Hello.In Inventory Part in Stock, most of our users want to have a filter where Quantity on Hand is greater than zero. This is possible with search and adding that field and condition there, but we want to make it default to anyone that brings up a list in that page.I have read the documentation here: (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/040_tailoring/225_configuration/200_client_configurations/310_conditional_fields/) but still unable to set a working condition. I’m using IFS Report Designer 20.02.0002 in an Apps 10 environment.  If I have a different Page Footer on my Last Page, can that Page Footer be a different size than the one on my Repeating Page?  I’d like my Repeating Page Footer to be 1.5 cm and my Last Page Footer to be 3 cm. The tool allows me to do this by initially setting the Repeating Page Footer to 3 cm.  The 3 cm is defaulted into the size for the Last Page Footer if I open the Page Settings and then close it.  I can then go back to my Repeating Page and switch the size to 1.5 cm.  I’ve confirmed the sizes are evident in the xml for the rdl when viewing in Notepad++.The issue is when I deploy and print the report, it looks to me like the Last Page Footer is trimmed down to 1.5 cm of available space, not the full 3 cm.

Hi,I am getting following error in a upgrade (From App9 to IFSCloud 23R1). In the mtinstaller when runs for the frst time I get following error. its something comes for DB hot IP CIDR value. I am getting this error when I try to connect report designer with IFS Application. I tried to change the permissions and it didn’t work.

When I press the print button on any object I get the print dialogue and it has the user email.Is there a way to disable having the user email here?I have found a system parameter but it does not seem to do anything.

Hi,We are using IFS Cloud Build Place to do development. When we set up local development environment, some cloud developers cannot login DEV environments with error “Too long” but the others can. The VPN connection is fine with green light. In this scenario, the developer also couldn’t login DEV database through PL/SQL developer. What’s the root reason of this? Thanks in advance! 

PROBLEM:It is not possible to sort Hidden Columns within the Column Chooser.SOLUTION:The "Table View Settings" within the column chooser do not straight away allow for column sorting.However, you can view both the visible and hidden columns in the content if you open it in "Page Designer."You can drag and drop the hidden column up and down to adjust its order. PROBLEM: When trying to connect to an IFS Cloud database while using a VPN, you can sometimes get the error "Too long" or "Cannot connect to the database."SOLUTION: You must retrieve the database host's IP address. The command "Ping *******.build.ifs.cloud" can be used to retrieve this. Request that someone who is able to access the same database instance retrieve the IP address for you.  Next, create an entry for the aforementioned host and IP combination in the "hosts" file.(The location of the hosts file depends on the operating system. On Windows, the hosts file is usually located at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts)  IP *******.build.ifs.cloud Save the ‘hosts’ file  Restart the Developer Studio. After that, you'll be able to connect.

I was trying to export one row from GL Voucher Rows Analysis page to excel. It exceeded 300 seconds and ended up with timeout. Does anyone face the same issue?  Populating data is quite fast, below 10s.

Dear All,I am currently working on a REST integration for a customer in APPS10 that utilizes callback functions.Occasionally, the address label for the callback function fails to execute automatically. However, when the address label is manually re-executed, it completes successfully. I am wondering why the failed label does not execute automatically. The REST Sender has been configured with the parameters MAX_RETRIES and RETRY_INTERVAL. Could these settings be having no effect on the failed label for callback function?Additionally, is there any workaround that would allow for the automatic execution of these failed messages without requiring manual intervention?Thank you in advance fo

Hi all, I’ve created a Custom Event that triggers on the Application Message entity when the State is Finished. I’ve added some conditions on the State and Receiver fields. The issue that I’m seeing is that whenever this event is triggered, the Application Message that is executing stays stuck in a Processing state and seems to be constantly sending to the endpoint, even when I put nothing (NULL) in the Execute Online SQL Statement section of the Event Action.Here’s how the Event Action is set up: Has anybody seen this issue before? Hi,We have number of SQL quick reports in cloud with user prompts (parameters). For an example we have defined it in the sql query where condition as below,‘&DATE_FROM’ So, in the cloud application Parameter page the label text is also shown as DATE_FROM. We simply want to appear this label text as Date From. Basically what we need to do is to remove the _ with a space. I know this works from the database side if we make it as ‘&Date From’. But when we execute from the cloud application it fails. Is there a way to achieve this? ThanksRoshanga
