Can anyone tell me which permissions are missing in this case?  (I assume it is a permissions issue.)

For users with full admin permissions in the PM Plan the WO No is linked and can be navigated to directly.
 

“Normal” users have now reported, that they do not have the WO No linked.

They can navigate to the listed WO No via the Navigation Menu (Active WO or Historical WO) and open the WO this way.

But in the PM Plan the WO Number is a simple number with no link.

Any idea which permissions I need to grant? We are working with 23R2 installation.
