Hello.By updating a part catalog, I have the following error message :the part catalog record has already been changed. please refresh the record and reenter your changes Is that a native IFS error message? What can we do when such an error occurs? I have the same error by updating the record via sql developer. By refreshing the record, I saw no update.Thanks

Hello Colleagues.At the first glance simple question:IFS Cloud.I have Inventory part with Weighted Average valuation method. I have Supplier for purchased part with the price list. I have also delivery company (another supplier) with the cost of transportation.How can I accumulate the total Inventory Part Cost as sa um from 2 invoices (Part cost from main supplier + transportation cost)?Thank you

Does anyone have accessed the LinkedIn profile contact details and integrate it to Power App or any other source.We have a requirement to get the LinkedIn profile contact details and connect them to the Involved Parties section of the Business Opportunity in IFS Cloud.Power App could be used as a intermediate tool.How this could be done?

I tried to create a custom field for this Properties Tab.   I managed to create it and publish. But the column chooser is not showing the column.  Does anyone know why is it? Quick question which may have an obvious answer ... In Apps9 if I wanted to query for Part number does not begin with FT7 .. this is how I would achieve it  What’s the equivalent in Cloud?  I don’t seem to have any ‘not start with’ options.  Am I right in assuming it would be !FT72 and that that option is missing from the help list here? Thanks!Linda

I have a custom page in IFS Applications 10. There is a custom field "Part no." on it that is a reference field. It selects from an LOV of part numbers.There is a second custom field "Location" alongside it that also selects from an LOV (of part locations) and I want to filter that field to only display locations that the part that is in the "Part no." custom field is in.However it isn't until these two entries are completed that the record on the custom page can be saved. So I need to be able to grab the value of what is in the Part No. field (before the record is saved) and use that as a filter on the Location custom field.Is this possible? See screen cap attached.

I am trying to access some data via web url using the link generated from “copy data link” If I access the url from browser, it works fine. ie - it requests password authentication such as below: However, if I try the same on MS Office app such as Power BI, it failed for both Basic & Organizational account authentication: Please advise. Best RegardsHami

Hi,We have a new integration which creates Absence registrations in our Apps 10 environment via the REST API.These registrations do not appear on the Resource Monitoring Gantt though.If I manually create a registration in Apps 10 with the exact same Absence parameters, it appears on the Gantt almost immediately.I don’t see anything obvious in the database rows to indicate difference.Is there an additional task we need to complete to have the absence show on the Resource Monitoring Gantt?All 3 registrations in IFS: Database output from the ABSENCE_REGISTRATION view: Resource Monitoring Gantt output

How do we allow users to choose to see hidden items in Cloud?For example, we want the Sales Market option shown below to only be selected by certain users. In Apps 10 we would give them access to the Show Hidden RMB option but I can’t find an equivalent in Cloud?

Hi,We are on IFS cloud and planning upgrade from 23R1 SU10 to 24R1 SU2 and our integration-team wants to be prepared.Anyone who knows what API´s and/or projections that has changed from 23R2 to 24R1?And changed customfields from 23R2 to 24R1? Or any other information specifically interesting regarding integrations to repare and test the new version.

We have an issue with Calico.It seems that this issue has already been reported by others customers.But the question is : is-it normal Calico is reading authentification information with the token?We have some alerts due to this reading. Our solution is to exclude Calico. Do you have any feedbacks?

We have an IFS Aurena Webpage set up, and we’re trying to set up a Blazor web applications to handle some of the data. When trying to fetch or call to our IFS Aurena webpage to GET data, we’re met with CORS Policy.Access to fetch at 'https://ourAurenaPage/something.svc' from origin 'https://webapplication' has been blocked by CORS policy: Request header field authorization is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers in preflight response.

hi all,I created an order report with 3 input parameters: Project ID, Sub Project ID and Activity. When i enter a range in project id input eg: PROJ1..PROJ10 ,  then next input parameter sub project id is not getting filtered based on the project ids in this range. It is showing all subproject id values irrespective of the project id range I entered. I gave below conditions in REP view columns^QUERY=Project:^QFLAGS=OW-BL^REF=C_CLS_PROJECT_LOV^^QUERY=Sub Project:^QFLAGS=OC---^REF=C_CLS_SUB_PROJECT_LOV(PROJECT)^and below conditions in LOV view column commentsCOMMENT ON COLUMN C_CLS_SUB_PROJECT_LOV.PROJECT_ID IS 'FLAGS=PMI-L^DATATYPE=STRING(100)^PROMPT=Project ID^';   COMMENT ON COLUMN C_CLS_SUB_PROJECT_LOV.SUB_PROJECT_ID IS 'FLAGS=KMI-L^DATATYPE=STRING(100)^PROMPT=Sub Project ID^The filtering is working fine in IFS10 IEE, but not working in Aurena. Is it possible to center-align barcodes in the IFS report designer? As I see, barcodes grow from left to right, so this does not seem possible. Let me know if there is any way to do it. 

Hi,We have a request from a customer to enable traditional Chinese in IFS Cloud for for both Aurena and MWO. I know this is not listed as  a supported language by IFS in IFS Cloud but we looking in to all possible options and solutions to the issues we have seen atm after enabling.  After enabling Transitional Chines(through BP) and handling relevant translations, we could see translations properly in Aurena client with 23R2. But With the WMO, we see some discrepancies. Translations works fine using Android phone but not using  iPhone(13). How we handle this? Since this is not a translation supported by IFS in IFS Cloud,  will it be possible to get a solution (at least a workaround) to cater customer requirement for  iPhone(13).Any advise or information is much appreciated! Thanks,Chamila
