When entering an order, I am adding a Single Occurrence Address.  However, after the Customer Order is entered, the Customer Orders displays Default Delivery Address displays rather than the Single Occurrence Address.I do see the Single Occurrence Address box is checked (good) I do not see my entered Single Occurrence Address, but the Default Address on the customer master. (incorrect)Here is the Customer Orders:Here is my Customer Order with the single occurrence address of JW Enterprises, not Home Depot. In the end, Id like to occasionally view all my single occurrence addresses, to see if they should be permanent.

Hi As title says, we have one user that suffers slowness when printing the oc. It can take up to 90 sec to load. we tried to clear the cache for both web and system (App data), removed 2.0 folder etc.restored the profile and compared permission set for that userany other ideas ?we are in App10 UPD16thankful for some helpBR Daniel

Report Rule is not Working for Shipment Delivery Note order report, when we try to print it from  Report Archive ,after run it from Shipment Overview Screen.

 Hellowe set up kanban circuit with replenish type as location group, when that warehouse location group have consignment stock and company own stock at the same time, the transport task of kanban replenishment request will pick up consignment stock, which is not match Help mention of “can use only company owned stock with KB circuit”, how it can pick up company own stock? please advise, or any other setting missed. ThanksSusan 

This issue is a result of the current technical design. Parts that are set to obsolete/prototype (Demands not allowed) status are filtered out from the Part LOV in the Material Requisition lines. Therefore, the Framework is not able to make a connection to fetch the value for Part Description as the Description is fetched through a reference defined in the entity. This is the reason why the description disappears after the status change in the scenario in question.

Hello.  I am testing DOP with visual planning.  I have a customer order released with 1 manufactured finished good part, 1 manufactured component, and 2 purchased components, all set as DOP.  I released my customer order, which automatically created shop orders for the 2 manufactured parts (in planned status, we can ignore purchased parts for now).  I go into Visual Shop Order Operations Planning and move my finished good order up 2 days as I have a conflict with other demand.  I would anticipate that my manufactured component order would move as well since they are connected, but it did not.  I now have my component order being made after my finished good order (which makes no sense).  I do have an alarm, but I am wondering if there is a way to automate the move of component orders with the finished good order.  Does this exist?  If so, how would I set this up to keep them together when I am doing machine planning for the finished good?Robin

I have a supplier agreement blanket order for our fuel provider.  We have three different types of fuel that are delivered together and invoiced on one invoice, three lines.Is there a way to create a release with multiple part lines?  I have only been able to release one line with it’s own PO for each one, therefore three PO’s for each invoice.I would prefer to do one release for the three part lines on one PO.

Anybody have any idea what this error means and how to fix it?  I am trying to cancel two PO lines that are obsolete.  When I try to cancel, we get this error.  Initiated from a Work Task Material Requisition.  Work task is in work done status. 

Hi,In our current system we cannot charge zero on a part unless we enter a predefined reason. I remember running into something similar in IFS in the past. I couldn’t charge zero on a sales part. Is this an option in IFS Cloud?

Hello.  As a relatively new user to IFS, I am still learning how the system works.  One of the issues in our organization is the amount of time it takes to create a repair order.  In Oracle, when I created a rework/repair order, I was able to copy a routing from a dummy part that was used for all repair/rework orders.  Is there a capability in IFS to create a dummy part to reference in the job for the routing that should be used?  Having to create them for every part that may need to be repaired is cumbersome, so I am looking for a better way.  Any ideas?Thank you!Robin

I have a user that is unable to login to her IFS account.  She can enter her credentials.  It just hangs after that.  Any suggestions.  I had her clear her ifs cache.  

Is there a way to  sort the Delivery number Alphanumeric from for example 1 to 100. Now it sorts all numbers 1, 10 ,11, etc, and then 2, 20, 21 etc. This is very unclear.

In the new Supplier Performance Evaluation and Rating functionality (22R1), one can enter KPIs and score suppliers against these KPIs on a period level.When creating a new periodic scoring, you first have to create the header, defining the period. Then adding the KPI Groups, one by one, you want to measure (which can be a few like five to ten). Then you need to add suppliers, one by one. And if you want to measure more than a few suppliers, lets say 50-100, this is a huge job to add them manually and one-by-one, with limited control of getting it right.Ok, let’s say we do that manually, and complete the evaluation. When it’s time for a new periodic review, maybe one per month or quarter, one would like to copy paste the old setup, including kpi groups and suppliers, and just change the dates. But when doing copy using the framework copy function, only the header gets copied.

Hello.  Our planning team would like the ability to firm a shop order once the machine is scheduled and materials are on site.  This action would prevent any further MRP messages on the order as the order is scheduled and ready for production. Does this exist in IFS?Thank you!

Is it possible to change Inventory Parts to Non Inventory Parts?We have accidently loaded via our Parts Supplier lots of parts as Inventory Parts when they should have been Non Inventory Parts.We do not want to stock them on Inventory, we should only be able to purchase them?Thanks, 

Hi,To record the Tank Truck Unload, we make an indirect job record in Shop Floor Workbench so that we have data on the average/maximum unloading times per raw material and number of unloads.The problem is that an operator can be working on 2 Tank Truck Unloads at the same time, but in IFS he can't start two indirect jobs at the same time. When he starts the second entry, the first indirect job is automatically closed.Is there a solution to this problem?Best regards,Luísa Quintas

Hi,Is there any mechanism to keep record of supplier evaluations?There is a field in Supplier/SRM Info that can store supplier rating, but is there any rating mechanism like a weighted factor to input the scores for each criteria of supplier evaluation?Is supplier audit a suitable tool for this? It keeps record of standards and business areas being audited and does not seem to be suitable for a long checklist. But even if so, is there any way to record the result of the evaluation for each area as a score so that a total score can be generated as supplier rating? Thanks in advance,

Hi!Is it possible to refill your Remote Warehouse from another Site via Shipment Order?Let’s say we have two Sites in the same Company. Site A and Site B.The central warehouse for the company is located on Site A.Site B does not have a central warehouse, but it has several Remote Warehouses in various locations.Can I somehow set up that the refill should create a Shipment Order from Site A to a Remote Warehouse on Site B? I can do this manually with a Shipment Order.So far I’ve only found that refill can be done with Put Away, but that is within the same site if I remember correctly.We are running 22R1. 

We have a scenario where we send raw material to our outside supplier to make a product, and we are trying to set the Inventory Part as Purchase part type, create product structure so that when we create the Purchase Order, we have the ability to ship the raw materials against the PO. When sending the components to the supplier, we usually send more than what is required to account for the loss of material during transit or some damages at the supplier location. When the material is received, we do sometimes receive the extra components back, or sometimes it is considered as scrap at the supplier. If the material is scrapped, during the PO receipt, is there an option to ‘Scrap Components’ against the PO?Currently, any extra material we are sending on the PO is resulting in transaction posting as ‘M19 - Price Diff Purch’ posting type which is tied up to our material price variance account. We don’t want this to go to our variance account since in reality the material will be s
