How to add a new language code and translations in Cloud?

Hi IFS Experts, We can enable the language in IFS Build Place and apply it in Use Place. But if the local language is not in pre-defined language list. How to add the new language code and translations in IFS Cloud Aurena version? There is no such topics in IFS Tech documents. Could you please share your knowledge regarding this? How to estimate the workload to add a new language? Thank you!

Service Quotation origin/Service Quotation connection information location?

Hello, I am currently attempting to create a custom field that stores the Customer PO number (found on the customer order entity) for this quotation. As far as I’m aware, you can create a service quotation from a customer order or a work order. If I have the link for both of these, I can create this custom field, but currently, I don’t see a connection to do this. There is one entity called ServieQuotationConn which seems like exactly what I need, but out of the hundreds of service quotes we have, there is only one returned row in this SERVICE_QUOTATION_CONN view. I can attempt to pull the PO number from any customer orders that have the same order number as the service quote, but this doesn’t help with the work order created ones. Does anyone know where the information I need is stored? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

IFS Aurena Analysis Results

In IFS 10 Aurena, we’ve just kicked off our QC dept and what we found is that entering analysis results is very tedious because we have to enter one line at a time instead of it being a table view that we can enter in each variable at the same time. Is there an overview screen to look at the inspection results for an Analysis Result for a shop order in Aurena Cloud? Basically, is this screen or interface any better in cloud than it is in Aurena 10? IFS 10 Analysis Result, I can just click in the next one and enter results. At the top when I’m done, we “Complete All Registered Results”.Aurena 10, We can only “Enter and View Results” for one Analysis result line at a time. If I highlight multiple, I can’t look at multiple and I can’t enter results on this overview. It takes us 10 minutes each time we have to register inspection results in Aurena 10 in comparison to IEE.

Downloading feature package takes too long

IFS 10 Multiple Print Servers

We have Print Manager installed with 70 instances. the printing requirement goes upto 120 at a time. THe print Manager hangs when it recieves so many request. can we install multiple print managers. Please suggest.

Connect to Active Directory with IFS10

Hello, We need to configure our IFS 10 installation with our internal Active directory. Report Rule Create PDF with Date as part of name

We are currently using APPS10 update 20We have a report rule working to generate a PDF file on a local server with an OutputFileName naming convention:INV_6302_IFS[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/CUSTOMER_NO]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/INVOICE_NO].pdfThis works perfectlyI now want to add the invoice date as a string ‘YYYYDDMM’When I try to add the field I get no error but also no output.INV_6302_IFS[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/CUSTOMER_NO]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/INVOICE_NO]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/INVOICE_DATE].pdf Assuming this is because of the date format being pulled from the field but how do I change it. Any help appreciatedAction properties:

IFS 10 .Net Print Agent Spooler

My company is on IFS 10 UPD 13 and we got the patch to allow sockets in the .net print agent. This was pulled out of a future patch and supplied to us. We are experiencing an issue where certain printers are having the error “Listener Failed: The process cannot access the file ‘c:\tmp\...\spool_queue.dat’ because it is being used by another process.” Would anyone know what might cause this error to occur? Once we restart the service the printer starts working again.

How to find parameter values in the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event?

Hi All,I am trying to activate an event action that send the report “Payment Advice” to an email address. But I am having a hard time getting it to work. All the parameters starting with pdf_ are blank except PDF_PARAMETER_1 and PDF_PARAMETER_2  I believe PDF_PARAMETER_1 is value in AP Supplier Contact and PDF_PARAMETER_2 is Report ID in Report Definition.I have been gone through the table in the below link but it doesn’t include how values are fetched for Payment Advice https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/22r2/default.htm?openpage=https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/22r2/Procurement/AboutEmailReports.htmCan someone help me out find out how the rest of values are fetched? Additionally I have tried to set value for default PDF_PARAMETER_3 using function Pdf_Report_Event_Param_API.New_Parameter after referring ifs community link but still value for PDF_PARAMETER_3 is still empty.

CrmCustomer entity?

Hello, I am attempting to add a custom field to the Accounts - CRM page in IFS Cloud, but there is no entity called CRMCUSTOMER, like the debug console is claiming. Entity configurations, entity pages, etc, none show an entity called CRMCUSTOMER. I also searched the excluded entities list but still nothing is appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated

Hi Everyone,We’ve run into an issue after deploying a ‘utility model’ to our database using IFS Developer Studio and the ‘Generate Code and Deploy’ action. We followed that up with a ‘Refresh Dictionary Cache’ actions. We deployed this way to our DEV environment without issue but we are running into problems in our QA environment. After deploying our code we start to get errors when we attempt to create orders in our system using a custom API that was created for us. Set default value for a list using BPA
