Custom Tab for Blocked informations in Page Customer Order

Dear All, when customer Orders go to Blocked state the informations are reachable via Blocked Info Button. We want to have a custom Tab where we can see the Blocked information and even edit a Custom field. The Blocked Info is in the same Entity - anyway we do not fiond a way to have this in a list on a new Tab. I created already a new List and gave the informations to it but then it shows me all Blocked informations. My Problem is the binding and Property. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance Stefan
