Does anyone know how to the default date format for Cloud?

Dear Heroes,I want to create an Execute Online SQL type Event Action to a particular table. I want to fire the event when the Rowstate column value equals to “Cancelled or Returned” both. How should I give the Conditions.I gave this like below. But it’s not workingNEW:ROWSTATE = Cancelled;Returnedhow to do this???

Hi,I tried to hide a colum “Proj Activity Seq No” in Page Configration so it applys to all user at my company but I can not find where to configure in Page Desinger in this pop upp window.  The column you find in Posting Proposal/ klick on View Cost Postings then pop up window call Cost postings. I opened Page Designer from Posting Proposal and tried to find where I can configure the pop up window but need help to find, thanks. Please note that we know that we can hide from Cloumn chooser but since this is valid only one user, we want to push to all user so that why we want to do this in Page Configration.  We have 24R2SU2.

Hello everyone,I'm experiencing an issue using the JSch library to establish an SFTP connection with an OpenSSH server configured on Windows. The error returned is com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Bad message.Here are some details about my setup:SFTP Client: JSch version 0.1.54 SSH Server: OpenSSH for Windows version 9.5Complete error message: com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Bad messageInterestingly, I can successfully connect to the same OpenSSH server using GUI clients like FileZilla and WinSCP, but the issue arises specifically when attempting to connect from our middleware server using JSch. Has anyone else encountered this type of error or have any suggestions on specific configurations to check or modify on JSch or OpenSSH?Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

Can we stored emails as documents in IFS cloud ?  like say xxxxx.msg or 

I was wondering what the correct syntax is for the “starts with” operator. In the technical documentation, I’ve only come across the operator shown in the screenshot below.Does IFS Report Designer support “starts with” and “doesn’t start with” operators?I need to add a visible condition to exclude any records where CHARACTERISTIC_DESC starts with "B36", so they don’t appear in the report.Here’s what I’ve tried so far, but none of these worked:contains(tns:CHARACTERISTIC_DESC, 'b-36')  starts-with(tns:CHARACTERISTIC_DESC, b36)  starts-with(CHARACTERISTIC_DESC, b36)   I would appreciate any tips.Operator Description and Logical-and or Logical-or not() Negation = Equality != Not equal < Less than <= Less than or equal > Greater than >= Greater than or equal  

I have successfully created a datamapper and channel in ETM 11.8 to try and update the user Contact Manager, however, although it appears successful when I run the import, but nothing is updated and all I get is ‘Record to Update’ value not found.The datamapper is like this, although I have tried various derivatives and still get the same result - can any one advise me what I am doing wrong? Hi,I am having an issue when adding a Global Command using Page Designer for an overview (table) window in IFS Cloud. (24R2)When I add the command to the header section, it still requires me to select a record for the command button to be enabled.My goal is to have the command button visible and enabled at all times, regardless of whether a record is selected or not. I also tried adding the command within command groups, but that didn’t work either.Has anyone managed to achieve this? Any guidance would be appreciated.    Thank you.

Hello, I have a custom menu which runs a crystal report via a quick report passing it a parameter.  Is it possible to do the same and add an extra step which will send an email to the user requesting the report.Thanks

Hi I have to upgrade IFS Application 10 to IFS Cloud when install completed . I found  all namespece status is pending . Please suggest how to check root cuase.Please see as attachment. Database convert from non-cdb to cdb and plugin pdb database. Run install.tem for change to upgrade version.

Does IFS Cloud provide any SFTP as SAAS service?It does not make Sence to use external SFTP server when I am using IFS cloud services, I would be expecting that it should be an additional service that is running on IFS cloud infrastructure. Thank you

Hi allMy Lobby data source always provides the results for the current and the previous calendar week in the Lobby element.Now, when you click on a row in the Lobby element, the respective calendar week should be considered as the result.If you enter 'actual week' in the navigator filter, it doesn't work, because it always filters only the current week, but never the previous week.How can the navigator filter be set so that it always refers to the row of the selected calendar week? In IFS10, this could be done using 'to_char(field, 'iw').Thanks and br

Hi everyone, I am experiencing some issues integrating Power BI into the IFS Cloud, I am new to using IFS and Power BI so any insight would be much appreciated.I am hoping to understand if the issues that I raise are either based within IFS or Power BI.Below, I will add images to show my process and where potential issues are coming from. [Image 1] - Inputting the URL.Have I correctly inputted the URL with the additional suffix? [Image 2] - Sign in button.Should this page come up if I am already signed into Power BI?[Image 3] - Window pops up and immediately disappears.This occurs after pressing the sign in button.What should be shown on the window? Should it be an authenticator window? Would this issue be based in IFS or Power BI?[Image 4] - Option to open within a new tab or sign in again. Why am I being asked to sign in again, if I am already signed into Power BI? [Image 5] - The result of clicking on either link. Refreshing the page has no impact, still comes up with ‘page not foun

We are a new customer of IFS Cloud ERP.  I have a developer team that I want to register for IFS Developer and IFS Cloud.  How do I register these users?  Customer ID: 6000090886  

If my customer is using IFS App10 and still happy with version and did not want to upgrade to Cloud.  After 27 Mar 2025,do customers need to pay extended support, if they don’t need any support from Global Support. Kindly make it clear, so I can deliver the right information to customer. Rungtip M.

After I batch create users, I would like to find a way to mass update those user’s email. Does anyone have a suggestion or know how that can be done?
