Hey, I have a question about the chat feature in assyst:https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-6Wiki/index.php/Category:ChatI would like to be able to partition the assyst users acting as service desk agents(for chat) by service department. Is there any way to do this?As I understand it, by default all assyst users(service desk agents) all go in one pool of available chatters and they are assigned contact users to respond to on a round robin basis. However, consider that we have a HR department and a general IT department and we want contact users who initiate chats from a HR ticket to go to HR agents and IT tickets to go to IT agents. Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi,Would like to find out if I can stop myself being allocated any items when I am not working. For example when on annual leave. Don’t want anything being passed to me that would exceed the SLA, before I am able to look at the item. Thanks.

Hi All,After a UPD installation is there are any performance issues be faced by the customers in IFS App 10 . And is it able to resolve these performance issues by re-publishing and synchronizing the custom fields on related logical units.

 There is a possibility to add an image as background for a lobby element:IEE lobby element: Couter with following parametersparameters adjusted in IEEResult in Aurena LobbyIt seems that this behavior in Aurena is a bug. The expected effect should be a 10% transparent image mixed with a 20% transparent yellow background. In IEE it is ok, in Aurena not.Addition there is a second nearly similar effect: A list-element with a transparent background color works in Aurena as expected. But if you expand the element to fullscreen the transparent effect disapears and the fullscreen looks like a color with 100% transparent paremeter instead of for example 20% (as it is with normal size)Is that a feature or a bug?

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me, we have run into an issue and our assyst Admin is unable tor resolve it.Essential in the DEV environment, I am trying to demo how a process works, I’ve been added to all the SVDs in the process, but when I try to close a task, I get a rights error. Another user has the same issue. even if I re-assign the task to myself. I also noticed a discrepancy in the error messages depending, if I tried to close the task in assystWEB, or from the Process Manager App.Detailsin assystWEB I receive this errorYou do not have rights to amend this processes - the event to which it is attached is not assigned to your service department.One or more of the above errors was generated attempting to create Task Events from the process 'Account:Delete'. There may be a configuration issue preventing you from progressing this process. Hi, I already have access to the IFS Community with my work email address and a user name. I am now trying to register for the service centre for support purposes as well. If I try and register for that, it says that I already have an email address registered for that, but if I try and login to the service centre with my email address registered for the community, it says that email account is not a valid one. I cannot find any option for people like me already registered on the community site to additionally register for the service centre / customer support and FTP with my  same work email address . 

We have several Sites on our IFS system.  One of the sites, I get an error that states User is not authorized to cancel an invoice.  How do I add myself as a user to cancel invoices?

I am in the process of setting up users to report their employees times using the time card. I have provided access to the TimeCardManagerHandling projection and still does not give them access. I have tested other projections as well and all still gives them the same error about not having granted permission. I am not sure if there is a better way than the debug console to help find the projection I am looking for. Thanks. 

IFS Apps 10 Update 15 LIVE Database.  We are running backgrounds Jobs - and one of the jobs is showing a Warning. This jobs is for Heavy Clean up - and error is showing has failed due to Value too large for Column IFSAPP. (Please see attached image)  Would this be slowing down the performance of  IFS. Is there anything we can do to clear this warning.  

I am looking to restrict users to having to utilize the list of values when entering a customer’s address in the General Address Info on the Customer Record.Right now, the IFS native field is both free type and has the option to use the list of values.Is there a way to lock the field so that it is no longer free type - and users HAVE to use the list of values? Any help here is much appreciated  

Is it a bad idea to grant IFSCONNECT access to sites?  Are the any negative consequences?

IFS recommends customers to stay evergreen and upgrade to the latest version to enjoy the latest improvements and any new enhancements. With regards to PSO, any software defects will only be corrected in the latest version released (e.g. PSO 6.x) via the service updates(e.g. PSO 6.x.x.x). No defects will be corrected as hot fixes in older versions. 

Hi!I was redirected here with following Question:“I tried working with split and interrupt activity and found some interesting behavior. If I don't have implicit breaks defined in the shift, the process behaves correctly, the original long activity will be divided and the urgent activity will be scheduled. Hi, I’m going through the IFS Cloud Essentials training and I cannot fast forward or rewind. I’ve tried it in Chrome and in Edge. Even once I’ve finished a course and it’s marked as “Complete”, if I want to watch it again, I have to watch the entire thing. I’m sure you can understand why this is hampering my ability to learn. Thoughts?

I got this notification below, but it seems to take me to links that work for resetting the password for the old portal. Is there a link for resetting the password for the new customer portal? 

Hi All,ifsapp-odata pod was in ERROR state and the other new ifsapp-odata pod also was recreated on its own but the old pod not deleted/dropped automatically,  we encountered multiple issue in application for example "Reports (PDFs) are not loading/ previewing for the user". when we deleted the error ifsapp-odata pod and restarted the new ifsapp-odata pod then the system came back to normal. Getting error in ifsapp-odata podStatus:       FailedReason:       EvictedMessage:      Pod ephemeral local storage usage exceeds the total limit of containers 1G. Kindly guide us, it will be highly appriciated.Regards,Vivek NR.

I should have an account at IFS Academy but cannot login.  When utilizing the password resetting tool, it is not sending any emails back to indicate a reset. There is information on who should be contacted (academy@ifs.com), but limited action taken, if any.  I have contacted academy for a week now with no resolution. Each time I send an email, Academy indicates they have put a ticket in and in 48 hours all should be resolved.  A week later, and no resolution has been achieved.  Perhaps there is something on my end that is wrong?

Hello All,  see picture below, I am nt able to adjust the pages to see the one that is in the back.Is there anyone who knows how to solve this? 

 I found some cases where inspection results are within specification, but acceptance sampling status is rejected. Shouldn't it be accepted as all results are within specification? Anyone can tell me why? Thanks 

Does anyone know if it is possible to copy favorites (links to forms and search questions) from one user account to another?

HTML, TRC, XML So far when attaching supporting, often requested, files to IFS Service Centre Support portal I have to waste my time converting the above to something that can be attached.Yet again the Support function is failing in its Moment of Service. Does anyone else get frustrated by this? Many thanks, Matthew
