The latest support policy mentioned product retirements.
It states that the community and others will be notified.
Do you know where they are notified?

--Excerpt from Suppoer Policy--

. IFS will inform Customers (through IFS Community or other mechanisms) in advance when a Release of an IFS Application Software product is due to be retired.

@ERSA in every Product Update presentation there’s a slide on the previous versions support phase.

You may find all the Product Updates at below URL:

IFS Cloud 24R1 Updates | IFS Community

Thank you for the information.

Is there any notice for customers using older versions (e.g. apps7) that limited support for IFS is ending?

IFS 7 / IFS 7.5 / IFS 8 are no longer supported. Normally each IFS Customer will have an Account Manager assigned and the account manager would have told the customer to upgrade to a supported version. But not all customers have the budget for an upgrade...

So it's not a notification to the community, but a contact is made from the account manager to the customer?
I understand.
Thank you very much for your kind support.
