed to work in practice including font substitutions?

Hi,I created an “email report” rule to rename the pdf associated with the email send in Purchase Order screen.But 2 emails are send ! The standard email and email from the new report rule created. In the documentation, for report rule action : “email report” it is said :“This will not override existing routing e-mail destinations unless you specifically skip the standard job email.”Do you know how “skip the standard job email” ? Thks 

I’m trying to invoke a rest endpoint and I want to pass 2 HTTP: headers with dynamic values. So I tried generating the values for the headers in PLSQL and pass on to http_req_headers_ parameter in Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Call_Rest_EndPoint_Json_Sync. However I can’t get that working for more than one dynamic HTTP header. Of course I can define multiple headers in the routing address but I have two with dynamic values. What is the separator I should use here? This is how I have added one dynamic HTTP header to the request, but the header ‘Idempotency-Key’ defined as static in the address should ne handled dynamically in PLSQL but I can’t find a way of concatenating ‘Authorization’ header and ‘Idempotency-Key’ header.

HelloI used to do some testing in Postman with the API’s(IFS10). I used the Basic Auth with IFSAPP and PW and this worked fine but now I have a 401 Unauthorized Error. I also followed this guide  - https://dsj23.me/2021/01/08/ifs-authentication-flow-with-oauth-and-openid-connect/     tried using OAuth.2.0 and was able to generate a token but still the same error. Hey, Added a new entity, client and projection (via IFS Developer Studio) to allow users to add values to a list in cloud.  I am getting “Failed to create the entity as it would be unreachable from the current path.”  when I try to save new data.  The response from the API is “"ORA-20109: BarcodeServerConfig.UNREACHABLE: Failed to create the entity as it would be unreachable from the current path."   Also when I edit existing data that I added directly to the database table there is no ability to Save.Projection: Client: Entity:

Hi AllEven when non-numeric values are entered into a Number-type parameter for an add-on report, it can still be executed without resulting in an error.(In APP9, an error would occur due to the standard functionality.)For IFS Cloud, there is no error.For APP9, there is an error.Q1, In the Cloud version, is it expected behavior that entering non-numeric characters into a Number-type parameter during Order Report input does not trigger an error?Q2, Is it possible to cause an error for incorrect data type input without adding custom validation in the add-on?Thanks ＆Best regards,Feng

Hi Everyone, I have configured the SCIM Provisioning for IFS Cloud with AzureAD. When the Users are provisioned, the ‘Identity’ attribute is created using a combination of name.givenName and name.familyName (as mentioned in the Technical Documentation). Is there a way to override this default behaviour and set a custom value?  Is there a SCIM attribute for this we could use to map a custom value to? Appreciate any information on this. Best Regards,Devin Amarasekara
