In MWO I set Work Task to Incomplete, filled incompletion reason and hours that are left till completion. Where to find that incompletion information that was filled on work task? I do not see it in MWO Work Task and also do not see in IFS Cloud application:

From the MWO I am not directly sure where to find it. On the IFS Cloud application you can see information about the incomplete status on the assignment and in the events of the Work Task.
As a test I have put a assignment on Incomplete with a reason that the building was not accessible with a note that the door was locked and keys where not there.
