Hi Community!I am aware, that we already got several posts here for a 404 message. But this one seems odd to me.History:I have created a new database and imported a cloud based database dump into the database.Using this db, I have now installed the MWS without issues. I did this for a MIG2 environment and then for a TEST2 environment.Interesting fact: MIG2 is working fine and TEST2 is getting the 404. Using the debug console at start, you can see that a db connection seems not to work In the logs, there are not really any hints for that HTTP Access log10.11.10.119 - - [13/Jan/2022:13:58:57 +0100] 00jD0m8LasS5mZ_5xRG7yW0001q400011B - "POST /main/default/clientgateway HTTP/1.1" 404 224 0Displays a 404 no hint in the http server log

I’m grappling with finding Projection/Entity/Permission set combination for this ‘Close Shop Order’ function and wondering if I’m missing a trick.   Projections appear to be ShopOrderHandling and ShopOrdersHandling and ShopOrderMaterialsHandling. Query for Permission set/Projection combination in Projection Grants/Entity Action Grants... Select and Revoke... I’ve been round this a few times now but haven’t nailed removing the permission so think it must be granted somewhere deep or elsewhere or I’m missing something obvious.

Hi All,What are the exact steps to clone a DB in cloud/remote installation?(Ex: From PROD to MIG)

Seeing this repeating in the ifsalert log ...Unable to close statement ifs.fnd.sf.j2ee.container.weblogic.FndOracleStatementForWebLogic … timeout.  Users are also reporting the environment is very slow.  Any ideas? Will restart the middleware after hours at a minimum ... 

Hi,I have spent a lot of hours to get the AD integration to work.We have IFS10 hosted at our partner.VPN is setup, all rules inplace, and I see the traffic hitting our DC´s.I have followed the document provided from IFS, but I still not get this to work.Even replaced our DC to new once, now running 2022 (before 2019)The DC does reply, because if I test with incorrect credentials I get a message saying that.The docs does not saying anything about ADFS, but when reading a lot of KB´s it seems that it might be needed, is that so?Anyone have AD integration, IFS10, non-adfs up and running?I would like to have this in place to be able to provisioning users only from local AD into IFS.For Authentication we use SSO to Azure.Regards, PelleFor me it stops here. Hello IFS Community!A script to enable History Logging on just about every table has been executed in an IFS Cloud 24R1 SU9 environment per the request of the business. I’ve been collecting table exceptions to disable for general system processing purposes, but I've encountered one that has me stumped currently.When on a form that presents a List element, normally users have the option to export the data from that List element to Excel. Currently, this History Logging is preventing users from successfully exporting this data. Is there a way to select multiple values in a List of Values (LOV) field in IFS Cloud—not a Lookup or Enumeration field—so that the selected values are saved in the format Value1;Value2;Value3, and stored as a single string?I'm looking for a solution where users can choose more than one option from a LOV, and have the values saved as a semicolon-separated string. Any guidance on whether this is possible would be appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Hi All,We’re in IFS Cloud 24R1.3 and using SSO for login. we have several users with different email domain. those users are unable to login to the application using SSO. I’m not sure how to configure IFS application to solve this AADSTS50105 error.I would greatly appreciate any opinions or suggestions you may have.Thank you in Advance!

Hi All,Is it possible to map a network printer directly to a SSO configured IFS Applications and then print reports directly without a Print Agent?

I’m testing 24R1 in preparation for an upgrade from App10.In App10 i used custom events with pl/sql action to send application messages to an internal SOAP web-service. I understand pl/sql actions will probably be removed soon, so i’m looking for an alternative.I’m trying out Application Message actions; however i have a need to send my messages using a queue of their own. But it seems to me all application messages sent from a Custom Event Action are using the queue NOTIFICATIONS. If i create a routing rule to change the queue i get an error message on the application message “Matched routing rule XXX is not defined for queue 'NOTIFICATIONS’ that is already defined on message #nnn”.How can i change which queue is used for specific messages sent from a custom event action?

