+1When running a crystal report as a quick report, I am getting the following error:
Error loading database connector. The class 'com.crystaldecisions.reports.queryengine.driverImpl.DriverLoader' could not be accessed.
I have followed the documentation on creating / modifying the report, but i am not at a loss I have the CR_WEB_INIT procedure added to the report and this is the only report that is getting this error. Am i missing something?
we are running IFS Cloud 23R2 with IFS Hosting.

Do you have ifsapp-reporting-cr or CWS logs? Then we can get a clue about the error with more information.
+1We do have the logs, when i review them there are no errors or any indication that as to what caused that error.

Did your issue get resolved? Ensure that the version of Crystal Reports you are using is compatible with the application and the database connector. A mismatch in versions could lead to access issues for certain classes.
