When I try to generate with Work Order Criteria Generation from this screen  I’m getting the following error details. I notice that it’s traying to generate also Calendar based WO. And below, I’m getting status of unfinished WO.Does someone have an explanation? Great thanksBest regards

Dear All, I’m trying to learn more about the use of Equipment Basic Data > Classification organization. Unfortunately, the information I can find is very limited so I have no idea about the benefits of these Classification organizations/Classification Codes.  Could someboy gives some additional background on this functionality?How do you use it? Hi all,We have a Client with IFS App10 implemented for a single Site that uses Rental Contracts. Now other Sites are being created for the same Company and there is a need to distribute the Serial Objects to the new Sites.The Core Application is incapable of handling moving of a serial objects between sites/companies while maintaining same object ID/serial No. However, this is a customer request that we must fulfill.Changing the site may affect functional flows and analysis data such as financial transactions, material transactions, PM actions, WO and Historical WO.There are some limitations to overcome when delivering a solution for this issue such as, Since the site is a crucial part of the key for an object and its ownership, changing it might loss the tracking information of a serial object.I would like to know if anyone has already created a solution through Events or even Customization and can share this solution because the Client needs an urgent solution and a customization req

Hi Experts,I have few question about long running jobs and how those to be planned in to several Visits. Please see example below.I have created a task with duration 12 hours where I need allow multiple visit with the Option enabled. First I tried direct assignment in Dispatch Console, there I could not see this Allow Multiple Visit is enabled though it is enabled in the task?? Then I cancelled it and tried drag and drop the Job to one of my Resource and this is how I see it.You can see it is evreywhere even outside the shift as the duration is 12 hrs. Qustion 1.How we can devide this for several visits at this point may be 4 hrs or 8 hrs slots so we can plan the Travel time as well here as it is required by the real business.It seems task will devide into few visits only it is transferred to the mobile but we need to plan our Travel before that? see how it is when we plan the travel: Still I could devide this into few visits?? Next I transfer to mobile:Then only it was devided into tw

Hello I have the Cloud version in 23R2, when I try to attach parts from the object no information appears.I need to be able to get the parts of the object for the tasks using this function   

Hello,A user raised a PO and posted to an object (fixed asset)  that was in status active so we now have an error of ‘You have specified an object with wrong status’. Now ideally the PO should have removed the asset from the line - however the line was cancelled before this could happen.Is the best way to fix this to roll back the transactions on the object, change the status to inactive and reprocess the transaction in error?Any advise welcomed.

Hi 😊,Would anyone happen to know the method for automatically setting the following Work Task to the status of 'Work Done'?All the assignments are in Completed status, but the Work Task status remains Work Started.I supposed that the reason is toggling on “Allow Multiple Visits”.But when I attempt to toggle off it the below error generates.Any workaround to set the Work Task automatically to Work Done/ Finished is highly appreciated.Environment : IFS CLOUD 22.2.19Thank you 😊

I've accidentally added a site to the “Connections” for a resource group. However, I can’t remove it. I get the following error:Site 1040 is used on Capacity Basis tab.  But can’t see how we can remove this from the capacity basis tab. 

My company is in the beginning stages of upgrading from APP9 to Cloud 24R2.  During some recent training we have noticed that there is a step to Transfer Work Task …. I believe this is transferring costs associated with various tasks for financial purposes.  We see transfer of external, time, tool/equipment, expense, external, and reposting. However, we do not see the ability to transfer material costs. Am I missing something? I would imagine most users would need the ability to transfer work task material costs from work orders on a consistent basis. In short, we need to capture the full personnel (labor), material and external costs that are associated with the entire work order. 

@Mayura Wasantha @Krishantha @AvinduHendawitharana @TsuRusseM Hey Guys,How you guys doing? We have a large customer wanting information on RFID usage.   We saw a few posts that were old and not really detailed.  Do you have anything written up we could look at?  Russell is scoping what they think their use case and will add more specific information but I’m sure we must have something written up for using it to pull in asset ids and spare parts.  Has it been used with mWO?  Has it been used with WaDaCo?  Will it work in Apps 10 and Cloud?  Any hardware requirements...etc. Thanks in advance,Jerry

Often times we encounter customer demand for knowledge bases,how can we apply IFS standard functions to meet this demand? For example, when a worker encounters a problem,he or she can use the ifs cloud system to know how to reslove the similar problems in the past.

In the ‘New Fault Report’ Screen, if a User belongs to a Maintenance Organization, can the ‘Maint. Org’ field be populated accordingly? See attached image. 

Hi all 😊,I am encountering an issue regarding the generation of an invoice preview for a material that has been issued within a Work Task, which is in released state. Cost Lines and Sales Lines have automatically added to the Task.An error message pop up as “No Invoice Previews(s) created for given criteria.”Product Version: IFS APP 10 Aurena - UPD 23  Grateful if you could kindly assist me in resolving this issue. Regards 😊

Please confirm whether the options of “All historical WOs”, “All historical WTs” and “All historical Work Task Steps” are available in Equipment Object Navigator in IFS Cloud releases?  If it is not available in the current releases, please confirm whether it will be included in upcoming releases. What is the IFS recommendation or workaround to cater following requirement? Hi,We have a customer issue that the GIS map is not available after setting the location (Service Management> Service Management basic data> Location>Location ) in 23R2. Furthermore, when RMB location is in map position, click inspects and then clicks the Document (location link), error 504 appears.Customer’s EnvironmentError 504-Document Location link But when we do this for the same location in our core environment (23R2 – Alain login) GIS map loads without an issue (Kindly refer to the attached image) and error 504 does not appear when opening the location link. Further, we change the False to True in GIS Settings, Show_Log but the error is not recreating.Core environment 23R2 Kindly let us know the possible reasons for the above-mentioned issue. Thank you

In Aurena the Function at the Serial Object to send it back to inventory is disabled. What is the necessary configuration for the serial Object and the part catalog data set.I want get the additional menu item ‘Move serial Object to Inventory’ as shown in following picture: 

When trying to “Create Transactions” from the Transfer Object - Progress screen, we are getting the following error:  I have looked at the FA Books of both companies in question & don’t see any difference: 

Several users who try to view a document that is attached to a functional object(Maintenance>Equipmen>tFunctional Object>Functional Object), the incorrect document is returned to the screen.  If you check devtool output when clicking on view and download, I noticed that the wrong document details are being sent in the request GetFileStream.    This issue is user specific and occurs only for few users. 1 - All users have permission set granted which should give the required access. No permission errors are shown in the process.2- If they click download, it returns the correct document3 - If they go to the document revision record, the correct document is displayed.4 - This occurs over multiple object IDs in functional object window Any idea to resolve/investigate this issue? 

Hi, When reporting external cost manually on a Work Task with a Object, the external cost reported is visible for the Object ID in Equipment Object Navigator.But, if reporting external cost manually on a work task without a object , the objects are on  Work Tasks steps, the external cost reported is not visible on any of the objects connected to the steps. How can i report a external cost on a Work Task with steps and get the external cost to be distributed on the differet objects connected the steps? Or can i in some way decide witch object that the cost relates to?Thanks in advance!

Hello All, In the creation of functional role and end user roles in the permission sets, I granted all access to the projection CustomerOrderHandling to  a functional role and then to an end user role. So I configurated the permission sets correctly, but after creating a customer order and adding a sales part with its quantity, I want to release the customer order but i get this message of permissions! Do you have an idea please about what could be the problem? thanks
