Dear Community,I hope you're doing well.I have a couple of questions regarding the Tech Portal – New Work, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide: When a New Work is created through ‘Report work that I have done’, the following screen prompts me to record the Resource Group (which is mandatory). However, I am unsure where this data is linked or utilized in IEE. Could anyone provide clarification on this? On the same screen, the duration of the work is recorded, but I noticed that there is no time report generated for the completed work. Does anyone know how this is matched, or is there a way to create the time report during the same process, rather than after doing it from completed tile? Hello,we met the issue in IFS Cloud.Created Purchase Order for serial part and reserved Serial number for that part:When we use Incoming Dispatch Advice for Purchase order receiving and execute function “Receive with Serials/Lots”, system doesn’t provide reserved serial number and asks to fill it manually:But if I use form “Register Arrivals” and execute function “Receive With Serials/Lots”, reserved serial number appears without any problem:Maybe it is some kind of bug in the form “Incoming Dispatch Advice” that the same function works diffrently?

No matter what in IFS Cloud the search is a ‘begins with’ and it returns incorrect results.  Here’s an example of this…When you search IFS Cloud does a begins with search no matter what.  In this case I need to update all the equipment at condition-monitoring sites with the maintenance strategy.I make this search string containing the (41) Object IDs that need to be updated.VS-07;VS-06;VS-03;SE-01;RC-03;PU-56;PU-55;PU-53;PU-51;PU-50;PU-21;PU-11;PU-109;GF-04;FA-07;DC-07;BL-18;BL-14;BL-08;BL-07;BL-06;BL-04;BC-99;BC-74;BC-73;BC-72;BC-71;BC-66;BC-47;BC-44;BC-38;BC-37;BC-32;BC-28;BC-27;BC-26;BC-25;BC-123;BC-122;BC-12;BC-11Because of the ‘begins with’ functionality I get (44) results because IFS Cloud also returns PU-1101, PU-111 and PU-21 when it should only return PU-11 and PU-21.  The yellow items shouldn’t show up. Pain and SufferingWe run into this with part numbers and other places.  I’m sorry I haven’t a perfect log of where we run into this, but we can’t be the only ones with a probl

Hi R&D Team, One of our customers has requested an enhancement for the FSM mobile application, particularly for the iOS version.The request addresses a situation where pending messages in the mobile app's sync queue are not sent to the server if the technician switches to another app, such as Teams or Google Maps, causing the FSM app to move to the background. As a result, these pending sync messages remain in the queue until the FSM app is reopened. For example, if a 'task completion' message gets stuck in the queue on a Friday evening, it will not be sent to the server until the technician reopens the app on Monday. This delay disrupts business processes and impacts the proper execution of workflows. The iOS imposes a limitation on background sessions, allowing them to remain active for only 30 seconds. After this time, the system terminates the background application. Consequently, if users do not open the FSM application before all messages are synced to the server, some messag

"Move Task" option is not available when the Connection type is Work Packages. Can we get this enabled to move work tasks to another work order even though the work order is initiated from project deliverables work packages side.This is important to customers according to the below business requirement> We need a functionality to be able to move work tasks to another work order, e.g. in the event that not all tasks are possible to complete in a planned period. The remaining work tasks will need to be moved to another(or new) Work Order, where the other/new Work order will often need a different activity connection.Standard cloud “Move Work Task” is restricted to only certain Connection Types for the Work Order (e.g. Equipment) - we intend to use Work Package as Connection Type for Work Orders originating from Project Deliverables. “Move Work Task” is also restricted by Work Order status, it seems once the WO has reached status “Prepared” or beyond the Move Work task function is no l

Hello, im struggeling with a workflow configuration. The workflow is as follows:Create a Faultreport in window (Fault Report) (FaultReportHandling) to trigger workflow (after) Check if priority_ID = 1 else close workflow.   Get WoData (tried both prepareworkhandling and faultworkhandling API.   Set WorkType with PrepareWorkHandling.   Release Wo.   I’ve tried many different scenarios but it always fails when the release action is included with below message or "Resource not found”. If I remove the activity “Release Wo” the workflow works and “Set WorkType” does what it should.I can also get this to work if I only work in the “Prepare Work Order page” but it’s not what I want.Can anyone assist? BR Johan

Is it possible to set the generation date of a PM to create a Work Order based on the completion of another PM.For example, you would set the Next Due date of the Year 2 service, based on the completion date of the Year 1 service. So the Year 2 service would be due 12 months after the completion of the Year 1 service.

Dear all, Another strange observation when creating a Service Line on a Service Contract. After we created the Service Contract header we can add Service Lines ‘New Service Contract Line”. Then we get to a wizard where we can add a ‘Work Type’, and we can add Objects to the ‘Scope’. But when we try this, the ‘Item ID’ drop down remains empty. (Allthough there are definitely available objects - as we can see later). Because the Item Id drop down is empty, we save the Service Line without any scope. We return to the Service COntract, Expand the contract so we can select the Service Line again; Go to the tab ‘Scope’ and try to add a new line and now it works perfectly. (see printscreen below). So my question: why is the scope not populating the same drop down when we were creating the line with the wizard. Best RegardsRoel

Hi all,Firstly thank you for your help in advance. I’m looking for a bit of guidance on what is hopefully an easy fix.  I’m looking to apply some conditional formatting to a table, based on the value (number) of a particular column being the “highest” in the column. Naturally right clicking on the appropriate column header>”conditional formatting” allows me to apply basic logic such as  > “higher than”, however is anyone aware of a “value”/formal which would simply highlight the largest number in the column? Many thanks

Hi, Could someone encounter the error message below when trying to roll back a completed CAPEX project in the cloud?   In EE, we successfully executed the rollback feature for a completed project within the same month without encountering this error. However, this time, we discovered that, to successfully roll back the project, we needed to roll back the object transactions and deactivate the object. Does anyone know if this is a new requirement in the cloud version?

Hi All, I have a serial object with a list of spare parts associated with it. When a work order is created and assigned to a technician, if the technician determines that an additional spare part is needed (not one already listed), is there a way to handle this in MWO without manually adding the spare part in the cloud’s serial object window? ThanksDivya 

Hello,I’m building workflow that requier to delate all elements in StepItemArray Entity (StepItemHandling API Name).In first step I’m calling READ API function on all StepItemArray, so I have list of elements with eTag and StepItemId. In the loop i would like to iterate throu all elements in my list and call DELATE function on StepItemArray API. I have three issues:First issue is that I don’t know what i should provide in collection to multi-instance element:I was trying to figure it out with the help of provided by IFS example (LoopJsonBlockExample) but it doesn't work. Second issue is what variable name should I provide in my delete function Third issue is that if eTag will work as it should in this configuration. How should I properly build such a workflow.

Hi. Object is missing from Depreciation Proposal after I did the “Change of Net Value”. I also modified the depreciation time from 10y to 6y. Do you have any Idea what could be wrong? Could the be some step that I forget to do?Br. J-M

I would like to generate 1 Work Order with multiple Work Task coming from the Service line - PM Plan - PM Actions.Now I have created 1 Work Order with 1 Work Task and I would like to have 1 Work Order with 6 Work Tasks, see screenshots.I have worked with PM Groups into IFS Cloud

Is there any possibility where we can see the workorder completion date and the invoiced date in a single page?

Test Steps follow,Create multiple visits for user 01 via PSO→ assign them to user :01→ then cancel the visit 01 (automatically system will cancel all the visits)In below WT example, Has Follow on field = TRUE for all the cancelled WAs  But for this example, only visit 1 as Follow on field = TRUE for others it is set to FALSEDoes anyone explain this discrepancy?
