Hi,

Where can I find documentation for the following Database tasks?

 

  • Cleanup Document Tw Settings
  • Document Transmittal Notifications
  • Update Document ESign Status to Expired

 

I cannot find a good description of what these jobs do.

I have looked at 

  • About Document Transmittals
  • About Digital Signature

Just tell me where to look 🙂 Thanks in advance!

Although that's the place, I see we don't have all those documented.  The first one should be removed since it's not used anymore. The last one we forgot to document (please file a case!)

Yes!

Can you here give a very short description of what “Update Document ESign Status to Expired” do?

 

It can be described as "Updating the document E-sign status to Expired when the (optional) expiration time is exceeded".
