Hello,  Is there a way to disable this checkbox by default? Its coming checked by default but the customer would like it to be disabled by default. Thank you!

Dear all, Another strange observation when creating a Service Line on a Service Contract. After we created the Service Contract header we can add Service Lines ‘New Service Contract Line”. Then we get to a wizard where we can add a ‘Work Type’, and we can add Objects to the ‘Scope’. But when we try this, the ‘Item ID’ drop down remains empty. (Allthough there are definitely available objects - as we can see later). Because the Item Id drop down is empty, we save the Service Line without any scope. We return to the Service COntract, Expand the contract so we can select the Service Line again; Go to the tab ‘Scope’ and try to add a new line and now it works perfectly. (see printscreen below). So my question: why is the scope not populating the same drop down when we were creating the line with the wizard. Best RegardsRoel

Hi all,Firstly thank you for your help in advance. I’m looking for a bit of guidance on what is hopefully an easy fix.  I’m looking to apply some conditional formatting to a table, based on the value (number) of a particular column being the “highest” in the column. Naturally right clicking on the appropriate column header>”conditional formatting” allows me to apply basic logic such as  > “higher than”, however is anyone aware of a “value”/formal which would simply highlight the largest number in the column? Many thanks

Hi, Could someone encounter the error message below when trying to roll back a completed CAPEX project in the cloud?   In EE, we successfully executed the rollback feature for a completed project within the same month without encountering this error. However, this time, we discovered that, to successfully roll back the project, we needed to roll back the object transactions and deactivate the object. Does anyone know if this is a new requirement in the cloud version?

Hi All, I have a serial object with a list of spare parts associated with it. When a work order is created and assigned to a technician, if the technician determines that an additional spare part is needed (not one already listed), is there a way to handle this in MWO without manually adding the spare part in the cloud’s serial object window? ThanksDivya 

Hello,I’m building workflow that requier to delate all elements in StepItemArray Entity (StepItemHandling API Name).In first step I’m calling READ API function on all StepItemArray, so I have list of elements with eTag and StepItemId. In the loop i would like to iterate throu all elements in my list and call DELATE function on StepItemArray API. I have three issues:First issue is that I don’t know what i should provide in collection to multi-instance element:I was trying to figure it out with the help of provided by IFS example (LoopJsonBlockExample) but it doesn't work. Second issue is what variable name should I provide in my delete function Third issue is that if eTag will work as it should in this configuration. How should I properly build such a workflow.

Hi. Object is missing from Depreciation Proposal after I did the “Change of Net Value”. I also modified the depreciation time from 10y to 6y. Do you have any Idea what could be wrong? Could the be some step that I forget to do?Br. J-M

I would like to generate 1 Work Order with multiple Work Task coming from the Service line - PM Plan - PM Actions.Now I have created 1 Work Order with 1 Work Task and I would like to have 1 Work Order with 6 Work Tasks, see screenshots.I have worked with PM Groups into IFS Cloud

Is there any possibility where we can see the workorder completion date and the invoiced date in a single page?

Has only got this working with 24R1 or later.IFS and Primavera (P6) Integration. We’re just starting the journey, looking for lessons learned, advice, how long did it take?Do we need to create plans in IFS first, and push to P6, or can we use our existing P6 plan for 2025 work, and integrate with IFS. In that case, how would it map between the the work in the plan, and IFS.Advice much appreciated!

A user  created a request with a task.Later he made the job and missed the main asset and the second asset.I created the missing assets and steps.And found 6 strange entries in the "run log". Unfortunately, I have not found a way to see and control the parameters passed to the PM request generator.Are the call parameters of the PM request generator recorded?How can I access this log?

Hi, We have an object that had an engine change out in May when the Engine Hours was at 16050. The before meter change had a Recorded value of 16050 and a Total Value of 16050. The after Meter Change had a recorded value of 0 and a total value of 16050There are 2 readings flagged as incorrect on July 4 and and then on August 14 the recorded reading shows 0 with a Total value of 16050.Aug 16 Recorded reading is 48 - Total Value of 16098Aug 19 Recorded reading is 61 - Total value of 16111  Aug 27 recorded reading is 95.7 - total value of 16145.7...additional recorded readings up until Sept 16 where it looks like the user recorded an Engine fail.Sept 16 recorded reading is 246 - total  16296Sept 16 Before Meter change recorded reading is 246 - total  16296After Meter Change  recorded reading is 0 - total 169296  “Engine fail, changeout 16/9/24 at 246 hours”Sept 17  recorded reading is 0 - total 169296...additional readings recorded until Nov 4Nov 4 recorded reading 227 - total 16523That w

Hi, in IFS Cloud  i have setup 4 PM actions that belongs to same PM Group Id and on the PM actions i have set the Merge to Yes, My goal ist to create a Route Work Order/Tasks with 4 steps-Then i perform Calendar Generation and all PM action ends up  with 1 WO , 1 Task and 4 steps, on the steps, 4 different object exists ( from PM action).Also, the pre-posting on a Work Task is set to mandatory, but no pre-posting exists on the Task in this scenario, all the steps has “it’s own preposting” from the different object.When trying to finish the Task, an message tells me that pre-posting on Work Task in mandatory.Whats the correct setup for this scenario? The cost for material, hours .. should be devided into the objects on the steps.Please advise.   

We can see the the project activity and work task connection will be ready in a future release in 25R2. This is really crucial for the customers and they are asking the availability of that functionality. Will this be ready soon?

Hello,our current client met a problem. When changing operational status for equipment object in Equipment Object Navigator, the cusor jumps from the equipment object in which the function is executed, to the top of the equipment object structure.We cannot repeat the same situation, but the client provided the video record where we see that cursor jup to the top. It is very uncomfortable, if the structure of the object is very long, it is needed to scroll down again and search for that object in all the structure.The client and we use the same browser Edge, so it cannot be the reason of browser.
