@GauK The design is different in IFS Cloud.
Associating the customer id for the user is moved to B2B User - Customer page
Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Customer > B2B User - Customer
A user can be connected to one or more customers in this page.

Thanks a lot for sharing your insight previously.
But still, I get the same issue.
Following are the steps followed. Could you please check and let know if we are missing anything.
- Create case access group with restriction ‘Customer’.

- Following users are connected to customer.

- Create case with case type ‘Customer’ using account ‘ANUKKUMA’

- If we log from ‘TEST2’ user account, I’m unable to view the previously created case ID by ‘ANUKKUMA’