My scenario:In Page Designer: The “My Time Registration” page uses a “Report Time Dialog” This dialog has a group called “ReportProjectGroup” Within this group, there is a boolean field (toggle button) called “Show Project List” ← This is the field that I want to change the default for but I through Developer Studio In Developer Studio: I found the “TimeRegistrationEmployee” client and saw it was using fragment “TimeRegistrationCommonObjects” which uses the “TimeReportingDialog” fragment The “TimeReportingDialog” uses the structure “ReportTimeStructure” which defines the default for “Show Project List” toggle button My goal is to override this toggle button so that it is set to TRUE instead of FALSE in Developer Studio.How can I do that in developer studio since I cannot customize the fragment and directly override the structure?

Hello, I was hoping to dynamically change the signature based off the user id in report studio. I was looking through the documentation and found a DB Image function. This is the syntax: DBImage(‘report_logo_’,’image_data’,’item_id=[ItemID]’) When I tried it with this: DBImage('report_signatures','IMAGE' ,'image_name=JONEIL.jpg'), it took the syntax but it doesn’t work. I was wondering if there was something I was missing? Could this also be utilized for customer orders? For example, let’s say I wanted to print the signature of the salesperson. Could that function be utilized? Thank you. 

Scenario:I’d like to maintain a list of “Trade Shows” basic data with a status of active/inactive, and have a LOV only show the active records to pick from. Similar functionality to hiding/blocking coordinators, etc in other areas of IFS Cloud.  I have a custom entity with two columns:Column 1: Trade show (String)Column 2: Status (CustomEnum: Active/Hidden) On the Sales Lead entity (Business Lead), i have created a custom attribute that references the custom table. In my page designer, i’d like to add this field as a LOV, and have the LOV filter to show only the records where status = Active. I have found this page: 

We would like to increase the Session_Idle setting to a larger value. We are currently using 1 hour with a 15 minute token lifespan. Are the any implications other than security if we were to increase this further?

Hello i am working in a IFS cloud instance version 23.2.5. I am trying to configure the mail sender. I have received the mail token and secret from our messaging team at my company. I have created a test event that generates an email when i create a new unit of measure within the app itself. Our IFS cloud deployment of 23R2 is working fine. I’ve been using the OData APIs to build integrations with external software. So far, all of the paths I have used are for projections, with some form of:/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/CustomerOrderHandling.svcHowever now I’m trying to use some entity paths like this:/int/ifsapplications/entity/v1/CustomerOrderEntity.svcThese are failing with this response: {  error: {    code: "ODP_SERVICE_IS_NOT_ACTIVE",    message: "Service is not active."  }}Anyone know how to resolve this?Thanks,-Chris

Hello IFS commnity, I have created some PDF_REPORT_CREATED custom event actions that will send an email according to the custom code I have created and it is sending the email normally.For example form the Purchase Order when it is in Released status , you have three ways to send the email.If you select the Print Order or Print Order Work Copy option and send the email after previewing it, I am able to receive the custom email. See the screenshot below.Now, if I select the E-mail Order option, it sends an email that I believe is generated by IFS by default. I’m wondering where I can find the structure or template of that email within I

When I want to add a new Expense, I can choose between three options: Mileage, Entertainment and Other Expense.No values are offered for the Entertainment option, even though they are available in the configuration “Expense Rule”.   As I understand it, a function is used here that fills the selection box with data via a filter. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find anything on how to add data for the Entertainment option. Many thanks for your help

Hi , Many Of our users have problems with getting an attached error message. It is not linked to a specific page, an event or a keystroke, but seems to come when you have been inactive in IFS Aurena.They are using SSO when login to Aurena. Can that be SSO issue? what can be reasons give this error in IFS?Kindly give your opinions.BRSaradha

Hello everyone,I'm working on a workflow where I need to:Fetch the results of a quick report, Convert the output into a CSV file, and Send that file as an email attachment using a custom projection.I've already created a custom projection that uses Command_Sys.Mail() (Overload 1), as suggested in some other forum posts. The process works well overall, the report is fetched and converted to CSV, but I’ve hit a limitation: the VARCHAR2 parameter is too small to hold the full content of the report. Because of this, I can’t reliably use the Mail procedure in its current form.I considered switching to Command_Sys.Mail() (Overload 2), which supports CLOB input for both the message body and attachments. However, it seems that this overload cannot be added as an action in a custom projection due to its use of CLOB parameters.My questions are:Is there a recommended way to use the first Mail function with a reference
