How to set up Access in call center for type Customer in Cloud

Hi All,

 

In IEE we have an option to connect a user (belonging to a case access group) to a customer as following.

Please let me know where this functionality available in IFS cloud.

What’s the process to set up call center case with access type customer.

@GauK The design is different in IFS Cloud.

Associating the customer id for the user is moved to B2B User - Customer page

Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Customer > B2B User - Customer

A user can be connected to one or more customers in this page.

Thanks a lot for sharing your insight previously.

But still, I get the same issue.

Following are the steps followed. Could you please check and let know if we are missing anything.

  • Create case access group with restriction ‘Customer’.
  • Following users are connected to customer.
  • Create case with case type ‘Customer’ using account ‘ANUKKUMA’ 
  • If we log from ‘TEST2’ user account, I’m unable to view the previously created case ID by ‘ANUKKUMA’
