The Q1 results for the IFS Community have been outstanding, thanks to the incredible contributions from all our members. In 2024, our community experienced significant growth, welcoming 4,619 new members and bringing our total to an impressive 24,000! Of these, 47% are customers, 23% partners, and 23% IFSers. Encourage your colleagues to join and participate in discussions, as it generates knowledge and improves ranking among other members. Our average response time when it comes to providing an answer improved by 50% thanks to our wonderful IFS Community contributors. We raised 5,928 ideas, with 299 delivered ideas, including 135 delivered in 2024. Additionally, 436 ideas are under consideration, and 1,043 have been accepted. Moreover, 1,070 ideas were reviewed and closed as they were not aligned with our roadmap strategy, required a support case/discussion, or were duplicates. Each of these metrics represents real people who have actively contributed by asking questions, reading, responding, and collaborating. Although the number of new topics slowed down, we saw a significant increase in traffic, with over 1.1 million views compared to Q3 2023. That user experience is important, I think everyone will agree on. But to achieve great user experience we need knowledge about our users. And the best way to obtain this knowledge is through meeting our users, doing interviews and observe them using our product. To make it easier for us to meet our users, we (the User experience product group at IFS R&D) have created a group for end users. It has end users, that have said okay to participate in studies connected to user experience. They decide the level of engagement.
