Another great year for the community thanks to the continued support of our members. This year we had:
The 4,881 new members takes us to just over 19k members, 44% of which are customers, 23% partners and 24% IFSers. Please continue to tell your co-workers about the community, the more people we have visiting the site the more questions will be answered!
All these metrics represent individuals; people who have contributed - asking, reading, responding, and collaborating. We’d like to recognize a few of these people, as our:
Best All Around: When you look at the points in the community - which you earn by posting replies, receiving likes, and having people mark your replies as best answer, our top 3 are @Phil Seifert, @Charith Epitawatta and @Mathias Dahl. This year Phil retains the top spot having the highest number of best answers and the most likes received. Mathias again has the most replies, plus lots of answers and likes. Charitha tops likes given and has high values across replies, answers and likes received. Thank you for your continued dedication in 2023!
Most Likely to Respond: @Mathias Dahl again posted the most replies this year, with 585. He was followed by @Phil Seifert with 431 and @Link 424 with replies.
Most Liked: @Phil Seifert runs away with the most likes this year, at 668. @Thomas Peterson comes in 2nd with 256 and @Mathias Dahl is third with 252.
Most Likely to Like: @Charith Epitawatta tops this one having given 348 likes. Liking content really helps others in the community know what many find valuable. in 2nd we have @cperdue who gave 216 likes and in 3rd @Phil Seifert with 196.
Most Likely to Answer Your Question: @Phil Seifert takes this one again with 162 answers! @Charith Epitawatta comes in 2nd again with 105 and @FNSMITHUN in 3rd with 73. We know that there are lots of questions that have an answer, yet might not be marked correct, so I do want to also call out those who reply often and offer advice - @gumabs, @Shneor Cheshin, @Thomas Peterson, @FNSMITHUN and @Charith Epitawatta all of whom posted over 300 replies.
Rising Stars: @Marcel.Ausan joined in January this year and is already ranking as a Superhero! We have four 2023 newcomers hitting Hero - @SandT, @SAMLK, @BrianG and @bdoucette. So, welcome and thank you very much!
Heroes: We have 403 users with hero status at the end of this year! By comparison, last year we had 351 with 270 the year before and and 63 our first year.
Ultimate Hero: No change here with @Lee Pinchbeck, @Phil Seifert and @Charith Epitawatta are still the only members to attain Ultimate Hero status! Who will join them in 2024?
A huge thank you to our Heroes, Superheroes and Ultimate Heroes for all your contributions, your time responding in the Community is very much appreciated, especially by those whose questions you have answered!
We now have 4,026 ideas raised in the Community with 165 delivered and 538 under construction and a further 727 accepted. How fabulous that our Community is helping to shape our product!
