Manual Supplier invoice posting proposal

We are trying to streamline our entries of supplier invoices, is there a way using standard configuration to populate the account, department, business segment & dollar amounts on a posting proposal? This would be only for non-PO invoices. So for example, lets say we have a supplier XYZ and for all non-PO invoices we always want to charge account = 7500, Dept = 451, Bus Segment = 1 & the dollar amounts = the gross amount on the invoice. Manual Invoice: Posting proposal: So the posting information would automatically populate the information above when the posting proposal and posting information is created. Is there a way to do this?Many Thanks,Mark

Supplier Owned Inventory

We are opening this ticket to confirm our understanding of consignment inventory as it relates to inventory valuation method. In reading IFS documentation, it appears as if only the Std Cost valuation method is compatible with an ownership value of Consignment set on the Supplier for Purchase Part. Is there any configuration or work around that would allow the use of FIFO, LIFO or WAC with consignment ownership. If std cost is our only option, than I must admit I am disappointed as an IFS user that we must accept this limitation in order to use consignment functionality. If consignment inventory is truly financial irrelevant, then valuation methods and value creation are only relevant at the time the inventory is moved from a consignment location to a company owned location. In other words there should be no financial postings created until the inventory is moved to a company owned location. Yet via the M60/M61 posting controls, entries are created, presumably to offsetting accoun

Send To Monitor XML

As per the requirement In the Requisition page when the Wanted by Date is greater than the System date and time then the message text in the notification message need’s to be sent to the mail id’s present in the distribution list. This can be achieved by the XML Business Rule with the <Perform_send_to_monitor> .So I require some references from any one about this requirement.Attached images below for reference. Blocked Orders on Multi-Site Affected By Execute Order Change Online

If we turn on “Execute Order Change Online” it is very helpful for multi-site (site 0) orders to change instantly (dates, qtys, etc.), but we have come across an issue for blocked orders being released. We get this error message when unblocking the order on site 0 and cannot move forward. Is there a setting we are missing that will allow orders to be unblocked online?

Capability Check is not supported with project connection

Hi,Capability Check is not supported with project connection. Capability Check will therefore not be possible to run when the demand order has a project connection in IFS cloud 22R1. 1. This function is possible in IFS Cloud 21R2. What is the reason for the change(limitation) in this function ? 2. FSM6u10 Adding Task_Text fields to Task Search screen fails to find results

Hi there, A requirement came from the business to be able to search for Text_Line Codes, Text_ID (Text Blocks), and Text itself. Using the UI Designer we added to the Task Search Pane the following:Task_Text.Text_Line_CodeTask_Text.Text_IDTask_Text.Text When using these no search results are returned. Can somebody please help and explain why? We implemented very similar capability for Request Notes, so (Request_Text), and this works fine. Why is this not working for Task with specific Notes ???? Is it possible to resize Aurena element in a detail page? We want to show more information without users having to scroll down in below page. The posting information in below example is hidden since the Invoice image element is too large and users have to scroll down to see the posting Information.

Hi,How to stop an executing scheduled process from the FSM Smart Client application?For our customer , we are creating 50000 work order by executing the scheduled process. Sometime the end user mistakenly execute the schedule process , so how we can stop the executing scheduled process from the application?Once the schedule process is mistaken executed , then it starts executing and in the run log status for the scheduled process is “Processing’’. how can we stop it from the application?Appreciate the support…Regards,Murali

Multi select in Overview windows - Send To missing

Hi,We have gone live with IFS10 today (UPD13).Is it possible that the option Send To (mail recipient as Link) have been removed from the Project Transactions windows in IFS10 (please see screenshot below)? How to capture values of selected records in assistant

In a Aurena Page, I’m invoking an Assistant which contains List. Now I wrote a command In List with Selected records mode to capture the data of selected records and send an email with selected record values.Now, I want to enable this command all the time(even if records are not selected). So that I can still send an email without the selected records values.If i keep the command below the List(not inside list) in Assistant. I’m not able to capture the selected record values.Does anybody have an idea to handle this?

Customer Schedules releases cancelling backorder lines

Hello Everyone;I am working with a client, and when they are brining in updated customer schedules via EDI, backorder lines are being cancelled. The Customer Schedule Agreement was initially set to “Ignore in reconcile” for the Plan Backorder Option. It was updated to “Include in reconcile”, but the lines are still being cancelled. This is happening regardless of if there is a quantity change in the back ordered lines. Any notion of why this would occur?The client has a significant number of back ordered lines, and a very significant volume of schedules, such that any type of manual review is not practical. In Aurena, in the technician portal I see unassigned tasks as tasks with resource group I belong to. Is there a way around this? Can we show unassigned tasks using the team that’s connected to the task instead of the resource group?

Auto Refresh of Request Search results

In IFS FSM, Is there a way of setting up a Request Search and for the list to automatically update. For example a Request Search of any In Progress Requests of a particular type to be left and for the list to dynamically refresh every minute or so? I know a Lobby tile could be used, but I have been asked if this could be done via the Request Search screen? Hope that makes sense. :-) Best regardsAngelo

FSM Mobile OutOfMemoryError Exception when trying to Activate

Hi,When the Mobile date is changed to a future date (+4., +5 days) and try to activate (enter the mobile service URL and click connect) the mobile app crashes throwing an out of memory exception. The problem seems to be an security certificate issue.This scenario of changing to a future date is used by our testing team so that we can view tasks that are assigned when PSO commits for a certain date. However we used this approach for the last 2months and now we are facing this issue. Tested this on FSM6u10 and FSM6u16I have attached the mobile log containing the exceptions.TIA!/Jevin

Report Planned Cost from Sub Contract

Hello, I created new Sub Contract with one line and one item. This item is connected to project activity. How do I transfer the planned costs from the line to the project activity? The button “Update planned costs” doesnt work for me. I guess there is necessary to set up under which cost element it should be visible in the planned costs/revenue on the project activity monitoring? How should I do that?Thank you in advance. Jakub
